Had to get drug tested for my new job and I had to come here. Good, not great? The employees weren't super friendly but they weren't rude either. I couldn't set up an appointment (I had 24 hours to take a drug test) so I waited for an hour and 15 minutes. The test itself was super quick so I don't know why I had to wait so long, considering not many people were there for a drug test. I wish they would have let me know how long I would have to be waiting when I checked in. I could have waited outside where it was warmer vs inside where it was chilly. I ended up asking the nurse about an hour in where I stood in line and she said about 15 minutes. Bring a book! You'll be waiting a while. read more

I checked online before driving over. It showed a 15 minute wait, I drove over, checked in screen said 20 minute wait. Currently at 90 minutes.. Just saw two people who were ahead of me walk out unseen.. I think I will join them before I pass out. Update: I Ended up waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes for bloodwork. I had been fasting and really thought I was going to pass out but had already invested so much time I figured I'd stay. Thankfully I had crackers in the car. The over head clock is worthless.. it looks like each customer should take 90 seconds so they show short wait times. Had it shown a more realistic, five minutes between people to account for appointments I would have been a more informed consumer and come back another time,,, I tried making an appointment online in advance but everything was late in the day which doesn't work for people who are fasting. read more

never ever go to this location especially with the lady named beeeertha that works in the back that says she is a team lead and manager at the same time. i have been going to quest for years and never had an issue before until today! i have super bad anxiety with needles and i pass out when i have to get my blood drawn! i was always allowed to bring someone with me for my anxiety and they refused to allow someone to come with me to get my blood. i had a panic attack! i have never ever had a worst experience in my life with quest diagnostics! my parents and i asked for the lady that drew my blood and the security officer for their names and the manager. they refused to give their names. the lady bertha i find out when she initially took me to the back and said that she would bring one of my parents back after i got into a room. they don't even wear name tags! bertha said she was a team lead and a manger; i'm not sure how you can be in two different positions at the same time.. bertha doesn't know one thing for being empathetic towards patients at all! i even asked her to use a butterfly needle since thats the easiest way to get my blood, she also refused to do that! so much for making a patient comfortable and calm especially someone who has anxiety! i truly do and honestly feel for anyone and most importantly children that would have to deal with such an inconsiderate employee! who knows if she is even one, she wears no name tag? how can you be sure she does? the security guard had a name tag and took it off so no one knew her name! if i could, i would hive this location zeeeeero stars! other locations are better! read more

I went in for a routine drug screening for work. I was quoted 30 minutes and it's been over 3 hours and I'm still waiting. There is no reception here either so you can't even use your phone. Well, here we go again at Quest. So after not doing the test request by SMA. This is now the THIRD TIME IN 5 weeks. Go to desk for my 5:45 appt. lady at desk is told my problem with them. She said o will show you on my screen I have it. She showed me the order on the computer screen. So now sit and wait. Please come to window 1. The lady there again Asked for my information and tells me she can't find it. Wait. Now she fines it!!!! Go to room and do test. So I think all is fine. NOPE! 8 a.m. next morning get a call from Kansas City from Quest she tells me I need to go back to do the test AGAIN!!!! Yup it is Number 4 try 3 different Quest labs. They have Monopoly as SMA and Senior Deminsons will not send me anywhere else. You must deal with their incompetence for 6 weeks and unable to see my doctor until the asylum send my test. Sick now six weeks no specialist will see you with out the test results. Outrageous Senior Dem calls SMA so your back to square one. Quest is a great name for this company....it is a Quest to get a test. read more

The phlebotomists are so welcoming, professional, and great customer service. Now the black bitch and the fat white bitch that sit up in front are the opposite. Extremely rude, no customer service, ghetto attitude, and they talk so damn loud that the whole room can hear your business. This place makes it super difficult to make appointments. Then when you arrive it is no surprise the waiting room is packed. I had to drive all the way from Summerlin and was turned away after a half an hour because they said they could not do the test I needed after 12:30 , which is funny because I arrived before 12:30. They don't/won't manage handicapped parking. I saw at least 2 vehicles without placards or plates parked in handicapped parking. I told the front desk. "That's security's job not mine." "Will you call security?" "No." So I had to walk a distance with arthritis and they couldn't care less. read more

Quest Diagnostic has been the only lab I have gone to for all my blood testing. I have really never had any issues from them except for the billing part. For the longest time they had issues with there appointment systems and there was ALWAYS a long wait. Sometimes the staff just sits up front and talks and laughs and does not even seem to care there are people waiting. But since the new System is in place you get in much more faster then before. read more

