I would give zero stars if I could. I was assured multiple times that my membership would be cancelled and coaxed into signing a contract. Even after speaking with them, I was charged nearing $50 per month that was not even used. Horrible professionalism. Horrible attitude. I called the company and was told that this location never even put in a cancellation request. Now I am out $300 for car washes I never received. Never come here. They will lie about anything to get you to sign up. read more

We love this car wash! It is conveniently located right off Clinton Keith and the I-215 across from Vista Murrieta High School. They have 3 car wash options. The staff is friendly and responsive. Usually the vacuums are very good, which is why I go there. Today, not so much. And, realize you all are training new folks for the new location. So here's a complimentary recommendation. Learn to read people. If a customer doesn't make eye contact, they aren't interested. Chris the new employee was Excellent, I was very impressed by how he was listening and executing the instructions from Chris who was training him. The two were very attentive and spoke and ask how my day was and if I needed anything from them. Chris the trainee was very pleasant and had a nice warm friendly smile. I ask Chris is this your 1st job and he reply yes, I told him he's going to do well. I tried your ceramic wash this morning. Several spots were present after the wash that I cleaned with the towels I brought as you do NOT provide towels. The air hose at the disabled dry station barely worked. The tire shine included with the wash was worthless. The tires looked as dull as they did before going thru the wash. A additional charge for air freshener and all for $25.00 what a deal All in all very disappointing read more

On 07/29/2024 around 11:30am I came to this location to run my car through the wash. I have been a member with quick quack for 6-8 months and had never experienced an issue until 07/29. I went into the wash where and my vehicle was stopped half way through. When the wash started back up, myself and the vehicle behind me were pushed out of the wash covered in soap and water still. It was pretty obvious that there was some kind of malfunction. No biggie. The car and I both circled back and went back through. This time around was a complete different experience. Towards the end of the wash cycle my car felt like it got stuck. I wasn't sure what was happening or what to do and before I even had time to react, my car abruptly jerked around and was dragged forward. It was an odd feeling and didn't seem normal. As I was coming out of the dryer section, my tire pressure alert came on. I pulled into the closest parking spot where I realized that my front left tire had a fairly large puncture hole through it. I immediately went and advised the employees working of what happened and they were quick to act. A female employee came out and asked what happened and advised me to fill out an incident form. I asked if they have a protocol for this or should I call AAA. The female stated that I would be contacted within 72 hours and I was basically on my own after that. Frustrated, I walked back over to my car and began to make arrangements. Another (male) employee came over and offered me a chair to sit in while waiting on AAA which I declined. He took pictures and the original female employee took pictures of my tire. I also took pictures as well. AAA came out and changed my tire and I was on my way. I patiently wait 72 hours and did not receive any calls back. I contacted the number on my copy of the incident form on 08/01/24 and spoke to someone who stated that they would follow up with that location and advise someone to reach out to me. I received a call from a Mario on 08/02/24 at 12:29pm where he apologized for the delay stating that the footage was sent out to "another team to view it" I was then told that they were denying my claim and that my rim had "road rash" on the exact location of where my tire was punctured (not true). Mario then stated that they had hundreds of cars go through the wash that day and that I was the only person claiming damage. I told Mario that it was wrong that they were trying to say I had pre existing damage on my rim and that was the cause of my flat tire. Mario could not confirm if what he saw on the footage was dirt or "road rash" the images I took of my tire that day show no damage on my rim and a puncture that goes inward which is not consistent with a tire blowout like they are claiming. Regardless of the amount of vehicles they wash a day, there is room to assume that freak accidents can happen and they are lucky that no one else did get damage that day (who knows if that's even factual). I'm frustrated that they were not even willing to work with me and immediately diverted all liability to a rim that had absolutely no "road rash." After speaking to Mario he stated that he would reach out to his manager who was currently out of state and get back to me and I have yet to hear anything back. I have worked in customer service for almost 20 years and this is not an any way good customer service. At this point it has nothing to do with money. It's the principle that my vehicle was damaged there and they are claiming it wasn't. I didn't drive in there with a flat tire. Please be weary of this location! read more

BEWARE OF CAR DAMAGE. My wife and I usually use Fast5Xpress Car Wash on Murrieta Hot Springs, but we decided to use Quick Quack because we were in the area. We took our 2017 Lexus through the wash and midway through we heard a quick whack and saw our passenger side mirror hanging to the side of the car. We filed an incident report, but they quickly denied any accountability because the car was older than 5 years. Although cameras verified it was their fault, they did not take responsibility. Not one representative called to discuss the incident or apologize. Overall, an incident like this tells me about the ethics and values of the company. They don't care about you, they only care about the volume of cars that go through. They are willing to take the risk of damaging your car as long as it does not happen frequently. And if it does, they don't have your back or own up to their mistakes. Who knows if you'll be the next car they damage and must pay for the repairs yourself. Bottomline, it's not worth the risk of car damage to go to Quick Whack Car Wash! read more
