Stupidly, I thought I could replace my own iPhone battery. When I reassembled the phone, it looked okay, except the home button wouldn't work. Had my iphone 6+ charging port failing over time. As I was driving home today, it reached breaking point; no matter how i fiddle with the cable, it won't stick in position to charge. Quick yelp search, and I found this place on my way home. Jerry/Jason greeted; me in the waiting area; he was very pleasant; and seemed knowledgeable. He quoted me a reasonable price. I pointed out that the headphone jack has not been working either. He added an additional small charge to fix that as well. After 20 minutes, he came back; all fixed. He brought with him a charging cable and a headphone. He waited patiently while I checked that both charging and headphone jack were working. On top of that, he added a glass protection; and politely asked for a review. I hardly do reviews on yelp or otherwise. But felt obliged not just because of the screen protection but more for the friendly, quick, and professional service. Highly recommend. (P.S. I read some of the reviews here; most are positive; with few negative ones; but I wanted to share that I don't feel that most of the negative reviews (as few as they are) were warranted. Most of them are about the quality of the replaced screen that it might crack more easily than the original. It seems to me as unwarranted expectation. It's unreasonable to expect that you pay way less than the cost of the original screen and expect to have same quality; you just have to be more careful with your phone moving on). read more

After Deliberating it, I felt bad about giving them a 1 Star review, it was in response to being very unhappy that the screen they replace the phones with are not guerilla glass, so they are MUCH MUCH more susceptible to scratches than the usual glass. Tony the Community manager told me thats why they insist using screen protectors for their screens, because once you do that then itll be just as good. Personally I don't like screen protectors because if you have gorilla glass youre protected from scratches. Shatters are happened from dropping the phone on edges. Anyways, these guys mean very well and have great service. They talked to me about their concerns about my review since they believe they did their job, they did, but I just wasnt happy with it in the end. If you want an exact apple quality replacement, go through the apple replacement which is 130 before tax, but if you want to save money, come here, pay their price and make sure you put on their free tempered glass screen protector they put on for you. read more

This place is small but cozy. I had cracked my screen bad, but Jason treated me well and gave me a free tempered screen protector. I went on vacation and cracked my screen a little, but I also noticed a couple of dead pixels on my screen. I contacted Jason again and he gave me a brand new screen and tempered screen protector again! The downside is that with this screen I have now, there's dead pixels again in the middle of the screen, there's something overlapping the front camera (it doesn't affect the camera, its just annoying to look at), and the apple store diagnosed that the front mic failing, causing phone calls to be a pain and rendering Siri unusable. This place has great customer service and a homely environment, but I've had bad experiences with faulty 3rd party screens from this place. read more

Excellent service. I went here to get my iPhone 6 screen replacement. They told me that it could also be a motherboard problem. If it is motherboard they cannot help and will not charge me anything. FANTASTIC service! First, Jason was very responsive and within minutes of requesting a quote to replace my iphone screen, I received a quote. I went down the next day and had it replaced within 15 minutes or less....took it back to the office and realized the screen was not fitting very well...was not happy so I called and Jason said to bring it back for them to look at. Brought it back in and Jerry took a look at the phone and said the frame was slightly crooked from either the fall or from having it in my pockets...it is an iphone 6 plus and this thing is way too big so I can see that it is possible that the phone could have been bent from the many times I sat on it or had it in my front jeans pocket. Well Jerry replace the screen and straightened out the frame of the phone and it now looks PERFECT! I have to say I was cranky but Jerry was very nice and good natured and replaced the screen in a matter of minutes. I will be recommending them to everybody in the office.
