Getting my frame polished to look like new. $52 Ready tomorrow.

Chris saved the day again. Told a friend about this place after her optometrist told her they couldn't fix her frame. She then went to Quick Fix last week with her Bvlgari prescription frame - broken at the hinge. Chris had to dig a slightly larger channel because of the size of the hardware to accommodate the replacement hinge. Not only was he able to do all that, but he was able to do it all within an hour while she waited. Total cost $54....and they look perfect.

I came to Quick Fix Eyeglasses Repair after I stepped on my favorite pair of eyeglasses. I didn't think my eyeglasses were repairable.... Boy I was wrong. Quick Fix did a great job and I'm very happy. Definitely recommend this business.

Took my husband's titanium glass frames in for repair. Service took less than an hour. I just got comfy in the waiting area and enjoyed being on my phone and choosing to do nothing else. :) The young lady is professional and provides top-notch customer service. Frames were fixed quickly even though she served other customers (pick up and drop off) as well. She didn't like the look of the wire piece that goes over the nose so she painted it. No extra charge. Got home and my husband was very impressed and very happy. He has been using repaired frames daily for a week and all remains well. Service comes with a three-month warranty. This is a wonderful and essential business. Highly recommend.

My local optician didn't have replacement arms for my well used aviator shades, so she sent me here.7.2 miles up Route 1,$55, 15 minutes, looking cool again. Very personable service, cash strongly preferred. If your beloved eyewear has an ouchie, this is the place.

This guy is super helpful. My six year old keeps breaking her glasses, so he shows me some sturdier arms for them. Very nice and thoughtful

I got hinge pieces welded to keep an arm on and the wire frame reattached at the corner of one lense.

I worked with Ms Pearlie and she made the process very smooth and fun! Very truthful as to what frames fit my face and what didn't (that's exactly what I needed) and I came out of there with two frames. Originally I just wanted to get one but came out with two, haha. I totally recommend going to Ms. Pearlie!! The doctor (Dr. Elena) was super friendly and the technicians who did my exams in the beginning had me feeling super comfortable and they were thorough in explaining everything.

This year I felt hopeful. Despite switching my appointment last minute (one hour notice) to a remote visit because of the doctor's illness, the customer service was very good. I specifically noted that I had not been notified my contacts were in the previous year and she promised to contact me. A month after my appointment, I check the website. It says my contacts are not in and to give them more time. Finally I call the office. They take a full 24 hours to get back to me to let me know they are in. I pick them up and the bag is dated as arriving one week after my appointment and lists "first patient notification" for the same day. Nope. And no apology or acknowledgment of this ridiculous oversight and poor service.

The staff was very cordial and promptly took me to the initial exam room where they examined my eyes with modern technology and an explanation of everything that was being done. Dr. Strong is highly detail oriented with a friendly demeanor. She listened to my description of what I have been noticing with my glasses over the last year and got me dialed into a new prescription. She and the frames specialist gave me some good advice on how to compare the frames with fit and fashion equally considered. I found this very helpful in navigating their wide variety of frames. I highly recommend Dr. Strong and the entire team at First Sight Vision Care for all of your optical needs.

Dr. Strong hadn't…read morementioned my eyes being "misaligned" during last year's exam (no prior eye drs had ever said that either) so I assumed it was in relation to my need for bifocals or progressives, which we discussed for the first time this year. She said I'd benefit from a special type of lens called Neurolens but it was not covered by insurance and costs about $1000! After the appointment, I wanted to learn more about the lens, as anyone would before they consider spending that much money on something. I became concerned when I saw "misalignment" means strabismus which is being cross-eyed. At this point my curiosity about a lens turned to worrying about what was going on with my eyes so I scheduled an appointment with a strabismus specialist. I went to the appointment prepared with a list of questions like what's causing my eyes to cross, is there anything that can be done to keep it from progressing, etc. The doctor examined my eyes and found no misalignment or other issues that would justify the use of Neurolens. This experience has been very frustrating. I can't help but feel this was a sales pitch to sell Neurolens.
