All flash... No substance! When we first drove up we were greeted by a young girl. She immediately came up to the window and I said hi. She instantly cut me off and said "wait, before we do anything, I have to register your vehicle". She didn't explain what that meant and next thing you know she had an iPad and was inputting my license plate information. I think she also took a picture of the back of the truck but I couldn't tell you because she didn't explain anything. She next asked me which monthly service I want to sign up for. I explained that I'd like to try the wash first and then she said well then just sign up for the regular wash monthly pass. I then explained, again, that I would like to try the wash first and she proceeded for the next few minutes to hard sell me. My guess, is that they hired her from the same guys who come to your front door and sell you solar. It was very obvious that a hard sell is their method and give her credit, she labored the issue for easily several minutes. Once she realized I wasn't going to budge she then said "okay, but your losing money". She then sold me my $21 car wash. I have attached a picture of some of the soapy residue that was left on the truck and this is just one of many spots that the residue was on. When I pulled into the bay to use the vacuums. None of the towels were in the bins. I thought that was kind of strange and so I went to three other spaces and all the towels were out in the whole place. I left the wash with the residue on my truck and hard water stains on my windows because of no towels. Honestly, I can get a cheaper wash at Fast Five and bring my own towel or I can go down to Redlands to Suds Bros where the wash is $7.00 cheaper and they provide towels, dashboard cleaner, automatic floor mat wash and air freshener. Won't be coming back but that's OK, because there are a lot of carwashes to choose from with better results. read more

I'm a newish member (approximately 2 weeks). When I first pulled up and saw the single wash pricing, I was astonished as it seemed high compared to others in the area. Then I saw the meme bed pricing for unlimited was not that much more. When you do the math, if you was twice a month the member pricing is comparable if not cheaper than others. So without even trying it out, I went for the Ceramic Duck membership. Then I was offered detail towels and an air freshener (at no charge). So I accepted. The wash was...good the first time through. It's true I've had better automated washes before. I didn't have time to vacuum my car so I left (with the towels but I swear I returned them the very next trip). I was feeling a little uneasy about signing up for the membership (especially since if you cancel within 45 days of starting there is a cancellation fee). It felt as though I'd wasted the money. I went back because I paid for it and have unlimited washes for the next 2 months before I can cancel penalty free. I was again offered towels and an air freshener. This time I declined towels (I still had the first 2) but accepted the air freshener. The lady handed it to me and told me it was $1. To avoid the confrontation, I paid the $1. I was confused because the first time I was offered it free, now I was being charged. I figured with their most expensive membership they'd throw in the $1 air freshener if requested. But I understand it's a consumable and inventory item so it is what it is. This time they'd marked my windshield with a "C", I assume it denoted "Ceramic Duck". It came completely off during the wash and I parked to vacuum and dry off the corners, cameras, and mirrors. I was surprised how bright and shiny my car looked. Not a spec of dirt, dust, or anything. This made me feel much better about my purchase. Then I used the vacuum. Let me tell you, I've been a to a fair few of self vacuum car washes and these SUCKED! (See the pun?) They we're great. Plus the air nozzle is a nice touch that not all have. I was much happier with my membership that day. Today's trip was much like the 2nd. I was quickly checked in by... Elias (I think that was his name) and offered the towels and air freshener again but only took the towels because I was unsure what the actual policy was for the air freshener. The lady who guided me into the wash stopped me before the entrance to be able to full pre spray off my car grill for bugs (a welcomed touch) and guided me in. Parked to vacuum and dry and again Sparkly clean. Vacuum sucked nicely (too many puns? Never) and I was on my way. The TLDR is the facility is nice, clean, and fully functional. The staff is great (2nd shout out to...Elias?). Membership Pricing is fair as long as you go at least 2-3 times a month. I wouldn't recommend a single wash here. All in all, my membership will pay off and my car will be squeaky clean. Please figure out the air freshener situation. If they're for charge that's fine, but make it consistent or at least known as competitors give them complimentary to members. read more

At first it was a great experience. My car gets very clean, however, the last few times I've been there, they're not stocked on hand towels and several bays are missing the air gun to take care of water in hard to reach places. I've asked for towels and been told they'll take them out in a minute, but never do. I could and do bring my own towel, but with my membership you'd think they'd be stocked up and have all one would need to dry your car. Maybe they need to hand out towels when we check in to prevent loss. read more

