    Teriyaki chicken
    Tewo W.

I happened to walk by this little restaurant. To my surprise, the food is very good. I really like their teriyaki there. The portion is decent. During my lunch there, I saw the owner sweep floors after customers leave. She keeps the place really clean. It does have quality and value. I will come back if I am in this neighborhood again.

Half chicken teriyaki half beef (not as good).

Okay... this place is a 4/5, but I'm leaning more towards a 3/5. Why? New owners... the old owners used to hook it up with everything including the sauce... more meat... etc. These owners are still nice, but I can't trust this place for a few reasons. The tables are never cleaned. They're always so sticky and they just wipe them, but never clean them. Ugh. Second, I don't trust their free water cups. They smell weird. But before the owners changed I think they gave you more for your money. I got the beef this time, and it was honestly a 1/5. I thought it was kinda nasty. And undercooked. I got their chicken teriyaki and it was good... but tasted a bit rubbery. Not sure what's up with this place. I think they still have really good salad and their asian sauce is good. but I just think the new owners are a bit shiesty and the cleanliness kinda grosses me out. I think their prices are a bit high. I know plenty of places with great prices and great quality. Don't get me wrong. I've been here plenty of times, but I think I'll stop. They're really nice though so I appreciate that.

    Spicy chicken teriyaki

Almost $25 for a spicy chicken teriyaki and a bubble tea I get that it's magnolia but I got ripped off. I would understand if the food was good but the meal overall was not.

Oh Teriyaki Bowl, I bask in your convenience of being right on my journey home from work. Your spicy chicken is served both quick and tasty, at a price I can savor. Sure you may be like every other teriyaki joint in town, but that isn't a bad thing - because I doubt you can screw up a teriyaki dish. But my little TB, we shared a wonderful moment last year. I was in the process of moving to Magnolia from Queen Anne hill and in between the joyous U-Haul trips, I decided to stop by and have you quench my famished tummy. Yes, I had chosen you as my first Magnolia meal and couldn't have been happier. Sure there were tons of boxes that needed opening around me as I sat in my new living room - but I could care less. There were other things on my mind, and that spicy chicken was one of them. Now please, just bring back the free soda/pop/carbonated-beverage with each meal and you will earn yourself that extra star...

#5 spicy chicken and rice order

Well I didn't have a bad hangover today and I was craving some seriuos broccoli. This place is really good. I think I prefer it over Sunny Teriyaki. I ordered the #5 spicy chicken and broccoli (1-5 is the choice of spiciness). It came with rice and a small salad. $1.50 more for fried rice but I wasn't in the mood for that so stuck with the original order. The price was nice. $7.98. I left a $1 tip for good karma. I need it now and then. I wish it would have came with more broccoli but my bad for not asking. The chicken is great and I don't think it's as spicy as they made it out to be. It's good though and too much food more me to eat in one sitting!! I also think the nice lady thought I was crazy for asking for the spiciest flavor. Oh and why was Dr. Phil on the little T.V.? Blah! Glad I wasn't staying to eat there like some guy did. Small little place with great taste.

Delicious teriyaki chicken, fried rice and salad. Great prices and convenient location on the way to discovery park.

Didn't expect indistinguishable red blobs when ordering sweet and sour chicken. Not well represented by picture on the menu.

A 10 top joint, this place is small, however there is a patio outside that also shares with another restaurant so that during the summer addition seating is available. We walked up to the counter and were pleasantly greeted by a young lady who took our order. My father ordered a bacon cheeseburger and I ordered the pastrami burger which was a cheeseburger with pastrami also on it. We also ordered onion rings and the Greek fries to share. We both had chocolate shakes. The food came out quickly, probably 10 mins or so. The shakes are hand done and mixed to order. DELICIOUS! Both of our burgers were juicy and delicious. All burgers have lettuce, onion, pickle and tomato. Several versions of burgers, sandwiches and salads available. The rings were to me perfect, well cooked and great breading. The Greek fries were also delicious, however, HEAVY GARLIC. Just be aware that your Vampire boyfriend will be repelled for hours!! I look forward to trying some of their other options the next time.

Let me start off with how incredible the staff are at this place, it felt like being at your mother's home after a long semester in college, where not only does the food drown your sorrows, but the joy of Meg and Russ makes you walk out feeling refreshed and recovered from whatever life had thrown your way. Russ definitely makes the meanest latte while making muffled grunts, but hey he's a cool guy who will make way for a traveler to feel welcomed. After a long flight in I needed the jolt to make me feel like I was alive like the monster in Frankenstein. If anyone needs any other reason to go, the flapjacks alone are my favorite item. 100/10 would recommend. It was ironic because I don't even like autumn but this redefined my frontal cortex with how explosive the flavor of these are. The last time I was there Meg asked what I wanted and I said "basic breakky with bacon" and she looked at me up and down, almost threatening to kick me out for saying "the B word" and goes "boy the salt alone will kill you, we don't do that here" as she Z snaps me with an Attitude only a mother could provide to check you. . She did have ham, and I went on my merrily Monday through Friday way to cause menacing agendas in the Queen Anne hood. Just as a conclusion, eat here if you want to feel loved and cared for... One of the best places I've been to.

Sabine has been running under the radar for us because by day it's a chic cafe, but by night it becomes a delicious restaurant! We were told to go for dinner by quite a few people and finally, on a Friday night it worked out! We did get a reservation which I highly recommend because the place was PACKED. We got the Hummus, the Roast Lamb Flatbread, and the Chicken Schnitzel. The flatbread was good, really nicely balanced, but i know this is crazy: the schnitzel was the standout! The most competent schnitzel with delicious salad and pickle topper you can imagine. The hummus was vital, and we got more pita to eat with it because WOW. Smooth and creamy with a harissa topping. Amazing. Next time we want to try the kebabs. Austin was an incredible waiter who was available at just the right intervals, and also made recommendations while giving us restaurant info and chatting just enough- which is a skill!!! Friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond for us. The seasonal blackberry ice cream was wildly good and I'd go back just for that. But seriously don't miss out of the load bearing hummus. One thing of note is that it's a bit loud! So be ready for crowd noise, at least at the outside seating which was great for people watching. We will be back!!!
