Terrible customer service. A bunch of kids runs the place without any training. The manager Roy said he wasn't trained properly. Not sure what level of training you need to work at a car wash, but I guess you need some because I got screwed. I tried the membership and on my second carwash my rear windshield flew off. The blower at the end of the wash lifted my rear windshield clean off my car and took flight. It flew back into the wash and shattered into a million pieces. I asked the manager if they were going to pay for it and he said most likely and that he would get back to me. I asked if I could get it fixed and have them pay. He said no, and to wait. Well, I waited 6 days without hearing from the qUiCk QuAcK and driving with poor AC, and an uncomfortable feeling everywhere I parked. So I went back to talk to him. I found him and asked for an update and if it was worth the trouble of waiting. He said to wait and that he would get back to me in 2 days. Well, I didn't hear from him. So, I went back, again. Finally, after a total of 9 days he said they're not going to cover it because there's a sign that states if your car is over 5 years old, they won't cover any damage. He didn't know of the sign and lead me on for 9 days. The guy didn't even say sorry just said your request is denied. Heartless. By the way, the dryer blows over 80 mph, which is excessive. Vehicles don't experience a lateral wind load over 80 mph on the road... There was another customer that was filing a complaint about the blower before me. His hatch on his Tacoma blew open and caused a mess in the bed of his truck. That's part of the reason why I had hope they would pay for my rear windshield. Also, it's pretty expensive, not sure what you're paying for. My car was still wet and partly dirty after the wash. I feel like a marketer got a hold of a carwash and tried everything they learned from their MBA to push overpriced memberships - would not recommend. read more

It does the job, not anything special. I did notice that it didn't clean off the bird poop I have on my trunk, but to be fair it has been caked on there for weeks so i went with a microfiber cloth and wiped it off. I also see another customer may have had the same issue as he went through the wash twice. The grand opening special is any wash is 9.99 if you buy membership with them. After that it is a reoccurring charge of whatever wash you chose at time of signing up, so if I don't cancel my member ship 30 days from now it will be 21.99 a month (that's the tier 3 "best" wash). Pretty good deal right now as that's more than 50% off a wash. After the period though I don't think it's best to invest in the best wash, it doesn't look any better than the regular wash to be honest. They give a free dash wipe when you enter and if you show them a previous yelp review they'll give you a free air freshener. Went here last week and drove all the way around to the pay kiosk and was told the machine was down. They could have put up a "closed" sign way up by the entrance so I would not have had to drive through the to the kiosk. Was given a free wipes maybe that was for " crying" not sure but would have helped business if given a free wash next trip here. Sent an email to the company and no response so guess they lost my business. I rarely give low reviews at all as I do give businesses a chance if they respond. read more

First time here- the staff are friendly and wash went quick. The car got great coverage in the machine. Only negative is car did not dry fully so you'll need a towel to hand dry after wards . Vaccums are strong as well. read more

I went in for a wash on December 23. The attendant offered the monthly subscription plan, which I declined. I did not find anything wrong with the wash. My car came out clean, which is what you should expect from a car wash. On January 23, I noticed a charge on my bank account for Quick Quack's subscription plan, which I had not signed up for. Apparently, the attendant signed me up anyway. Corporate did not have any of my contact information, only my license plate, so it appears the attendant may have surreptitiously signed me up that way when I paid. Corporate customer service canceled the membership for me and refunded the new charge, so it ended up working out. But watch your account after you go! read more

Jacky, the person whom checks you in before the wash was very rude. Was rude to the car in front of me and also me. Not good to already have a rude employee when your a brand new business opening. The wash was ok. Very quick wash, doesn't do well getting dirt and stuff off your car. drying was quick too didn't dry much. I think other car washes are better. I wouldn't go back. read more

First of all, do not come to this establishment! Go somewhere else. One of the workers was rude and the lowest priced wash was $12 for less than two minutes of service. I've gone to another car wash in Redlands for $8 for better service and longer wash with plenty of towels available. Also, why do they charge so much if they don't have any towels. Quick Quack Car Wash does not create value for many customers with their subscription model. I signed up for the $10 unlimited and got 2 washes in that month. Great deal; however, the next month the introductory offer was over and I was charged $21 for the unlimited wash. For myself, there is no real proposition value for me to continue with this subscription. I went on their website and could not find a way to cancel the service, so I went on premise to get a wash and cancel the service. The person working the kiosk asked if I would want to cancel later so I can get more washes. No, I already paid for the month. I claimed my last wash and apparently forfeit the rest of the month I paid for. The reality is, it's no better than elsewhere in the area. I would feel the service is worth the cost if there were hand dryers to go over my car after going through the wash. They do not do that, and offer to sell me towels. I have also noticed the company's Google review page has many suspicious review boasting the businesses service. I really hate that. Just earn it your reviews with outstanding service and great value for your customers. I find it hard to believe 700 people opened google accounts and made their first detailed review ever for a car wash. They've been open for a month read more