Let me preface this with the fact that this is not my normal car wash (i usually go to one in redlands that is about $8 for the cheapest wash). Anyways, I decided to stop by for a car wash after work, because my car was so dirty and this was the closest. When i first got to the gate i noticed the most basic wash was almost $12. The girl who checked me in was very sweet, gave me a towel, and i pulled forward and into the wash, which was what you'd expect it to be. However, it was when I pulled out of the wash, that I started noticing things. First, they expect you to dry your car yourself, whereas the place I normally go, has at least 2 people waiting to do a final dry after you're done in the wash, so that was disappointing. Due to this, I had to pull into the vacuum area and use the provided towels to dry off my wet car. As I'm drying it, I noticed that it is not clean at all and I basically just wasted my money. There are still all of these spots all over my car, a film on my window shield, and to top it all off the vacuum on the right side didn't even work. As you can imagine I was upset, so I went back to the girl at the front of the wash and explained and showed her the photos and she said she could send me in for a rewash, or I can come back another day with my receipt to talk to a manager (which I plan to do today). I've done sales before and I know exactly the tactic being used here, at least at this Yucaipa location. They literally baited people in telling them free car wash by having their employees hold signs up saying free car wash, then as soon as you pull in, the poor employees have to ask "what membership are you getting today?" They won't take no for an answer until about the third time when someone like me finally says I'm not getting a membership. I don't want to be that stingy guy, but on top of all that, the car wash was not very good. There are better options in Yucaipa. Sorry for the harshness, but this is the truth. read more

So I came out to get a car wash and check it out since they just recently opened. When you pull up their staff is very friendly very nicely dressed and neat. When you look at the prices I think it's a little pricey for what they offer compared to other similar car washes. Everything they offer is good except for one thing that fast 5 carwash offers and that's the drying shammies at the end of the carwash and it's cheaper. If your in a rush you'll have to spend some time drying your car. But over all it's good and you get a good wash. But you will have to go to form your own opinion. read more

Terrible! I noticed some bird poop on the back of my car and wanted to get a quick wash to remove it. I was picking up dinner nearby so tried this place even though the prices seemed very high for a drive thru wash. The wash itself was kind of fun, which is why I am giving 2 stars and not one, Didn't have time to stop and inspect the car before heading home with aforementioned dinner. Clearly I should have stopped because the wash barely made a difference in the bird poop. Honestly the cheap gas station car wash nearby does a better job. Pretty disappointed and feeling ripped off. I did not know until reading other reviews that there was a guarantee but it doesn't do me much good now! Regardless, at these prices it should do a better job the first time. read more

Had an incident occur at the car wash on 09/08/24 where my rear wiper was damaged. I was told at first that they wouldn't be covering it, the manager Raul gave me a call today and remedied the issue. Overall it's a very convenient way to get my car washed and it comes out very nice every time. I used to be a regular unlimited wash customer at the Moreno Valley location and was very pleased with them. I no longer work in that area so I discontinued my plan. However, now that there is a location in Yucaipa I was excited to have a quick quack near me! I took advantage of their special offer for unlimited washes for $9.99 the first month. A very good deal. However, since then every time I've returned I've had to wait almost 10 minutes just to check in because someone is signing up for the unlimited wash deal. After this experience I've decided not to renew the plan and I'll be going back to the express car wash down the street. They do just as good if not a better job for much less and members have an express lane to check in which takes less than 30 seconds. read more

Terrible customer service. A bunch of kids runs the place without any training. The manager Roy said he wasn't trained properly. Not sure what level of training you need to work at a car wash, but I guess you need some because I got screwed. I tried the membership and on my second carwash my rear windshield flew off. The blower at the end of the wash lifted my rear windshield clean off my car and took flight. It flew back into the wash and shattered into a million pieces. I asked the manager if they were going to pay for it and he said most likely and that he would get back to me. I asked if I could get it fixed and have them pay. He said no, and to wait. Well, I waited 6 days without hearing from the qUiCk QuAcK and driving with poor AC, and an uncomfortable feeling everywhere I parked. So I went back to talk to him. I found him and asked for an update and if it was worth the trouble of waiting. He said to wait and that he would get back to me in 2 days. Well, I didn't hear from him. So, I went back, again. Finally, after a total of 9 days he said they're not going to cover it because there's a sign that states if your car is over 5 years old, they won't cover any damage. He didn't know of the sign and lead me on for 9 days. The guy didn't even say sorry just said your request is denied. Heartless. By the way, the dryer blows over 80 mph, which is excessive. Vehicles don't experience a lateral wind load over 80 mph on the road... There was another customer that was filing a complaint about the blower before me. His hatch on his Tacoma blew open and caused a mess in the bed of his truck. That's part of the reason why I had hope they would pay for my rear windshield. Also, it's pretty expensive, not sure what you're paying for. My car was still wet and partly dirty after the wash. I feel like a marketer got a hold of a carwash and tried everything they learned from their MBA to push overpriced memberships - would not recommend. read more

Went here last week and drove all the way around to the pay kiosk and was told the machine was down. They could have put up a "closed" sign way up by the entrance so I would not have had to drive through the to the kiosk. Was given a free wipes maybe that was for " crying" not sure but would have helped business if given a free wash next trip here. Sent an email to the company and no response so guess they lost my business. I rarely give low reviews at all as I do give businesses a chance if they respond. read more
