The worst ever! My mom missed her Paratransit scheduled bus transport because of the long delay. When we arrived there was only 6 people in the Quest Burnham lab diagnostics.. . Then slowly but surely people started arriving. They let my DISABLED Mother wait 3 hours! No appointment walk IN ONLY. No crowd only 6 people upon our arrival. We had been patronizing this location too many times and too many times we were disappointed by the treatment we got from the front desk crew ( whoever's is in charge of filing the paperwork OF the first come first serve and appointments ). Sahara and Rainbow location I never have a problem with. They are perfect! In and out you go. No waiting. It's clean and sanitized. It's pleasant people that works there. The tests are painless. I've been going here for years and never had a problem till this week. I'm a heart and kidney patient so I have a lot of blood work done. So Monday I went in for a test for a heart test I was having on Thursday (tomorrow) we 3 hours after I got home they called me saying the main one that was needed was not up to standard, whatever that means . I dont have a car so I either have to hire someone to bring me . So I went back today not knowing they scheduled my visit to another Quest that idk where is . And instead of letting me just walk in , they said I'd have to wait till everyone with appointments was seen . That was 50 appointments that I'd have to wait on for their mistake . So now I have to go back tomorrow , 3 trips for 1 thing of blood work . They was not polite or anything . So rude for the mess up they did themselves . Re-read my review - Hope Quest will try to get me the two replacement rides. Think maybe I mis-lead them with the phrase re their follow-up of my complaint. That referred to the mix-up....still am hoping they replace the missed rides, that was not addressed to date. 3-12-21. Recently had some difficulty (which has since been corrected to some extent) re lab tests....results not being sent to Coumadin Clinic due to misspelling of name. This after a year of going to the same facility with the dame process,. As a result I used up (per my records) 2 trips with no results...not my fault. I'd appreciate the consideration from Quest - to replace those trips - for now I've used up 5 of the 12 allotted for the year, 2 without the needed results. If you make an appointment ahead of time, you could be in and out in just about 20 minutes ( or less ). They recently added touch screen, self-check in tablets by the front desk. The receptionists are also very helpful when they are not busy. Plenty of parking, decent bathrooms. The Quest Diagnostics sign is easy to miss. I read most of the reviews for this location and here is my summary of the reviews including my conclusions and my own experience. Most people who rated 1 star complained about the wait time which can be 3 hours without an appointment for walk-ins. With an appointment, you get in promptly within 10-20 minutes. Therefore, make an appointment. After reading the reviews, I decided to specifically request Solita. She drew my blood and her assistant was Jacob. They were amazing! Words cannot describe how professional, sweet and understanding they were (I was scared). I felt very little pain and the experience was amongst the best I could imagine. I've been coming to this location for over a year. At first, my visits were once a week, so the employees really got to know my face and my medical history and reasons for being at the clinic so often. Perhaps the frequency of my visits is why I feel so confident in their services. I have deep, rolling veins and lots of scar tissue build up from multiple treatments, IVs, infusions, etc. But thankfully the phlebotomists at this location are able to draw my blood quickly and as efficiently as possible. The past year has been a whirl trying to get my health back to normal and I'm really thankful to have a clinic that is open at the hours I need them and staffed with amazing people. read more

The staff are professional and you can tell that they try their best but this business needs to take a second look at their system from a managerial standpoint. I took my son here and used the online check in since it seemed convenient. I get there and I'm told "I'm not sure what you saw online but it's wrong. It'll be an hour and a half minimum wait." If you're online check in is wrong and you're aware of the problem, then disable that feature from now before having patients drive across town to be told that they need to wait an additional hour and a half. When I came in there was only a few people,now the whole room is filling up. I really have to pee,I have a headache this is ridiculous. THEY'RE OPEN ON WEEKENDS! This can be a huge life saver if you have a busy schedule and need to get lab work done in a hurry. However, be warned that if you do not have an appointment at this location, you will most likely have to wait in excess of an hour and a half from the time you sign your name at the desk if you're in need of services. Because of their location, this Quest fills up fast, and I feel that they could use a couple more employees to help expedite the process. Went to Quest at Burnham for my husband's 12:30pm appointment. The guy at the door told him there's a 2hour delay. My husband has been fasting for 12 hrs. What's the point of the appointment when he still has to wait that long? On the website it says by appointment only. I have been to quest in the past and know that having an appointment is key. Not having an appointment means you will most likely have a long wait time. I scheduled my appointment online and literally was in and out after 15 minutes. Inside was filled with people and finding a seat at first wasn't easy, but there wasn't a line to check in and the girl who helped me was courteous so that was nice. Since seating was limited, I was glad to be called back so quickly and done so fast. There is a private parking lot and you might have to circle around a few times for a spot since this place gets busy. Unless you need some sort of test done ASAP you should really consider making an appointment even if nothing is open for a few days to avoid long wait times as a walk-in. read more

The wait times advertised are absolutely inaccurate. The website claimed that walk-ins had a supposed 18 minute wait time but this was totally untrue. We waited for over two hours even though the in office wait time board never stated a wait of more than 18 minutes. The in-office board lists each person's name and approximate wait time. My wait time on the board vacillated between 4-8 minutes for well over an hour. Many patients who walked in after me were seen before I was. Do yourself a favor and find a lab that reports accurate wait times instead of pretending that a 2+ hour wait is less than 18 minutes. Update 7/8/2019: I did email the company directly as was suggested by the agent who responded to this review. I have not yet received a response from Quest. read more

