Such great friendly service and FAST. I came in to replace the battery on my iphone 5 and under 15 minutes it was good as new. Jason also noticed my home screen was cracked so he replaced it for a fair price as well. all done in less than 15 minutes. I appreciate his honesty and that he gave me back my broken home button and messed up battery so we could be certain the battery was new. With a 30 day warranty and a free screen protector with YeLP check in I am an uber fan. He was kind enough to let me hang out in the waiting room with magazines and a drink offer. I had a cracked screen on my iPhone 6plus and quickly went to YELP to find a reliable place. Thankfully this place came up with great reviews and it was nearby. I took my phone in. Jason told me it would take 20 min. He was done in exactly 20 minutes. He asked how I found the place and I told him Yelp. Aside from fixing my screen, a tempered glass protector was placed on my screen. I originally went to staples to get this fixed and it would have been $129 for the iPhone 6plus. There was a lady before me who let me know that she was having problems with her phone right after Staples replaced her cracked screen. She told me to back my phone up and go to Apple. His price on screen protectors and fixing phones is the best in the bay area. I went to oakridge mall to get a price to fix my mother in law's phone and they told me "oh it will be too much." Their pricing at the malls is very expensive, and not as good of work as Jason. I would recommend this place to my friends and family! Back in Nov, I got my phone fixed at the mall. Not even a month later, it cracks again. I had it in a case and even had the tempered glass on it. I didn't even drop it hard which is absurd. The quality was not what I paid for. Here, however, the quality is so much better!! It did take a little bit longer, but it's worth it. My screen now feels like how it did prior to me cracking it, and they put on a screen protector as well! Jason Yin, the manager was off the day I went to this location and he still met me in the office and got my phone fixed. I was recommended by family member. He fixed my phone in a matter of 15-20 minutes. Others have told me to come back in 4 hours or even the next business day. To fix an iPhone crack screen was $55.00 plus tax. Others had charged me up to $100-$150. I totally recommend this place to anyone who has issues with iPhone glass being crack.