Horrible!!!! Made an appointment and it took over an HOUR!!! Waiting waiting was filthy. Staff were rude and unfriendly. The phlebotomist was also rude -- when I was surprised that they didn't take cash, she looked at me like I was crazy. Took her FOREVER to input all of my daughter's info, as if she had never used a computer. It's difficult to rate anything a 1/5 or 1/10. I didn't hate and wanna burn down the place. It's difficult rating things without a group bias mentality when almost everyone here as a patient or for a drug test seems absolutely miserable. I did find the process slower than other donor spots, drug testing, or any form of labwork in general. Been here twice now and it just seems inefficient or they don't have enough employees or areas to conduct the needed procedures for patients. read more

My husband had to do blood work and urine sample this morning. We made an appointment on line for 6 am. He went and had great service,Unfortunately he had to bring back the urine sample later this morning. He had completed the paperwork, sample in the sealed plastic bag. We returned about 8:30 am to drop off the package. The person at the front desk was plain RUDE. He should have been able to drop off the package without waiting or a smart Mouth! Instead he was told if he couldn't wait till she took care of about 20 patients he should do what ever he needed to do. Why they don't have a basket next to her with a sign that's says "Lab Samples only" so no one waits or bothers that desk person. Since she has NO customer service maybe she needs to be replaced! Had a bad experience with a nurse that drew my blood. She was very rude and had no gentle bone in her body. My veins are really big and easy to find. When she stuck me with the needle, it hurt really bad and I told her but she got angy and said I can complain to her boss. The other nurses that have drawn my blood are gentle and do not hurt me. I spoke to the manager and they said they would look into it. I hope that they actually will because this is really bad and rude service. My arm has a 6"bruse where she stuck me with the needle. Had the worst expectation before coming in because of all the negative yelp reviews, but but I found that it wasn't all that bad because I booked in advance and I went in the morning around 8, so I got called up to the counter quickly, got in the back quickly, and went on my merry way maybe in 15 minutes, tops. read more

If you make an appointment they are really good about honoring the time for the most part. I've been to this location a couple times because they are open later then most, which works out for me & my busy schedule. I've only came as a walk in, it's easier for me to do walk ins because of my schedule. So I know and understand that with walk ins the wait time can vary. There's been times when I've waited just a few minutes and where I've waited like a hour. When you don't make an appointment it's kind of hard to complain about the wait time. And this is a pretty busy location. They appear to have recently done some renovations and have a larger waiting area, which is nice. I'm never too thrilled about any type of needles going into me and there hasn't been anyone staff wise that really wowed me or anything so I'm just giving this an average rating of a 3. I have been to better ones where the staff is very friendly and helpful and the phlebotomist are great. I just did not get that here. They have never been exactly rude but more so like the vibe of I'm just here to do my job and get a check lol. But they're open later and they get the job done. read more

The front desk staff is friendly but the wait is unreasonably long. I'm heading into the third hour waiting. The website states the Burnham walk-in wait time as 21 minutes when I first arrived. It seems this time is just a random number. I've been checking every 10-15 minutes and the wait time fluctuates 18-28 minutes, but I'm on hour 3. I'm not sure if I should cut my loss and grab my paperwork for another location, or suck it up another hour or two. I hope someone reads this and picks another location. I use to go to the Quest on Rainbow and Flamingo. The longest wait there was about 50 minutes. It seems Quest has a lock on the Vegas Valley business, so I can't recommend an alternative. read more

Reading these reviews- had me scared before I even got here today. Getting blood taken is something that is already not fun for me, or I'm sure any of you. I'm happy to say this was a good experience for me. Checked in, lady at the desk was polite and upbeat, despite having a full House of people needing things done. I maybe sat for three minutes before I was Called back (made an appointment online). My phlebotomist Rachel was sweet and took her time in finding my vein before sticking me (I have deep veins so I am always a hard stick). I was in and out in about 10 minutes. read more

Sign in desk attendant was rude and loudly boisterous. They also insisted that I paid $103 up front which I have never had to paid in advance; Clark County Self-Funded always covers the bill and my usual patient responsibility is $11 to $12 dollars. I will be reporting this to their management. After leaving Quest I was able to complete my bloodwork at the other pathology lab business in town at the building directly across the street from Quest at 4275 Burnham. Unlike Quest the staff was congenial and polite also unlike Quest the facility was spotless. I had to pay $0.00 in advance. BTW this other really nice lab at 4275 Burnham accepts appointments. I hope people start to realize that Quest is NOT the Only Game in Town! read more
