They advertise that it sells racing gas. Fuel at the pump labeled racing gas is is NO WAY racing gas. They charge $9 per gallon, and advertise that they get it from V.P. Racing. They do sell VP racking fuel inside the store in sealed barrels. But the pump that is labeled Racing Fuel is not VP racing fuel. We have no idea what it is. It's supposed to have a strong fuel smell and have an orange/red tint to it, this stuff is clearer and less smelling than regular low octane fuel. Weights and Measures have been notified and they are having the gas tested. When we contacted the owner (after paying $45 for the gas) he was rude and defensive, he said it was from VP Racing. We called VP Racing and they no longer supply to that station and haven't for awhile. When we called the owner back, he stated that he couldn't tell us who the supplier was, that information was confidential. REALLY? We just want to verify the posted octane of the fuel, before using it, it could ruin an engine! If weights and measures comes back with info that they sell low grade fuel as high octane racing fuel, they get heavily fined and/or shut down! read more

i had been going to this place for about 2 years i never had a problem... until last time... i went to get a car wash me and my wife were sitting in the car while they do a pre wash the... employees were horse playing and spraying each other with water.. when one of the employees with a broom tried to hit the other employee and missed and hit my windshield he cracked it... i came out of the car and asked him what the hell was he doing and he just looked at me like nothing happened and then he point to the sign that they are not responsible for any damages that happen to your car while its their. i told the employee that i understand that but that only applies when the was is being washed inside the machine not when they hit my car on purpose. I asked to speak to the manager and asked for the employee name.. he refused to give it to me. I went inside the gas station told the clerk what had happened her response was ohh well. i told her that it was not right and i need their insurance information... she refused to give me anything and gives me the manager card. I called the manager telling him what had happened he just tell me to go continue with the wash and that is it. i tried to explain in full detail what they have done and then he tells me F***OFF and he said i am a scam artist and i am trying to make money of them . So i finally called the police and told them what had happen and the officer tried to get their information and they told EL Cajon Police Department to F*** Off. The police officer got frustrated and told me to just sue them.. He is also willing to come testify in court. I think this place is terrible on how they run business. They need to understand that this is America and we have laws, here I am definitely going to take them to court and teach them a lesson..! read more

Had a nightmare experience while pumping gas...the owner was cussing out a customer on a motorcycle. I don't know what the issue was but it was VERY uncomfortable and unprofessional. When another customer appeared to calmly get involved the owner proceeded to cuss him out too. I am talking out of control, face to face, asking for a fight...and using the f-bomb several times. I won't be going there again. I am spreading the word! read more

Stopped here today just for a car was, it has been a while. Well they raised the $20 car wash to $25. Worst car wash ever. Not one attendant spoke English couldn't tell them what you wanted, or what the $25 wash had with it. Armoral inside and out, looks like they sprayed and didn't wipe anything, vacuum ,didn't see them even use it. So when I questioned it they said they did, until I showed them the dog food in the back, couple other things that should have come with it they didn't do. They left water spots on the side, dirt on the back hatch, will have to finish it when I get home. I WILL NEVER go back there again and I encourage others to stay away from there also. read more

I have been going to this gas station on and off for the last 3 years. I am a retired 65 year old Public Servent who usually gets a car wash with my gas purchase and I make sure I have dollar bills so I can tip the men who dry the car by hand. I have always been kind to the guys who appear to be new to the Country and speak little English. My husband used his debit card to purchase gas and a car wash while I walked into the store and bought a soda and asked the clerk to stamp my car wash card. ( after so many stamps you get a free car wash!) The clerk was acting like I was trying to screw the business and was accusatory. I explained my husband was filling our tank and had requested a car wash with his debit card. The middle eastern clerk was very nasty. I was very upset by the treatment I received and was told by another customer that middle eastern men do not respect women and treat them in a negative fashion! I asked the manager - Eddie for the owner's name and was advised they do not give that information out. I have spent a career as a Social Worker and helped people from all walks of life and I have been a nice customer! I am shocked by the discourteous treatment but after reading some of their online reviews I see there is a pattern for poor treatment. Needless to say, I will never return to this business. read more

DAMAGES CARS!!!! They damaged my car and admitted no fault. I got the more expensive interior/exterior wash. They did a rushed, sloppy job and broke the control off of my air conditioner, then apparently stuck it back on loose to try to cover it up. The manager barely spoke English. He got angry at me for telling him my car was damaged. He accused me of making it up. He offered me nothing but excuses. He refused to refund me. I insisted I get my tip money back and he gave me SOME of it. Apart from that incident the attitude of the workers is unfriendly. They also have a card they give you for getting the 8th car wash free after going 7 times. Whenever they are presented with the card they act like they've never seen it before and hand it back. You must ask 2-3 times to get it stamped. I don't know what the repair is going to cost me for damaging my car. I recommend you go elsewhere and not chance it. read more

Horrible experience. Took the car for the 150 dollar detail, includes everything. They gave me a 2 hour time frame and I returned about 15 minutes after that. My car still wasn't done. When they eventually gave me my key 45 minutes later, I looked at my windows and asked them if they were joking. They reluctantly touched them up. I left and a few hours later my windows were all spotty again. Don't know what they use to clean windows but it doesn't work. The next day my car smelled like dirty feet, the smell was unbearable so I took it back in. They happily offered to re-do the carpets and seats for free, which I thought was great. They gave me an hour time frame so I went to go eat lunch. I'm currently sitting outside 2 hours later with all of my personal belongings from my car strewn about unattended and my own gas being consumed to run the heat to dry the car. I won't be making a third trip no matter how bad the results, and I don't suggest you make your first. read more

don't subject yourself to this rude damaging car wash. went through the car wash and it broke our light cover off! when we tried to complain to the manager he said i will not be responsible for my machine damaging your truck! you must have old f****** truck how old is it. we said 10 years he said it old and parts are weak! by the way he was yelling the whole time. we told him we had been a customer for 15 years and we would think he was show the courtesy of being a loyal customer, he said i don't need customers like you! also our friend used this car wash and it damaged his paint! the workers are lazy and you end up drying it yourself if you want it done right! so remember he does not need customers! read more
