Have been to many Labs, including LabCorp. This Quest location on Towne Center Dr. in Laguna Niguel has been, by far the best I've experienced. I couldn't make an appointment online until late afternoon so I went ahead and showed up at 7:55 right before they opened at 8:00. There was already a line outside the door and I joined it to become #6 in line. The door opened promptly at 8:00 and the staff was extremely efficient and friendly. I was back out the door by 8:25 having done a blood test and urinalysis. Shireen did the blood draw and was awesome. This is the best Quest location in the area :) read more

Walked in the door signed in sat for 2 mins another person waiting. She called my name have her my insurance card and date of birth. She was pleasant and nice soft music in the background. She drew blood verified my name in the vials. She said have a nice day I said thank you hope you have a wonderful day and I left out in less then 15 mins. Nice place! read more

I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Kelsey kindly processed my new patient information, walked me threw how to retrieve my results on the website. Came in for my annual check up for my employer. I entered the room at 9:10 with a 9:15 appointment. Neither the girl at the front desk or the girl outside couldn't even greet me with a simple"hello". They then just assumed i was a walk in and threw me in a walk in line. They mentioned i would be texted when ready,I explained i only had my work cell and not the number on file but she wouldn't change it for me since i had already checked in...I was then asked to wait outside in 90degree weather (which is fine with covid) but when i attempted to wait in the shade she would not let me..it took nearly 20 additional minutes for them to realize I had an appointment (they seemed so annoyed it took that long before even greeted or asked what brought me in today..) I genuinely couldn't understand why they were so rude and had no customer service skills, their attitudes made me genuinely uncomfortable. Thank God Brendy who drew my blood was very polite once i got inside. I have had many labs done with Quest and have never come across such blatant attitude. I recommend hiring a front desk staff that enjoys their job or is properly trained. There are a lot of people unemployed at the moment that would kill for their position. I hope this review is taken seriously considering I am not one easily to complain, and this was truly the impression the staff presented me with. I would normally give 2 stars for the kindness Brendy showed but the rest of the staff was that rude I cannot bear it. read more

Oh my.!! The rudest two workers I've ever seen. The receptionist kept snapping at other customers. And the Man that drew blood was abrupt, abrasive and impatient. The both seem very unhappy. I shall never use this office again!! Good luck to you that go here. read more

Yes, they have good techs. Painless, at least for me. My issue is that they are asking for a lot money up front. The receptionist asked me for $100 which she claimed was their estimate of my responsibility. She said it is company policy. I get blood tests every 4 months and have never paid over $20 to other quest offices. Always billed and always paid in full. I now go to another quest and they treat me the way I have been for 5 years. I pay zero dollars upfront and they bill me about $17. read more

I walked in not planning on being able to get in, but planning on scheduling or coming back. They could get me in right away and both girls were very nice and pleasant, too, which was great! Catie was my lab tech. and she was so good at what she does! I didn't even feel the prick of the needle! This was wonderful from my side, so Catie, keep doing what you're doing! She let me know she's there Monday - Friday and so anytime I need to go to Quest, I'll make sure I go on those days. She's awesome and anyone else would have a great experience like I did! read more

I started going to this particular location years ago for lab tests because it is close to home. There is always ample parking and the office is right there on the corner of the first floor. The office is clean and pleasant. Though it was convenient, I always had to wait a long time no matter what time I went in. No one likes fasting for labs and then when you have to wait a long time it is really grueling. I am not sure how long ago there was a staff change, but on my recent visits the past few months there are two gals there that are wonderful! Chelsea is always at the front desk. She is a multi-tasker who can be on the phone, gather your paperwork and scan your insurance card all at the same time. She gets you checked in as quickly as possible. Then Catie is there to take care of your lab work. She is friendly and welcoming and really sets you at ease. Her blood draw skills are flawless - you won't even feel the needle! She is also quick and efficient about getting things done and turning her lab room over for the next patient. Good customer service anywhere goes a long way, but making lab work a breeze is exceptional! read more

The experience was good. Sign in efficient with 6 people waiting upon opening. It took under 15 minutes to be seen, so that was efficient. The staff was pleasant. The lab technician - she was nice and friendly - and most importantly competent - especially when you're having blood drawn. I've used the other Quest locations, and I prefer this one for its staff and efficiency. read more

Firstly. I rarely write a review. After this amazing experience I felt it necessary to share. I had a lovely woman named Julie assist me. I was beyond nervous! I have been to many a Quest Diagnostics through my years and this is the first time I can say, I will never go back to this one. So much so, that this is the very first "review" I have ever felt the need to write. The appearance of the office is aesthetically appealing and welcoming but the Phlebotomist that I encountered was rude, bossy and noncompliant. I can not believe I left that place feeling so bullied. Usually I am the first to speak up for myself but she was going to stick a needle in my arm so I kept silent and anxiously awaited for this to be done so I could get out of there. The upside, I was in and out in ten minutes! Personally, I'd take a longer wait to be treated with more care. read more

Although I am computer literate and do have a smart phone, I needed to contact a "person" for an immediate concern about labs recently done. The issue to start was that this organization failed to send lab results to our doctor. My husband had an appointment with this doctor for follow up today. Online all the "contact" numbers led to multiple "options" to be serviced. All referenced the computer or smart phone. Once I finally found an option to reach a person, I then had to wait for at least 15 minutes on hold before the woman answered. Meanwhile my husband gave up waiting and was driving to the facility. Once the woman answered she refused to assist because he was not available. When I told her the issue, she told me that he wouldn't be able to get results at that location. The physician would have to request the results! I couldn't help but have great concern for people without computers or smart phones or who might have some slight dementia. I am sure labs should provide more personal service to the many elderly who might need same. Don't use Quest. Go across the street and use Orange County Diagnostics, very user friendly! read more

I had some routine blood work ordered by my OB and was anxious to get it done and over with. I always dread getting my blood drawn, since it is usually a huge hassle. I wasn't able to make an appointment online ahead of time because the Quest website was down for maintenance. I hopped on to Yelp to see which Quest labs were nearby. While on Yelp, I noticed that quite a few of the Quest labs had really poor reviews. I already don't like getting my blood drawn and I didn't want to have to deal with a long wait time or unfriendly office staff/lab technicians. I noticed on Yelp that the Laguna Niguel lab had great reviews. Even though it was a little bit of a further drive for me, I thought I would give it a try as a walk-in. I arrived at 10:30 on a Thursday morning. The front desk gal was super nice and friendly. I signed in and sat down. I wasn't sitting for more than a minute when they called me back to get my blood drawn. The blood draw was super easy. The phlebotomist knew what she was doing, was quick and very organized. She took 6 vials of blood and sent me on my way. As I walked out of the office, I checked my cell phone to see what time it was. It was 10:38. Only 8 minutes total to get in and out and I didn't even have an appointment. I will for sure come back to this location in the future. read more
