Came here while driving friends to SFO. This was our pitstop to pass the time while awaiting for their check-in departure time. Entering this Quickly location, we were greeted by the extensive menu posted on the wall. After minutes of deciding what to get, we ordered and paid at the kiosk. This location was adorned with an eclectic variety of furnishing including an out of season Christmas tree showcase. The Spam Musubi and Crispy Tofu were standouts. Sadly the sauces were add-on charges. The Taro Espresso was a refreshing sweet drink that my wife enjoyed. This Quickly will now be one of our regular haunts for a quick bite while in the area. read more

I was craving a milkshake which is very rare for me. I maybe have once a year or less. My husband was so sweet and surprise ordered me a milkshake. It says it's made with ice cream and fresh banana. He also ordered himself a cantaloupe Italian soda. The milkshake was definitely not a milkshake. It was more like a slush. Didn't taste like ice cream at all and definitely not made with fresh banana. The Italian soda had a clump of cantaloupe gel that just moved around when he tried to mix it. You're not busy enough where you need to pre fry popcorn chicken. This is literally the only reason I even visit Quickly's. Portion is great for $10 but what's the point if I'm just going to end up tossing out half of it. It's literally just old chicken pieces double fried in grease. I biked all the way to Westborough Quickly, hoping to get refreshing treat. I looked over the menu, and decided I wanted a Nutella Milkshake. I received my milkshake, and biked back home. It was an hour, and my bike chain fell off half way through. There were so many hills. The arrival time was expected to be 8:02. I got home at 8:45. Exhausted, I was so excited to try my milkshake. I didn't get a straw, so i had to compromise with a straw that was two feet tall (no joke). I took a first sip, and it didn't taste like nutella. I took a couple more, nothing. I was very disappointed. I let my cousins try as well, and we all said it tasted like ice slush with a side of coffee, not one hint of nutella. I am very disappointed. One star. read more

I always wanna give quickly 3 or 4 stars because - quickly is literally QUICK boba. Usually reliable choices are found... and that's why I can't even bring myself to giving this particular location any more stars. If I could leave a zero stars I would. First issue is the service is not just meh - it's bad. The guy who works there hates his job and doesn't know anything about their menu. I asked if any of their drinks had yakult type offerings and he said "i don't know. Whatever is on the menu is it." --- dude couldn't give a recommendation as to what would fulfill that specific criteria. Next was the results of my order. ordered a panda milk tea with 50% sweet and it pretty much was ZERO sweet. Next up ordered egg puffs and they had zero crisp or sticky mochiness as most usually do. They clearly used instant pancake mix or batter for their "egg puffs" - look at how soggy they came "fresh" and still hot. As far as popcorn chicken - they were more like "boneless thighs breaded and parsed out." - not as small as popcorn chicken pieces usually are. The location is as uninviting as the dide who works there with zero chairs or tables to have folks stay or sit while waiting - they literally stacked their chairs and tables in the front corner of their shop... as much as I love a quickly in a shopping center - this one let me down way too much and I spent literally $50+ on 2 eggs puffs - 2 large boba drinks and one popcorn chicken. spent $15.68 on a large Thai tea and an order of chicken wings, and the experience was a complete disaster. First off, the name of the store is misleading--"Quickly" was anything but quick. It took 30 minutes for one drink and one order of wings, even though the menu says fried items should take 10 minutes. It wasn't busy when I came in--just a group of kids who already had their drinks and two other people waiting. Meanwhile, GrubHub and DoorDash orders kept flying out in 3 minutes--completely in and out--while I was left waiting forever. To make matters worse, there was no one at the front counter to take orders. The only option seemed to be a touchscreen on the left, but there wasn't even a sign explaining it. When I finally got my Thai tea, it tasted like it had some kind of Oreo flavoring in it, which I didn't order or notice at the store. I only realized it after taking a sip at home, after wasting 30 minutes of my time. At that point, I wasn't even sure if I got the wrong order. It's too bad because the place seems really cool and stylish, and the chicken wings themselves were good. But having to wait 30 minutes with no one saying anything, avoiding eye contact, and leaving me completely in the dark was not appreciated. This place is slow, disorganized, and confusing. Haven't had it since 15 years ago when I was in school. It's a large chain that is known for absolute terrible quality. Thought it might have improved over the years. No it didn't. Back to better boba shops I go. With so many in the area, no idea how Quicklys is still in business. Boba pearls taste like they have been cooked three days ago. Mushy and wet ( symptoms of overcooked , left on the boiler for days) . Very lazy preparation. All drinks taste like it was made of cheap sugar powder . Inedible. The food and drinks here are consistent with other Quickly locations. They have very limited staff so you order at the self-serve kiosk and wait for your order to be called. Despite popcorn chicken sometimes taking 10-15 minutes to make, I really only had to wait for about 5 minutes before my chicken, spam musubi, and milk tea were called. Quickly has a bunch of options, both food and drink, to choose from. It's a good place to come to if you're feeling peckish. read more

