Tucked away behind Goldie's and connected to the left side of the Scottish Masonic center is this hidden gem. Located at the old 24 hr fitness, right smack in the middle of shoreline. Who would have known! For my sisters birthday a group of 6 including me came in to put our brains to the test. We did the National Treasure escape room and had SO much fun!! Definitely a great way to bond with friends or family! Now, I don't want to give away any "secrets" but things were very unexpected and you really have to think outside of the box. You get 1 hour and time goes by super fast! I highly recommend trying this out if you are up for a challenge!! Btw, this is a smaller location and only has two escape rooms. (The national treasure room & The mad scientist room.) Also, I recommend not to drink too much before hand because it makes it much harder to focus! Oopsies!

Yeah. Fun. Worth it. Difficult. But not impossible. For the first time, we actually solved ones of these things.

Awesome! Definitely bring as many people as possible to finish. Finished with 6 minutes remaining with a group of 6 players.

Canned but decently priced! When you arrive you can check in for the escape rooms in The Basement, arrive about 10-15 mins early so you can make sure your waiver is signed and you get the overview and rules of the room. We had a group of 5 and did the Who Dennis room! Being my second room I do not have a ton of experience but for the price compared to the last room was no comparison. Way better! The size, layering of puzzles, and help when we needed it was great. We had a fun time and at no point with 5 people did we run out of anything to have to do. We didn't solve the puzzle but was extremely close! We were even offered 20% off if we wanted to come back and try to solve again. I'm hooked and need to go back and try and solve it again. They also had 3 other rooms available, and if they were any sort of the quality of the Who dunnit I am sure they will be great!

I am really happy that Escapology came here as now there is something new to do when you end up meeting people at the mall. Plenty of easy parking, lots of places to eat nearby, you can also do some shopping, see a movie or play some video games. With another local escape room place closing recently, this may be the best local option. Its got many escape rooms to choose from, at some point I might do them all. Prices are high, but look for groupons and week day deals. Rooms are private for your group. Easy to book online. On a busy Saturday morning with not a ton of advanced planned we were able to make reservations for Batman. My 10 and 12 year old nephews seemed to enjoy it, but they are becoming escape room experts. The 12 year old had already been here and done another room. The youngest is already planning the escape room he wants to do next. We escaped with 1 minute and 11 seconds to spare. My brother complained the rooms were small and we would have struggled to fit the additional 2 people we considered bringing. The hints were provided on a computer screen so we were able to keep them up until we solved what we were working on. We used a lot of clues. One part did seem to have the answer already showing by overuse, but this was a bonus for us. Not overly dark, like some escape rooms. I really like the decor here, lobby included. Nice to have multiple bathrooms and a water fountain with cups in case you want to bring some water in with you. The escape room door is available to open at will in case you need to run to the bathroom. No lockers, but a basket to put a few items in the room if you don't want to hold them.

We walked in and were greeted immediately by three super nice, helpful employees. They explained all the rooms to us, from the easiest to the hardest. The lobby was awesome full of different clocks, fun wall art, games to play, and these cool, space shaped chairs. We picked the 7 Deadly Sins room. You get one hour to complete it and it's much harder than you think! There were four of us, and you really have to use everyone on your team. Write things down, divide tasks, and make sure everyone plays their part. We had the best time working together. It was difficult and challenging, but we made it out right down to the wire! This is an absolute must for a fun date (day or night), a work party, or any group event. I hope you have just as much fun as we did!

I came here for The Vault with a bunch of people from meetup. The Vault was sort of in beta, so there were things expectedly not quite working, and I won't fault the company for this. Overall, the puzzles were interesting/fun/dramatic to interact with, which is pretty great. That said... I don't love linear puzzle rooms, and this one was seriously that. We had 6? people for this room, but there was really only one puzzle available at a time (the one time there were two puzzles, the "meta" of them was brute-force-able, which means it wasn't even useful to do). I think you could count the number of puzzles total to be something like... 10 puzzles, which is a disappointing number especially with the number of people in the room. It makes me feel like they spent all their efforts into the fancy decor and flashy lights and ...story?, rather than puzzles. If you do come to do this escape room and you've done some before, I'd recommend a smaller number of people. It was generally obvious which puzzle was the one that needed doing; there was very little search-the-room so not much else for anyone else in the group while the single puzzle was being worked on. (And because the puzzles were so physically interactive, it wasn't really like multiple people could work on it at once.) Staff was friendly enough, though the front desk was usually absent. They do have a tiny photo booth closet which I think is fun! And they have a large parking lot shared with the fitness(?) next door so you don't have to worry about parking in downtown Redmond. I got tricked by the fitness and thought it wasn't there, but it is.

This review is specifically for the Ice Walker room and in no way reflects the staff. They were nice. When our time started, I think we were able to complete one or two of the puzzles in the first room fairly easily. However there was one puzzle on the wall that when you solve it, a box should open. We completed that puzzle multiple times but the box did not open and we finally had to ask for a hint. The staff confirmed that we had completed the puzzle correctly and manually opened the box for us. They also added back a couple of minutes into our overall time. Where my issue lies is that I see that a month ago, there is a yelp review with the exact same complaint. Why hasn't the issue been fixed if that complaint was made a month ago? Other than the malfunctioning puzzle, our group had to use all three of our hints. Usually when you get a hint you understand where you might've gone wrong or you understand the reasoning behind the puzzle. However for this room in particular, we felt that there were a lot of things that just didn't make sense. The puzzles and the low quality equipment really took the fun out of the experience and we're not sure if we would return. A side note: a couple of people in my party have done two other escape rooms at Flee and they have had fine experiences with those. I believe both of those escape rooms were also five out of five difficulty. It seems that with our experience, combined with the other low reviews specifically for this room, that the Ice Walker room is to be avoided.
