I'm only giving it one star because the sweet lady Ivette who does my toes, does an amazing job and does my pedicure amazing every time. But I've got a dip manicure twice and both times after only 3-4 days my nails were popping off. I got my dip manicure on 09/27/23 and had to go back because two nails popped off on October 1st. Literally only 4 days later. I went back yesterday to get them fixed and she went over the nails that were clearly not on right and applied another gel coat with dip and today one popped off again. I've been getting dip & acrylics for a long time and have never experienced this. I'm upset I spent so much money on such poor quality. Don't waste your money for nails that only last 4 days.

If I could leave a negative zero I would! I been here a few time but it's NOT my favorite nail place but it's literally one minute away from my house. I dropped in to get a sock off and the lady massacred my nails. As she was cutting of my acrylics she was being so rough & careless! She cut them so bad that it ruined my natural nails. I think I would've did a better job if I would've bite them off at home. I could see that she did not care about my nails and her roughness was out of control. I literally told her don't file or do anything. I was dying to leave that place. This is not the first time I felt like this location does not care about your nails. Just don't go.

First time I went I was waiting for some friends to land on a delayed flight and had a magical time. My nails were spectacular and I loved the ladies. The second time I made a reservation, wanting to have the same girl have them do the nails again. She was there but completly ignored my reservation and set me up with another girl that was clueless and mediocre. This all left a bad taste in my mouth! Dont think I will be back.

Queen Nails offers a huge selection of colors to choose from, is exceptionally clean, and provides great Customer Service. Their location is on S Federal Hwy positioned in a Strip Mall right in between Nick's Grooming and Metro PCS. Walk ins are welcome and each time I have visited I was seated and started on immediately! Stephanie is my go-to Nail Tech and she does a great job executing my Manicure and Pedicure each time I go in. Giving attention to detail and making sure my nails look great when I leave! No matter if you are looking for Regular Polish or Shellac they have walls and walls full of different colors to select from. I've always chose the Shellac when coming here going through the the oodles and oodles of Nail Swatch Colors they have. It would be very easy to visit quite often and always get a new color or design! The tools, tubs, and overall appearance of the salon is very clean! They unpackaged the tools they use right in front of you with each visit. The tubs are covered with a new liner each time you sit down for Spa Pedicure and the Pedicure Chairs are comfortable offering a number of massage levels! For a great clean and easy to work with Salon, Queens Nails is a enjoyable selection! My Shellac each time I have been here has lasted at least the promised "21 days" on the DND Box!

Go in and let my girl Karine work her magic. She did a fill and perfectly matched the pink acrylic gel & changed the shape from almond to coffin. She also did a shellac pedicure. I've been looking for someone to go to regularly to do my nails and I will def be seeing her in 2 weeks.

I went on a Monday morning with no appointment and was seen right away. Jolie did my nails and did an absolutely fabulous job. She took great care when manicuring my hands (no nicks or cuts)! She is very precise with the nail polish. Jolie was extremely accommodating; I wanted an extra coat of sparkles and it was no problem at all. I would definitely recommend her service to anyone who wants the job done perfectly.

Good place. Visited for the first time a few weeks ago. I was nearby because I had Jury Duty, so I decided to try and get a manicure somewhere nearby. This place was the closest. They took me immediately, and finished within an hour. I removed old gel polish, got a new gel manicure with a simple design on my ring fingers. Two different people worked on me. They also had a super cute toddler hanging out with them, haha Price was $22 for gel manicure plus an extra $8 for the two nails I got a design on. $30 total.

Got a gel manicure while on vacation in the area. Ginger did an amazing job on my nails. She helped me pick my accent nail colour and recommended marble and glitter which looks great! The salon is also nice and clean. They provided a bottle of water which is a nice touch. Staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend! read more

Parking here sucks. Get here when it's prime time and you find yourself circling the block. If you have an appointment plan early, chances are you will spend most of your time circling the block. I've actually been here a couple times. Each time, i am with a different technician, and each time i get different services. My first, time i believe i got a pedi. If my memory services me correct, i was satisfied with what i got. My most recent appointment, i wanted to get tips. I rarely get them these days since they are so horrible for your nails, but since my nails take years to grow, it seemed like the perfect opportunities to get them long. My appointment was at 6:15 i believe and i wasn't put into the chair until about 30 minutes after. It was the end of the day, and i had no pressing concerns so i did not complain. I believe Tina was the one who attended me. She was extremely nice, and attentive, however, at the end of the evening i was not quite content with my nails. My nails when the tips were first glued on were perfectly shaped. I like them coffin but not super pointy or long. They looked lovely. Then came the gelly liquid she put on top instead of the powder with the liquid (what is the difference i dont know, which is better i dont know). However, i do know that when she was done, that beautiful shape i loved no longer was there, my nails were square and thick. OH how i hate thick nails. Not sure i will return for tips again, one bad experience and you know how that goes. But for other services, i can't complain. read more

