We changed our 3 cars from Mister Car Wash to Quick Quack about 6 months ago and we are extremely happy with the change. First time using this car wash; very friendly staff. I purchased the top wash as my car was a bit dirtier than usual. I am impressed with how clean my car got, also better than most blow dryers. The tire shine feature left a bit to be desired; it was perfectly on 1/3 of each of the tires. The vacuum​ worked fantastically​. I will be back again. read more

Employees do not wear masks, or even the checkin guy that gets his face in your car. Need to see a change before I would come back.

Great staff excellent wash most of the time. Gave me a free air freshener because I asked if they have them and it's a freaking duck dude! A duck! How slick is that? Was greeted by a friendly attendant whom was prompt and made my experience a great one. Went for the middle package, and after a road trip with dead bugs, it got most of them off. No, I'm not one of those that expect it to be perfectly clean. Got 90% of everything off and made my car look nice again. Will definitely go again. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Your car wash damaged the front of my new car back on sept 7th. I filled out an incident report and the manager verified that the car wash did cause damage. I was told an auto body shop would contact me but it took 4 weeks for that to happen and haven't heard anything back since he called to see what was damaged?? I've called your customer service line 8 times now and left messages with 8 different reps to get a supervisor cb and still haven't received one call back?? It is now 10/22, my car was damaged on 9/7. Hoping this post will get me an actual cb to take care of this. Honestly the worst customer service and follow up I've ever experienced in my life!!! read more

Love this car wash! I have to drive a little out of my way to come here but so worth the visit. Quick in and out and love the free vacuums. This wash shines my wheels like no other wash I have used and makes my tires look new! Some great staff and free dash wipes. Love how when I pull up they come running to car to get you checked in. Good cad wash, but not nearly as good as the Sandy quick quack. They didn't give me a wipe. Employees were okay, but not as friendly as sandy. Their vacum area was smaller and the wash not as good. Still quick though. read more

I have always washed my vehicles in do it yourself bays. Thought I would try this wash because of the good reviews. I now have swirl marks permanently on my paint. I will NEVER use a car wash that has brushes again! I will only use a touch less auto wash or manual bay. read more

I'm not much of a reviewer, but am certainly a fan of reviews. This place is awesome. I'm going to compare it to Mister Car Wash because I've used them and am familiar with them. I actually like Mister Car Wash. I think they do a decent job. In fact the actual car wash at Quick Quack is probably the exact same. QQ doesn't have full service interior care like Mister. They have the car wash, and then free vacuums where you can do the interior yourself. But I must say, I LOVE this option. There are free vacuums - AND, air hoses. They have high pressure air hoses to blow out all the dust and fine debris on the interior. It is amazing at cleaning out all the nooks and crannies. You can also use it to further air dry the exterior. There are then two vacuums you can use that have great suction power. One is wider and flat (like a duck foot), and the other is narrow and flat for tighter spaces. In addition, they give you a dash wipe every time you come through. I was so impressed that I bought the higher end monthly plan ($30/mo), which is something I've never done before. I now go all the time. I highly recommend this place. read more

Have been using Quick Quack for a couple of years now and have always found them above average. Sometimes I don't get a wipe for my interior depending on how busy they get. Only had one issue last year with this location but the management took care of the incident once we reported it to them. What happened was a part of my car was loose and came off in the wash. This really wasn't Quick Quacks fault because the part was of bad design by the manufacturer of the car. But the hourly staff didn't handle it well and wouldn't help my wife retrieve the part that was now somewhere in the wash building. Upset, she came home and contacted the management about it. A day went by and we received a call that they had found the part and to come pick it up. I was able to reattach the part with little effort and a lot of glue. But other than a couple dings and scratches it was fine. As I said this wasn't a fault of the Quick Quack that this part fell off but just more how the staff at the time handled it. Otherwise I love how my car gets clean every time I visit this and the other locations. read more

Fantastic car wash, the employees were so sweet, they even used their hands to wipe snow off my car, the car was did a great job, and it smelt so good. Vacuums worked well, not a fan of the wipe thet give, but it worked. read more

Great wash, fantastic vacuums - including high pressure air to dry out / clean out the seams of the exterior and interior. Staff is always polite and professional. On two occasions they have had system issues but have been incredibly accommodating and respectful in recognizing my time is valuable - by that I mean rather than turn me away they have either given a free wash or have bumped up the watch package I bought. The car wash scratched up the front of my new car really bad and they would not repair my car. I'm disappointed and will not go back there.