This App needs a half star ! Got in here at 5:25 for blood work (opens at 5am) and this place was jam packed. Not a big deal as people get sick, need to give blood, drug tests and so on. After checking in I was told "oh, just about an hour" which was what it was. However after waiting 2 hours and a constant flow of patients walking in and NO ONE going in back I walked up to desk and politely asked how much longer? Rude ass employee looks and says "your still a long ways away" and also sir we have appointments booked every 10 mins and we employe one phlebotomy tech today. WTF?!?!? 50?people waiting , no movement and when asked about time the girls at desk are RUDE, Unhelpful and Callus. I walked out!! Quest is ridiculous and needs some serious help in the employee customer service area. Add staff for god sakes. We're paying for a service NOT clueless, rude, unhappy and understaffed office. I use this company for a lot of my companies testing. However, after my personal experience this morning .. Those days are over. Worse lab in Southern Nevada area HANDS DOWN! They don't accept appointments for lab work. So, you have to get there and hope the line isn't bad. We got there, checked in and were told it would be 1-1.5 hours. 2.5 hours later, the 3 minute test was completed. Now, while we were waiting, playing games on our phones, we heard the wait time estimation grow and grow. One gentleman made a comment that didn't catch my hear, the worker lady laughed at him/what he said, he grew rather angry. He observed that laughing at him was not very professional and was quite rude. She replied that she agreed with him and if he could get them more help by complaining to management to go for it, but she knows nothing will happen, so she laughed. If we have to go here again, we will try for a late, late night stop during one of their few 24 hour days to see if that can speed up the visit. read more

First off this location is open on Sundays! That is a big plus in my book, I am a Monday thru Friday worker so the weekends help out a lot when they are open. I usually go on Sundays with an appointment, I have gone on the "Wait list", walk ins, etc. I usually schedule an appointment then. One of the staff Jennifer is very helpful and friendly, she works front and also draws lab work. She is very gentle and nice while taking care of patients. I would go on Saturdays, but Sundays are not so busy for me. I also do not mind the drive to have Jennifer draw up my lab work, she is a great person and works well with patients. I could go to the one closer to my home, but that office is not very friendly and the staff is not nice when taking work. read more

There are other locations near me, but I like that this place is huge and you usually don't have to wait too long to be seen. Their website specified a time frame that they accept patients for specific tests. After waiting 45 minutes after my appointment time, I was told that they changed their time frames and even though I was there early enough to do the test, there was somebody in front of me and the lab wouldn't get my test in time. Not sure how this place has gotten so many bad reviews. I had a 10am appointment for blood work. I was called to the back around 10am maybe 10:02am at the latest. The blood work portion took maybe 5 minutes to complete. I was out of there by 10:15am. My appoinment The young lady taking my blood was really nice and had no problems doing her job as quickly & painless as can be. There is a sign hanging from above when you get in where you would need to sign in when you first get there. I got there real early for my appointment around 9:30am. I got called back up to the counter maybe at 9:35am for my insurance info. The young lady who took my insurance info was really nice and funny. Also it seemed all the other people working at the counter were really nice too. They have a decent size waiting area so finding a seat was no problem for me. There is a nice size and clean bathroom right there if you need it plus a tv. The bathrooms are also clean and big in the back too. There is plenty of parking in front of the building and to the side. This appointment was on a Sunday morning which is fantastic since I didn't have to lose time out of work. The hours here on the weekend should work great for people that work Monday thru Friday. This was my 2nd visit and just like the 1st I didn't have any problems. I will always book my appointments here in the future when needed. read more

I came here to perform some lab work on 5/24/18 I gave them my Medicare card to cover $337 ,, they entered my information wrongly and said Medicare declined to pay ,, So I had to pay it with my personal credit card ,, on7/2/18 Medicare sent me my statement showing it's been paid in full , when I contacted quest to refund me the money that's when the run around began since then .. can you believe?? Been trying to get my money since ONE year dealing with there regional office in FL with Teresa Johns !! One year of run around emails and copies back and forth and yet I didn't have my money back !! This is the only location with weekend hours, which used to be 24 hours, but recently changed to closing at midnight (weekend). I'm a fan (hence the 4 stars), but since last sunday's two hour wait, I would not recommend coming here after lunch on sunday (see, everyone had the same idea that day). I would suggest either getting an appointment (www.questdiagnostics.com) or getting here really early if you're still planning on coming here on saturday or sunday (bring a book or something to help time pass). The waiting room was filled halfway when we arrived (should've been a sign). But the waiting room and in the hallway, too, was filled with people, by the time I was seen for a blood test. If I was told at check-in, that it was at least an hour and a half out, I would've sent my husband to get an errand done, I would've brought something to keep me occupied (yeah, I went through my purse, to organize it) and I wouldn't have been so antsy. It was a long while that people were being called back there. One guy left (carrying his bike wheel), and he had an appointment! After a while, some other people checked to see when they would be seen, including me. The rep told me that it would be about 15 minutes more because three people were in front of me (that didn't seem so bad, right, but it was actually 30 minutes). Someone told us that she was taking a urine test, so she was holding it (poor thing). I'd never seen it this packed before and I've been here many, many times (another reason for the 4 stars). Once I was called back there, the phlebotomist told me that everyone left and didn't volunteer even after seeing that the waiting room was filled almost to capacity. She asked me to make sure that my information was correct on the label (that's new). Also, I was asked to sign a form (that's new too). She was very nice. Also, the lady checking people in, was going back there, too, since she was also a phlebotomist- talk about double-duty. So the line to check-in got pretty long too. There is a security guard in a little office to the right, upon entering the building. In a nutshell: clean location, with many seats available, courteous staff, ample parking lot, open on weekends (get here early). read more
