Steamed Dumplings, Vegetable Fried Rice and Orange Chicken that came with white rice. The best part of the meal was the white rice! The Steamed Dumplings were barely cooked with very little meat in them and were probably cooked in a microwave. The Wonton Soup was just ok. The Hot & Sour Soup had so much bean curd in it that should have been its name. I ate half of the cup because that was the best part of my meal! The Vegetable Fried Rice was disgusting. It was soggy and tasteless. I had about one bite. My husband's Orange Chicken had so much breading on it was hard to find the chicken. He ate about half of it because he's not that picky and was really hungry! We got a bonus's Pork Egg Roll because we spent over $40. I ate two bites of it and spit the second one out! We also had two bottles of water, no issues with the water. Overall it was a terrible experience. I will say that many reviews talked about small portions we thought the portions were fine. I'm giving this review one star because I can't give a zero!

That can only be purchased by itself. I even had to show her the options listed on Uber Eats, which made the whole situation even more confusing. Honestly, this could have been avoided if the regular chicken teriyaki was offered as a combination platter on the app or if the menu made the difference clearer. As for the advertised photo versus what I actually received? Straight up catfish. I should've called Nev. The picture shows glossy, properly cooked teriyaki meat. Mine looked like it had been left on the grill during an emergency evacuation. I've been coming here for the past few years and have never had an issue before. I've always spoken highly of this place and recommended it to other people, which is exactly why this experience was so disappointing. It definitely left a nasty taste in my mouth. It definitely did it's job as a sampler because now we know we like all of their appetizers and would order any of them on their own in the future. I ordered Egg Drop Soup after that because it's a favorite of mine. I always add a little salt to their version of it but I add salt to a lot of soups so that may just be a "me" thing. I had the Sweet & Sour Pork with Fried Rice for my entree, which is the same things had last time and it's still great. Between the appetizer and the soup and the entree, I was hoping to have enough to take home for lunch tomorrow and I definitely did. My wife had the General Chicken. She really liked the sauce because it was sweet but has a little bit of spicy kick to it. She said the same thing I said about the chicken itself; she loved that it was big pieces of juicy white meat. She was also surprised by how much she liked the broccoli which made for one of those things where you could get a bite of everything at once. Just like its name, this really is just a place to grab a quick American-Chinese food. It does have 3-4 tables laid out, so it is possible to sit and dine-in too. The food is pretty much any and everything Chinese you crave. I got the tofu-fry with veggies and the portion was huge. The rice that came with it was pretty bland and could tell, it was the most cheap and inferior quality. However, the food itself was not that bad. It was huge portion, so couldn't finish in one sitting but eventually finished it, which usually doesn't happen with me. Luckily, upon checking the multiple food delivery apps ( they all have different restaurants listed, so you gotta check em all), I found a new restaurant on BeyondMenu. The Good: Able to order via app. Order arrived in about an hour, which was within the delivery estimation. My partner was happy with the Chinese food he ordered. They paid attention to the notes for special requests, and didn't include any onions, which some restaurants miss. Sushi was tasty and were decently sized. Reasonable delivery fees. The Meh: The devil is in the details, and there were little things that didn't set them apart from other takeout places. The sushi I ordered had the ginger and wasabi smooshed into the side of a couple of rolls. They didn't have any paper separating the items. Sushi came with the "good" soy sauce and shrimp sauce. Chinese food comes with the less than tasty Chinese restaurant soy sauce. The Bad: They didn't include any napkins or forks, only came with chopsticks. No menu for future orders. I additionally ordered the Yang Chow Fried Rice, which I found to lack any seasoning. Since it's cooked without soy sauce, it could use some garlic/salt/pepper. However the rice did have plentiful large cuts of meat and lots of veggies. Also, while I love that they have Sushi and Chinese food, I did find the sushi, especially the "cheaper" rolls to be a bit over priced. I'm far more likely to throw in an extra simple roll if the cost is reasonable, however over 5 bucks for a 6 piece JB roll is a bit much.