This location always leaves my car looking squeaky clean. Vacuums always work and the air canisters work well to dry my car when needed.

This car wash is good to go as a last resort. I have used them twice. When they first opened and today 06/13/23. The dryer is not the best. You will have to dry a lot of your car by hand. And even than, you will notice all the areas the car wash didn't get. I would recommend going up the boulevard to the other car wash. Same price will get you an almost completely dry, if not dry car. And it won't be the basic wash. read more

First, there was one person checking people in. Which seemed weird. I usually go to the washes where you drive up, swipe your card, and the gate lifts and you drive through. So, that process took forever. Then, I'm told a monthly membership is 9.99 the first month, 31.99 after that. Okay, I'll try it. But the girl screwed up and charged me 31.99 instead of 9.99. She said it's no problem, call the number on the free wipey they give you. Then I was sent through the wash. It did a TERRIBLE job. The brushes are rubber that thwaps the side of your vehicle, leaving marks. Thankfully they rub off. My vehicle was not clean, either. Hard water spots all over, and dirty in the front and back still. After realizing what a terrible job the wash did, I called the number to cancel my membership and get the money back that I was overcharged. The person on the phone at first said that a one time wash is 21.99, so they'd refund $10. I said, no, it was supposed to be a 9.99 charge. Then he said he could not refund me at all because he has "no proof" of what I was told at the store. I was given the runaround, and finally just cancelled the membership and hung up. So I guess I paid 31.99 for a sh*tty car wash that I had to re-do at home. But hey, the vacuums are good. Also, I'm half expecting to be charged for another month come August, given the incompetence I've already experienced. read more

Is it the worst wash ever? No. Is it the best wash ever? No. The problem is the value. If you are going to charge $18 for what I consider a higher end wash, it better come out pretty good. So I went to get a free car wash for the grand opening and I wasn't impressed with the customer service. First of all, this was the second time I got a free wash from them. I went last week and I went again today. First thing they said today is "Hi, I'm Kylie, So which monthly package do you want to buy today?" They don't say thanks for coming in for the grand opening or for a free wash. Second thing that caught me off guard is when they say they are checking you in, they enter your license plate into a tablet and it tells them how many times you came in for a free wash since the start of the grand opening. So the lady that checked me in says " So how did you like it when you came last week for a free wash?" Almost trying to make me feel as if I'm taking advantage of the free washes and therefor I should buy a package. Maybe I'm wrong but that's how it made me feel. When fast five had there grand opening they were super friendly, didn't keep track how many free washes you had or threw that in your face. Another thing is I feel horrible for the workers who are outside in long sleeve dress shirts and bow ties in the 100 degree weather. Not cool. read more

Tried out $9.99 car wash on 5/11/22 since they just had recently opened. Girl went through the monthly car wash membership options and I said no, not interested and got my car washed. Today I noticed a QuickQuack charge for $31.99 done on 6/11/22. I called my bank and was told it was a recurring monthly charge. I reported it as fraud since I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR IT! Literally every time you go here all they wanna do is forcefully try to sell you a membership. I understand asking one time if you'd would like to buy the membership but then when you continue over and over when you sit there and just explain that you would just like a car wash and to be able to continue with your busy life that would be great. However, my biggest complaint is the fact that the microfiber towels are not available every single time I try to come here. The only time was opening day and that sold me with their higher prices. I don't understand why it is that every single time there is residue left on the vehicle ? I was excited because this location was closer to my house but obviously it is way better to take a drive and go up the boulevard so that way you can go to fast five where the car wash is actually done correctly and they don't pressure you into doing anything and during the same time they have an express lanes for those who have memberships. This often helps people with memberships to get in faster and out faster. Disappointment! And watch the response by the company be the auto prompted you can always drive through and clean it again.