Drinks came out in a timely manner but even at 75% sweetness and no ice, the drinks tasted completely watered down and was not sweet at all. While I understand each Quickly is franchised out, I would've expected some consistency with sweetness level :( There was only one gal working when we came in but we didn't wait that long for two drinks. There were two parties waiting before us but they ordered food, and when the popcorn chicken came out, oh man, did that look DELICIOUS. had a real craving for salt and pepper tofu and since quickly's was right in the plaza next to where we were grocery shopping, decided to pop in. i missed the self order kiosk right by the door but the lady took my order very quickly. there is a 8$ minimum for credit card. since they are fried to order, i had to wait about 10-15 mins but in that moment, i witnessed the best customer service. a couple who seemed like they were from out of town came in and could not decide what to order but the lady was super patient and gave them some suggestions. she even gave them 2 different samples to try and i could tell that the couple was very pleased with her service. this simple interaction made my day. as for my fried tofu, i was happily surprised at the portion size. the tofu was a little bland on its own but nothing the salt and pepper and chili powder at the counter can't fix. overall, would come back to satisfy either a popcorn chicken or fried tofu craving. read more

Honestly, if you come to Quickly you should not have high expectations. It is what it is for a reason. We ordered the lychee yogurt with sticky rice and an oreo mochi waffle. The drink was absolutely terribly - super sugary and artificial so I would not recommend. The mochi waffle was kinda hit, kinda miss - I'm pretty sure I got the wrong order because it was completely brown and just tasted like chocolate, but it was so fresh/hot and so dense. Literally, it was SO thick and dense for no reason. Not too much of a mochi chew, but the fact that it weighed close to a pound made up for it. It lasted me 3 days it was so large. And it definitely hits a carby, sweet spot... might be back for that, or some fried fish balls! read more

This has to be the cleanest Quickly I've been to. I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked in. There was mood lighting and there isn't boxes stacked in the dining area. The wait times can be long because they are short handed. However, my popcorn chicken $9 came out within five minutes. It tasted fine after I added the red powder. My iced black tea $4 was not good. Close to home and convenient. They make good drinks and food is pretty tasty as well. Our favorite drink is a honeydew snow with boba. We opted for the super cup today which is $1 more because a regular cup is no big enough for my 3 girls to share anymore. I think snow is the best way to go because your drink doesn't get watered down quick and it also doesn't freeze the boba. We almost always get the popcorn chicken. It has gone up in price but still delicious. Barely enough chicken for 3 girls (10,7&3), they're always fighting for the last few pieces. I do miss the sweet & sour sauce. I wish they would bring it back because it was such a perfect match with the chicken. I recommend it when you're having a craving and can't travel too far from the area. We went to Quickly at about 9pm. One person worked there, no lines, no issue on the wait or getting the drink in a timely manner. When trying out a new milk tea place, one must order the classic milk tea, with or without boba (I know that's a biggie for some but whatever). Their classic milk tea is such a fail. It's far too sweet. There's far too much milk and not enough tea, including insufficient tea flavor. See the photo and you can see how pale it is. I'm surprised that this is a chain.
