This may have been the best delivery sushi I've ever had. Ordered off grub hub, which is convenient. Seaweed salad was good, went with the red bull, volcano and quick grill rolls. The spicy roll had a nice bit of heat. Fish tasted fresh, and avocado was nice and ripe. Just really happy with these guys. read more

I like quick grill. The food is decent. Better than the mall hibachi place but they should change their name to slow grill. For a supposed "quick" place, they take forever. I placed an order through seamless which said pickup in 20 minutes. I walked in after 20 minutes, I get to the counter and the guy behind the counter couldn't even be bothered to address me. He ignored me until I called his attention. I asked him how long until my order would be ready. He takes a look at the order tickets and tells me 30 min. He hasn't even looked at my order let alone cook it! Ridiculous! I have to place an order an hour in advance for pickup?! read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called them up for a delivery and they asked for my address. I literally said 1 number before I could even finish giving them my address the guy on the phone is saying very rude/mean with a nasty attitude "WHAT DO YOU WANT? WHAT DO YOU WANT? WHAT DO YOU WANT? Last night 11/16/18 I ordered two kids meal chicken teriyaki and a shrimp tempura roll. Totaling my order to $14. When the delivery guy had handed me my food I told him he could had a $2 tip and I needed the rest of my change back. He insisted on a $3 tip after I told him please take $2, which in my opinion for a $14 order is more than enough. I had called Quick Grill spoke to the manager "Tony" he seemed less than sympathetic & couldn't care less as to how his delivery driver treats customers. This is my second occurrence with the same delivery driver being rude begging for more money in tips. To make matters worse five minutes after my phone call to the manager the delivery driver calls me cursing at me saying "Fuck you, fuck you" and then hangs up. Needless to say this place has definitely lost my business and Staten Island I think you should re-evaluate doing business with them also! read more

This place is pretty good it reminds me very much of the chicken teriyaki from Sarku in the Staten Island mall .The noodles weren't too good though they were very bland I had to use a lot of soy sauce on them and also the dumplings were eh but the chicken teriyaki and fried rice in my opinion was very good!! read more

I was at the mall shopping and needed a break. Took my kids here on a whim and I am glad I did. The food was delicious. Fresh and hot! The chicken teriyaki is grilled on a hot grill right in front of you. My kids loved to watch the cooks making their food. I was pleasantly surprised of the sushi. It was very good. The sushi chef made one the best rolls I have eaten in a long time and I ate at all the fancy sushi places in Manhattan. The sushi was definitely comparable to many of the high priced sushi places. Delicious food. I had sushi and chicken teriyaki with fried rice. My hubby also had sushi with noodles. We also had some appetizers. I came to Staten Island to run some errands. Food is great but I will not be ordering until they get a new driver. He's always harassing people about the tip he thinks he should get. He has a very nasty ass attitude. One time grub hub didn't tip him correctly, (an error on their behalf) and he didn't want to give my son the bag and told him don't order from them anymore. read more

Great experience here, food was tasty and the staff was friendly and fast. I would definitely be back here and tell my family and friends to come visit. New menu and everything is at a very reasonable price. There's plenty of parking and right off major highways so this place is a convenient location. read more

Service, service, service. I had 3 rolls that I called in and placed an order for before my lunch break. My ticket number was 17, they said it will be done in 15-20 minutes. 25 minutes later, I get in the store, I go to the counter to pay for my order, which went seamlessly, I go to pick up my food. There's a huge order being prepared 6 meals consisting of 2 bento lunches and 5 rolls. I'm like that's fine the guy must have ordered before me. Wrong! They called out #18. Thankfully after that order was complete they started to work on my order, but it took 15 minutes for him to do and by the time I got back to my office, I couldn't eat it because I had to start work again. It's really unacceptable for a place called "Quick" Grill, to have such an inability to plan and expedite orders correctly. This is indicative of being poorly managed. I'm sorry you should really work your tickets in the order that you took them. The food isn't exemplary enough to have to wait that long. Its only worth the price if you can actually be a quick meal. The food is good, but is on par to and equal to the next sushi roll store. I would rather order from a far more expensive place drive even further just to guarantee that when I show up my "takeout" food is ready for me to pay and leave. So never again will I be wasting 60 minutes of my 60 minute lunch break for a 10 min drive each way to grab food at a place and still have to wait on food that was supposed to be done before I even enter the store. read more

Place is good but can be better. Foods good the staff is ok. Quick eat for good price, the sushi is ok hit or miss but I won't say it taste bad. Tip: Make sure when you order your food ask for the white container so they don't squish everything in a lil plastic cantainter that's really for sushi orders. read more

Visiting some friends in Staten Island, wanted to grab something to eat before heading back to Jersey, should have gone home. What a waste of a freaking time. First the guy who is taking order at the counter is also answering the phone, shouldn't they have someone just answer the phone to take orders? He keeps on apologizing every time a phone call comes in, how about asking for another worker to come over and help. Then I heard a guy at the other end of the counter where you pick up your food yelling at a couple of guys cooking and preparing the dish, he waited close to 30 minutes and he has to go! I'm like crap, does not sound good, when the guy finally took my order, just a chicken bento box. If I had not paid for the food up front, I would have walked out, a lot of frustrated customers before me. 1 Chicken Bento box took almost 50 minutes!!!! Their reason, backed up orders and this was on a Thursday, I couldn't imagine what it's like on a weekend. I was told it's best I order online or call in, I told them this is my firs and last time here. By waiting for so long, I figured it out why the delay, most of the orders are online or calls as people can't wait for the orders. They need a better system, if you are going to be more dependent on online and call orders, how about taking away the tables and chairs since no one is sitting there, expand the freaking cooking area and hire more cooks. First time and Last. Should have gone to the Staten Island mall. read more
