Went here yesterday for the first time and I really enjoyed my meal. The atmosphere was so perfect and cozy on the inside for a rainy day. It's probably the most cozy Pho place I've eaten at. Most have uncomfortable seating and it's cold inside. This one has a great menu, comfy seating, great for a group of 6-8 max. It's not that big inside. My pho was delicious, hot and yummy, I wish it had more noodles though. The bowl was big and the broth was great. It was probably the least amount of noodles and veggies I've had in a PHO restaurant. Plenty of Tofu but not enough of everything else at all for the price. So hopefully they can fix that or maybe I just got an unlucky bowl. read more

Had a nice lunch at Queen Caphe! We ordered the meatball pho and the vermicelli with beef, and the vermicelli was definitely the highlight for me. It was fresh and really satisfying without feeling too heavy. The meatball pho was just great comfort food. And overall the food arrived very quickly, which made it an easy casual meal. The boba was pretty good and so were the Bahn mis. I think the bread maybe could have been fresher and crispier, but the filling was delicious and they actually give you decently spicy jalapeños too. The server was very kind and helpful with my questions about ingredients and dietary restrictions. The tofu Bahn mi is vegetarian but not vegan with the mayo and sauce. The ambiance was nice inside with a couple of tables, but a large part of their business seems to be takeout like what we did. Crazy expensive for what you get here...$15 order of egg rolls and you get THREE tiny egg rolls, that's more than a Chipotle bowl that would keep you full all day and to put it in that perspective is pretty crazy. I would understand if it was top quality food but it's nowhere close to great quality. I get it, business rent has to be expensive for small businesses but at what point do you price out your customers? read more

So this place has def. grown on my. I first came here during its new opening days and it was pretty disappointing to be honest. But now they have a wider menu selection and their Pho is actually really tasty. I've gotten their Combination Pho and their Pork Vermicelli noodles and both are excellent. Their Bubble Waffle with Condensed milk is quite nice and hits the spot for a slightly sweet but not too sweet dessert. They have a big parking lot (rare for queen anne) and outdoor seating that is enjoyable on nice weather days. Big fan. read more

So... wanted to try the Vietnamese establishment on QA on this sunny Saturday. This is the most expensive Banh Mi I've ever paid for in my life and the worse. Pork Banh mi was $11.50 Strawberry lemonade $7.25 Total with tip was $28.77 They had great labeling to convey what you ordered but didn't cut this banh mi in half nor is it even full or meat and veggies to be this pricey. Banh mi was half filled and not like a traditional banh mi. Strawberry lemonade tastes like powder mix and not fresh.I get that it's on QA but damn was this Uber disappointing. Grand opening on top of Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood at the corner of Queen Anne Ave N & W McGraw (4/9/22), located across B&E Meats and McCarthy and Schiering wine shop. This former pizza location is now serving boba tea, banh mi sandwiches, and various coffee beverages. Crazy long line and definitely glad I remained masked, vaxxed and double boosted! There are indoor table and counter seating, as well as, outdoor tables by the tiny corner parking lot. I parked a block away on 1st Ave W to avoid the grand opening crowd. I opted only for the iced Vietnamese Coffee, Mý Khê Beach, with tax and tip, a little over $10! The breads and rotating grilled meats looked good for the banh mi sandwiches. The counter crew were slammed with food and beverage orders on this late Saturday afternoon. Clearly this is a smart business move evidently as it there is no competition, unlike other Seattle neighborhoods where these menu items are readily available en masse. Time will tell how this spot stacks up against the other four indies in Seattle: Coffeeholic (Columbia City & Greenwood), Sip House (University District), Hello Em (Little Saigon/CID), and Phin (CID). My boyfriend and I were interested to see a Viet place in downtown Queen Anne! We came on a Sunday afternoon and there was no line/crowd. Both of us got the Pho with brisket/meatball/steak, and he got a Vietnamese Coffee. Our pho was really mediocre; the broth was nice, but the amount and quality of meat wasn't anything to brag about. I usually like fattier pieces of brisket, but I couldn't really tell the brisket and steak slices apart. The Viet Coffee was good, pretty sweet, but not too strong. Opening Day for Queen Caphe - so glad to have them in our neighborhood. We tried the Chicken Bahn Mi and the Beef Bahn Mi. Both were good though there were some comments in our group that the bread could have been more "baguette-like" rather than a bun. The Boba was good - quite a few options are available. We tried the Strawberry Jasmine Green, the Peach Green and the Signature Milk Tea. Of those, we liked the Signature Milk Tea best - it had the most Tea Flavor. This was opening day so there was a line out the door! They were out of many items by the time of our afternoon visit. [no pork or tofu bahn mi, no Matcha lava tea, no bubble waffle etc]. I got the roasted beef banh mi and the bubble waffle with condensed milk. The beef in the banh mi was flavorful but not that special. The bread they used was a little too thin. The bubble waffle was soft and soggy. Even when I toasted it in the air fryer, it didn't taste any better. Not even when I dipped it in condensed milk. Recently, I've been on a kick for take-out bubble tea and pho. Both work great for a gluten free, dairy free lifestyle. This place didn't disappoint. Pho: Solid broth (4/5), fresh ingredients (5/5), good packaging (4/5). Beef brisket was good, a little fatty (but also, it's brisket so...). Bubble tea: I really like that they stick with solid basics, like real black and green tea. I asked for mine to be watered down, since I'm not much of a caffeine drinker. Hmmm... the first thing we noticed walking in was a terrible, astringent smell. Like maybe intense cleaning product and pho broth. The second was the shortage of vegetarian items on the menu. I had the tofu banh mi which was also the more wallet friendly meal, with their pho clocking in at $17+. It was fine. Not bad, not excellent, but totally fine. I had a bite of the spring rolls and they had a really pronounced perfume taste that I couldn't get out of my mouth for the rest of the day. I'm afraid I won't be running back here again. read more

