Was craving egg puffs, Quickly is the only place in Santa Rosa that I can think of that serves them. Super duper bright, huge menu with probably over 100 drinks. Snack menu is impressive. They have everything to Popcorn Chicken, Tater Tots to Octopus Balls. I ended up skipping egg puffs and trying their Green Tea Mochi Waffle. I was pleasantly surprised that it was too sweet and it tasted like actually green tea. Mochi waffles are the thickness of a Belgian waffle but chewy texture. I also ordered the Spam Musubis. I didn't realize that they put spicy Mayo in theirs, so not a fan of that. It was edible but not the best. Was greeted with a smile by the cashier and wait for food was less than 10 minutes. Quickly will always have a soft spot in my heart. It's the first place I had boba when I moved to California in 2004. This location was similar to the rest. Staff were friendly enough, the place was clean enough. And they had new menu items, at least new to me. We tried the Butterfinger shake and were not disappointed. read more

I was never a fan of Quickly drinks but we love their variety of budget friendly snacks so my husband and I went here and got their popcorn chicken, crispy squid and takoyaki. All of them were freshly made and delicious. I have been to other Quickly before and it was just a bummer that you cant add spice level to their popcorn chicken and squid. It was served plain but we enjoyed them anyway. There weren't any other customers in the store so the service was fast. I do get why other customers complain of their employees. The girl that took our order seemed disengaged and uninterested. The other one who gave us our order literally just dropped the food on the counter without saying anything and not making eye contact while she immediately turned her back and texted on her phone. It is the best boba in town. The other places have boba that are either too hard or too chewy. I like the classic milk tea and the honey green tea. The best thing to get with the boba is the popcorn chicken. It's crispy, the right amount of spice, and never dry. It's the perfect quick meal with boba. Oh yesss I found a good boba spot super close by. Even though they don't have avocado boba drinks here, their honeydew snow is growing immensely on my carvings list! Perfectly made "snow" is this soft slush texture with a non-dairy milk base. I really like it lightly sweetened bc it can be overwhelming too sweet. I love Quickly, and this is one of the better locations. Service is speedy and efficient, sweetness level is just right, and boba pearls are cooked perfectly. The menu appears to be a bit shorter than usual, but they carry Thai tea so I wasn't terribly bothered. I come for the snows--have not yet tried the snacks. I only wish I lived closer. read more

Went by for the first time and tried "Quickly" for a Boba drink on Mendocino Avenue. The place was well lit very clean and organized with nice rich colors. I looked at their menu board and it was enormous with the number of drinks you could buy and what you could add to them. I had a number 9 coconut milk tea with the coconut added and Boba. My son had a Green apple slush. They were very quick and efficient at making the drinks. My son said that his green apple slush was great and my Coconut milk tea had great flavor without being too sweet. The Boba's tasted fresh and not too chewy. They have these quirky different colored Post-it notes with different messages from different people all over the place. Kind of interesting if you had the time to read them all. It's a small boba shop and the place is kinda short staffed right now so orders might be slow to come out. But product wise, the boba here is really good and the prices are reasonable. You can get most boba drink in large size for less than $7. The egg puff and green waffle are excellent and they are a must try :) Staffs are friendly and very helpful even though they are super busy. For anyone new to trying these fantastic drinks, here is a description of the types you can order: Milk tea: an iced beverage, milk base, not blended-you can pick a flavor, I recommend Rose or Thai tea Slush: a blended slushie without condensed milk, less calories and not milk based. It's a generous portion per snack purchased and extremely tempting to order many at one time so consider sharing with a friend or saving some for later! I've tried the tater tots, mozzarella sticks, fries, and the uniquely flavorful popcorn chicken recently. The teas travel well because they're sealed and can only opened by poking with an angled straw or carefully pilling it back. I am giving this place a two star rating. The food and drinks are good don't get me wrong, but the service and the staff is awful in particular this one young guy and this young girl was so rude. We were waiting for our food and there was an order sitting there that they had placed without saying anything about it so we asked if it was ours and he acted as of he didn't remember our order when he had taken it less then 7 mins ago.
