Really bad work they did on me. The nails were all different shapes and lengths. I asked for square not duck nails. The French tips were straight from acrylic not nail polish how they are mostly made.

    Best nail ever total recommened.

So happy to see them back and made an appointment for a mani/pedi yesterday. Queen did an amazing job (as always) and it was so nice to visit and catch up. She and Michael are such awesome people and I love how they make a difference every where they go.

3 layers of bubble bath (I asked for thinner coats)

Did an amazing job on my nails! Took great care of my cuticles and soaked off my old gel nails well. She and her husband were both very friendly and made us feel very welcomed! I would definitely come back

I'm not really one to care about my nails (which looked really good after my mani-pedi) but the massage on my calves and feet was heaven.

I am writing this review purely based on my experience even before availing the services at Shiloh…read moreNails & Spa. Key concern - not sure why the salons/spas are now providing such abysmal customer experience. Is it coz they have too much business already and couldn't be bothered or, is it now a trend that be inhospitable and stern to the brink of rudeness, customers can choose if they like it or not. How - I was introduced to the place by Yelp during one of their Events - we played some games & got an option to try regular Mani or Pedi services. Service - Though I stay quite far, I thought to try the facial at Shiloh. I called the number given on Google, last Monday (04/20/26). The lady taking the call was rather rude and aggressive. After our conversation and on something she was to let me know, she said I "will get back to you when I can"!. I till date have not received a call back from either her or anyone else at Shiloh. This person was not aware about the type of facials but she was still trying to give half baked information, half heartedly and that too in a tone (trust me) no one would want to hear or continue speaking with if calling a salon or spa. Mostly people visit these places to relax their mind; not to add stress to themselves. This conversation proved anything but helpful or calming; quite the opposite of what one expects. Post such an experience, the next day I went ahead and booked the facial with another spa. Fast forward, I saw on Yelp the Shiloh owner having provided a phone number and email to contact directly. Instead of choosing to call up directly, I thought to leave her a short text message letting her know that I saw the number on Yelp and wanted to discuss about a recent experience. No response from the owner too. Wondering - I really would like to understand why the front desk customer service quality, responsiveness of businesses and the overall attitude is getting so dismal by the day. Why can't someone sitting at the front desk be courteous/polite even if she is not knowledgeable or doesn't care to understand the services being offered by her place of work (it's understandable if she din know about the Yelp event as it was a long time ago but that too can be responded to nicely, why react? [It was told to her to let her know how I got to know about their spa - was meant as a help; since everyone these days like to ask how anyone got to know about their business]). Basis this experience not sure if I would like to recommend the place.

It was literally the most lackluster manicure and pedicure I've ever had. There was no real massage just kind of light rubbing. The exfoliation part lasted maybe 30 seconds and they don't go between the toes or get thorough with it. To top it off, I had to ask for them to use oil and lotion at the end as well as to cut the cuticles which should be standard. Did I mention that the massage chair was broken and they didn't offer to move me when I brought it to their attention? The whole thing lasted about 20 minutes for both services combined, and was highly disappointing. At the end of it, they just kind of walked off and didn't say anything, so I wasn't sure if they were finished or not since it sucked so badly. Literally just felt like they were dealing with a task rather than making any effort toward some much-needed clean-up let alone pampering. I assume if this is the only place you've been to you don't know any better, but seriously try out the other places in town. Even if you pay $5-$10 more you'll not regret getting the full, thorough, unrushed experience.

I was greeted warmly and quickly invited to sit down for the pedicure I requested. The technician was very thorough when trimming extra skin and cuticles, which I usually appreciate, but this time it felt a little too aggressive. She tugged at areas that could turn into ingrowns, and a few of my toes started bleeding. Definitely not ideal. When she sprayed the alcohol on them I could tell almost all were cut by the burning it induced. The leg massage was just okay, with light pressure (about what I expect from a standard pedicure). What surprised me was that they used cuticle oil instead of lotion or scrub for the massage, not what I'm used to, but not a dealbreaker. The atmosphere didn't help either, the salon was completely empty, half the lights were off, and there was no music, so the whole experience felt a little off from start to finish. Overall, everything was fine, and I appreciated being taken as a last-minute walk-in, but because of the rough cuticle work, I probably won't be back.

The whole time felt super rushed even though I called two days prior and booked an appointment at 10:30am with nobody else in the shop. I walked out paying over $90 DOLLARS which is crazy ($75 for the nails and $15 for the tips) even though I didn't love the experience or nails, the work was finished and honestly I just always give a tip. I walked out quite upset, truly felt like the lady took advantage and added in her own tip maybe. I rarely ever get my nails done so considering they didn't even last 5 days for the event I had planned was very underwhelming! I'm also a CA licensed esthetician aswell and the unsanitary practices I saw was frightening!
