The only thing I will say was my Wonton soup tasted a little off. The wontons tasted like they were maybe frozen and defrosted or something so didn't really touch the wontons but the soup itself had great flavor ! The general Tso's chicken was bomb and the spicy chicken wings were packed with flavor ! I would def get that item again. The food is consistent and very large portions. We pretty much solely get our take out from Wok N Roll, even tho each one is individually owned we have found that they are pretty consistent. Food is done quick, hot and lots of it. I will say that the online ordering is frustrating. You pick all your items and it NEVER lets me log in, i have to switch to "phone style" order and then it will let me log in. I also never get the confirmation email. The food is excellent. The delivery is very good that comes in 30 to 45 minutes. I have ordered the beef and broccoli and the broccoli was actually Crispy. Steak and onion has a lot of beef and a lot of onions. Very tasty. The pork foo wong (? Spelling) is very good. This is the best Chinese to go or delivered food in Jacksonville. I hate to even leave this review because we have frequented this place often and have never had issues, but after my most recent experience, I can't say that I will ever go back again. I just finished eating our leftover wonton soup and found what appears to be multiple BARNACLE shells at the bottom of my bowl. I honestly can't even fathom how these would have ended up in wonton soup to begin with and I find it deeply bothersome. They've definitely cleaned this place up a lot, which is why we've started coming again. Even though there's a Wok N Roll on Dunn Avenue, we drive all the way from the airport to this location because I love honey chicken and they prepare it so much better here! The people who work here are very friendly and it never takes more than 10-15 minutes to get our food. Because we drive such a long way, hubby always checks to make sure everything is correct before we leave. Not once have they made a mistake. Definitely worth the drive across town whenever we're craving Chinese food. SO happy they got the restaurant up to standards as far as cleanliness goes! read more

Food takes great but that isnt my concern the concern was how dirty everything behind the counter was. Dirt around the bottom of appliances and across the floor wasnt even normal dirt color it was black meaning the dirt and dust has set so long its caked on the floor and is filthy. If they dont clean then they dont wash their hands in my opinion. If you go here look at the environment it is disgusting. I was having a hard time trying to stomach coming back in here because i didnt notice it the first time being that i was talking to someone directly but when i had to wait it stood out as the first thing i noticed. I wanted to get a photo but honestly just imagine an abandoned house that hasnt been swept on the floor and mopped cleanly and thats what youll get. read more

Inexpensive Chinese food delivery is a special "comfort food" for my family and Wok N Roll delivered. Literally. LOL We didn't know they delivered in Riverside, but they put a menu on my front door about a month ago, so they've obviously expanded past the borders of Murray Hill. The delivery time was estimated at 30-45 minutes, it arrived in 25. Everything was still hot - too hot to eat, actually. Whomever packed it for delivery was generous in the condiments thankfully. (Too many places won't give out Chinese mustard anymore unless you beg them, and even then they can be stingy.) My husband and I ordered our basic comfort foods = large egg drop soup, large chicken fried rice, and a pupu platter appetizer. The egg drop soup was very good, not too gelatinous and plenty of egg drops to go around. The chicken fried rice doesn't look like much in the picture I took, but when I dished it out, it was full of large, juicy chicken pieces - extremely generous. They also packed it in the old fashioned paper carton instead of styrofoam. The pupu platter was also a hit. It comes with 2 whole chicken wings, 2 Teriyaki chicken on a stick, 2 pork egg rolls, 2 fried shrimp, 2 crab (faux) rangoons, 2 fried crab (faux) sticks, and 4 chicken nuggets with sweet & sour sauce. Everything was fresh and hot and good. We were a bit puzzled by the chicken nuggets - but they were good as far as chicken nuggets go. LOL We had a good laugh at the fried faux crab sticks - imagine mozzarella sticks but with a stick of faux crab (surimi) inside. It did taste pretty good. Yes, this isn't fine dining and is more in line with Chinese American junk food. But it was all good, more than enough for leftovers, and we were very satisfied with it all. read more

I work in the restaurant business and I KNOW what a Yelp review can do to your store. That being said.......this place ALWAYS rocks!! (Woks!! LOL! ) Tonight, I ordered Pork Lo Mein for the first time, Shrimp Fried Rice for my son, Dumplings and Crab Rangoon!! We have gotten food from here before and it is always hot, fresh, tasty and the delivery times are awesome!! And even though the delivery drivers always seem to be new people, they are friendly and very nice!