Found this place while having lunch in Las Olas. Very small and unassuming but I think I preferred it to the normal hustle and bustle of most nail salons. I came right before close and they still agreed to take me for an acrylic fill with gel polish. Jay was my nail tech and he was awesome! Checked in with me frequently to make sure I was happy with the results which I really appreciated. I'll be going back to him whenever I'm in the area or feel like making the trip from Hallandale (it'd be worth it). Thank you jay! read more

Newly remodeled, clean salon The entire place was redone by new owners earlier this year and it is a step above the other small nail salons in the area. It is impeccably clean with trendy decor. Some small touches include bamboo plants and magnetic remote holders on the massage chairs. The owners are incredibly friendly and professional. I'm in love. Finally, a clean place to get a quality mani-pedi. I went in bright and early this morning where Eric helped me. He gave me a top notch manicure and pedicure. He was thorough and efficient. He clearly takes pride in his work. It was nice and quiet at 9am. So I walked in and asked for a mani-pedi. Eric introduced himself, invited me to pick a color, and asked whether I preferred my manicure or pedicure first. Once I let him know I wanted to start with the manicure he began bustling about setting everything up just for me. He kept up polite conversation while doing a great job on my nails. Then I moved to the pedicure. Very clean and comfortable once again. I've made an appointment for next week! This will definitely be my regular spot! read more

I didn't get my nails done here but my girlfriend did. And you can tell a lot about a business by the way they treat those waiting on their significant others. Right when I came in, I was greeted with a smile and offered water. When I pulled out my laptop to work, the woman at the counter asked if I wanted the WIFI. Everyone was really friendly to me I felt like a VIP customer...and all I did was fool around on my laptop while my girlfriend got her nails done. read more

Went in on my birthday to get mani/pedi gel. Tina did my nails but was a little rough and she cut me..The Ibd Gel came out beautiful she put five rhinestones on my Index finger and gave me a discount supposedly...But this is where the problem comes two days after getting my manicure it started lifting wear my hair would get caught underneath my nails so I return back five days later when I could driving all the way from Pembroke Pines for them to tell me that there's nobody named Tina that's been there for three weeks and that Nobody could do that certain type of gel so the girl decide to cut off the gel and fill my nails with acrylic the nails that were damaged so she asked to shop on if it was OK to put polish on top of it the owner said she's going to charge me $15 for a polish change which I think is Ridiculous.. And the fact that they didn't have the polish I want it she still charge me.I really don't think it should have to pay that And I didn't see the need for them to lie about Tina not being there-when Tina gave me her card with her name on it so I will not be returning there when I go to Fort Lauderdale and I used to be a very loyal customer since I was 14 years old..management obviously changed for the worse will not be returning read more

What a great experience I had with Tina. I came in rushing because I had to go to work and had requested Mani fill pedicure and eyebrows. As I ask them if they have availability they assured me they did and Tina was my technician. She was simply amazing mani pedi with a fill and eyebrows all done within an hour and 30 minutes. These ladies were so fun and professional and took their time doing mine and his moms nails. I never get my nails done, I've never been able to find a nail that I could feel "normal" with. I had no idea what I wanted! I really wish I could remember their names, but I described my nail dilemmas with the who did my manicure and she gave me the hook up! I've never had coffin nails, but now I know that they're the nail for me! They're cute and I'm still functional!! I got my pedicure done first, and I had picked out a maroon color. My husband and I have been customers at this location for a few years. I love the customer service and conversation. Jolie is very friendly and is great at what she does. We talk about anything from current events to our different cultures. Where do I begin, this place has become a mother/daughter ritual once a month and when my son comes down from college, he joins us. Ken and his staff are very respectful and nice to us every time we come. He even gave us his cell number so we could easily get in touch with him. They do awesome pedicures!!