We got two different sandwiches here. Both were delicious, we did add ef tea sauce to ours though as they were a little dry but they were fresh and delicious. I highly highly recommended Queen Caphe! Totally worth it. Sandwiches are delicious. You can smell just how yummy the meat is. It's over roasted... smells so good as soon as you walk in the door. Staff is so friendly! And will answer all your questions. Ask for your sandwich to be cut in 1/2 or it will come like a foot long. The sandwiches are juicy, meat is tender, and it's a must try. Sandwich- like $13 ( I think) Drink- $7 tea (toppings are .75cents) My total was like $21 for a sandwich a drink (1 person) They also have egg rolls. Ordered the pearl milk tea, solid boba for the Queen Anne area. You can select the sweetness level (30-50-100%), and I went with 30% which I felt was plenty sweet. Good balance of the tea flavor and sweetness, and the pearls were perfect & very small and bite-sized. I had their lemongrass tofu banh mi a few days ago - decent banh mi for the price point. There are better places for Banh Mi in Seattle but it's the only place that sells it in the general area. The drinks exceeded my expectations and I would come back! I got the signature drink called the lava cake at 30% sweetness and it was very good. The ube complemented the Matcha and the Boba itself was very chewy I was able to try the signature milk tea as well and it was also very good, I love how they have their own parking lot. The only downside is that this was on the pricier side for Boba milk tea's. read more

We enjoyed eating here for lunch. The pho broth had great flavor and the bread was toasty on the outside and fluffy in the center. We also had the Vietnamese noodles which were also good. The chicken sandwich was good but we will probably try the pork meat with noodle next time instead of the beef. The boba milk tea had great flavor at 50% sweet and the boba had a good chewy texture. I was so excited to see Queen CaPhe open in Queen Anne! I went in on a Sunday to grab a pork banh mi ($10) and a vietnamese coffee ($6.50). Service was great - they were super friendly and nice, even giving the option to remove the cheese foam on the coffee. The coffee was great, nice and strong like most vietnamese coffees! I would say that some of the places in ID are better, but for the convenience, I would still come here to grab a coffee again. The sandwich was just okay - kind of bland in my opinion. I'll be back to try the boba and egg waffle! 4 stars for convenience, parking availability and service. Update: I went back to try the boba and it was the most expensive boba I've ever purchased and one of the worst.
