Fast forward I scheduled another appointment because there's no other local provider unfortunately he stated there was no tech available the first time I got my vehicle towed to him then the second attempt he said there was also no tech available but he'd still assist me once we walked outside he completely decided to just refuse my service. When I've already been in contact with him twice, he agreed as we were walking outside then completely changed his mind!!! After the vehicle had been towed to him twice. Absolutely outrageous. The new shop name is Jesus Auto Repair Center. He upgraded the bays and remodeled the waiting room. Check out the picture. Jesus' customer service is immaculate. We were steered away from this shop even though we live less than a block away for over 25 years. The old shops had horrible customer service, a super dirty waiting room and worst of all, would not open for business until 11am. I'm very happy Jesus took over the business. After speaking with him I found out he has 31 years experience, which shows in his work and his leadership with his employees.
