Gal changed all the locks at my job years ago and fixed my gate lock countless times, and he was so great and awesome to work with I saved his card and the number and I've never called anyone else. Had a new lock put in inner entrance door of two flat. Installer Jacob was super nice and efficient; assessed the situation, presented me with options and found the appropriate replacement lock for my decades old door. Since the lock we agreed upon wasn't on the truck, he made a run back to the shop to get it, and then had to go back again to see if he could get appropriate key to match old lock and then brought extra keys when he found the old ones couldn't be used. He always stayed in communication to let me know what was happening, how long it would take and what was to be done next. He did a great job of installing the hardware, and the locking mechanism is far more secure than my previous situation. Installing locks in doors is something I do really poorly so I'm willing to spend a little extra money, to have an expert Craftsman ply his trade. Office staff is super nice and thoughtful, letting you know when the appointment is for and updating you if there are any delays. A company that takes itself and it's customer service very seriously. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

Our HOA hired Quick Key to change out our condo building's entry system from an old, dial to unit system to the Butterfly smart system. Pricing was competitive. Kyle was our installer and he was professional and great. There were issues getting the Butterfly to connect with the prepaid data SIM card we provided so the install wasn't complete the first day. However, Kyle troubleshooted at his office that evening and returned the next day to successfully get the system up and running. I only took off 1 star because 1) the main office didn't let us know we needed to contact the manufacturer beforehand to set up our account but luckily Kyle told me during install day so we were able to handle while he was working and 2) they didn't seem aware or familiar with how to use the prepaid data SIM card in the Butterfly system but our HOA pushed back since we did research on own to make sure the SIM card would work. I would still recommend Quick Key's services to others! read more

I needed a front gate knob replaced and my buzzer/intercom system troubleshot. Mike and Kyle came to my rescue. They offered me several options to choose from to solve my issues. I ended up replacing most of my exterior door knobs and two of my gate locks-- which were cheap builder grade and something I was well aware of. Both gentlemen were courteous, sweet and efficient. I only wish I would've baked some cookies to offer them. We are still working on fixing the front gate together, but from initial contact through the onsite visit, Quik Key did a really nice job. This company dispatched their technician Ardy to work on problems I was having for my first floor tenant's back door lock, and for the building's back entrance. He promptly and efficiently adjusted the tenant's existing back door and lock so that it opened and closed more smoothly without binding. Then, he did a complete replace of the back entrance doorknob and deadbolt set with a commercial grade lockset, which now works great. The technician​ could not fulfil his duty. I sat in my stairwell with my dog for 30 min while I kept suggesting he try the back door since I could tell he wasnt going to get the front door open. My back door is enclosed in a gated area. I had my dog and I wasn't worried about him running away. I was going to jump the fence and then open the gate for the tech. But he told me "oh no worries, I'll do it..". I didn't need him to do that. I'm erfectly capable of jping a fence and the point was for him to unlock my door to my apartment. Then when we were at my back door he couldn't even open that one!!! I got myself in through a window and he told me I still had to pay full price. The woman whom my bank and I talked to together in effort to explain to her that we thought this was absolutely a ridiculous charge, was EXTREMELY rude and she was saying that I had to pay the full price because her technician risked his well-being to jump the fence. What a joke!!!! I did not ask him to do that and he didn't fulfil the terms of our agreement (again to unlock my apartment door). I never received terms of service and was willing to pay for his time. But the full price for a service they couldn't fulfil-- thieves and horable business ethics for sure!!! At least my bank had my back and refunded me but still the ethics of this business just irks me. I do NOT recommend. read more

Jay was great! I had an emergency lock repair/replacement. When I called I was told that he would be here in 20-40 minutes. He arrived within that time frame. The job turned out to be more complicated than he originally thought, but he was patient and never got flustered. He communicated well and informed me of what he was doing at every step of the repair. Everything was back in working order within half-an hour.
