I was disappointed with how reservations were prioritized over walk-ins. I came as a walk-in and was told the wait would be 40 minutes. After an hour and 20 minutes, I had to ask what was taking so long. At that point, I was told that all reservations had to be seated first. If I had been informed of that upfront, I wouldn't have waited so long. The food was okay but not worth waiting over an hour for. Service, once we were seated, was good and fast--I can't argue with that. However, I noticed some guests sitting at a table for almost two hours. On busy weekends, I think it would be fair to limit table time to 1.5 hours so others aren't left waiting excessively. The staff apologized multiple times for the delay, but to me, constant apologies only highlight poor planning. They should improve their system for balancing reservations and walk-ins, otherwise they'll continue to have frustrated customers. read more

New place-**Took 10-15 min for someone to notice me. It was extremely packed on a week day Ordered mimosa flight - it was hot. Green posole- tortillas where stale The flavor was basic but nothing to rave about. I did like the marinade red onions and the red chili which helped boost the flavor. If you add all the chili they give. it extremely helps with the flavor The decor is nice. They have a coffee bar inside with pastries. Which I did not try. They are trying to uphold a more elegant environment with gold utensils and original plating If you sit outside it's hot no breeze lots of trees. But also a lot of flies A place for a girls brunch outing. Plenty of spots to take pictures. My favorite of the mimosa flight was the cucumber. It was very refreshing and I would definitely order that alone again and again. So kudos for that creation the flavors of the flight consist of orange, guava, and pineapple and my favorite cucumber I did however love the music and ambience of this place. It reminds me of early weekend mornings with my grandparents. Ordered a flan just to try something else and even though the presentation was pretty it was trash. First time here! I had driven past it before and knew I had to stop by. We arrived at 10am and the wait was long, but definitely worth it. Inside, it's very cute, aesthetic, and comfy. Perfect for a girls' day! We went with family and were sat outside. It was very hot and cool air was limited, so keep that in mind. However, the food is absolutely delicious. Sometimes when you go to a trendy place, you either get the vibes or the food but I'm happy to say you get it all here! Great service, great food, great ambiance. The portions are really big and totally worth the price. We had enough to take home for another meal. My biggest recommendation is that you HAVE to get the queso fundido. Wow. Wow. Wow. My girlfriend and I came back to Quiero Brunch a couple Sundays ago because our last visit was so good it stuck with us and I'm happy to report it absolutely lived up to the hype again. We grabbed seats at the bar (highly recommend) and were lucky enough to be taken care of by Jelly, who is hands down one of the best bartenders I've encountered anywhere -- not just at brunch. She has that rare mix of being incredibly attentive while also genuinely fun to talk to. The vibe she creates behind the bar sets the tone for the entire experience. We shared and sampled several menu items and somehow each dish managed to outdo the last. I ordered the steak and eggs with a side of potatoes, cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. Jelly suggested adding the zesty sauce, and wow... that sauce with the steak was next level. Do not skip it. Our standout drink was the Carajillo. The fresh, in-house espresso makes it incredibly smooth and balanced...easily one of the best versions I've had. My friend ordered the breakfast burrito again (she had it last time too) and loved it just as much the second time around, which says a lot. What really made the afternoon special, though, was the service and atmosphere. We ended up chatting with other guests at the bar, including longtime regular Brian, who was an absolute delight. Between his company and Jelly's energy, we stayed far longer than planned -- and didn't mind one bit. Chic, Instagram-worthy décor, decadent food, fantastic drinks, fair prices, and truly exceptional service. The people -- staff and patrons alike -- were the unexpected cherry on top. After 5 attempts, we finally got to dine at Quiero for lunch today and Wow it was worth the wait. Food was delicious, drinks refreshing and tasty and our OUTSTANDING service from Jelly was the icing on the cake. While the entire staff was friendly and welcoming, Jelly made our first time experience memorable and so enjoyable. She was very personable, very attentive and took the time to explain the various chilaquiles and menu options. Her expertise on cocktails was also fantastic. Came here for lunch after my nephews promotion. Wait time for our party of 8 was an hour & 45 minutes. Our server at the beginning was Danny & he was great. He memorized everyone's order. We also had Jelly & she was also very friendly & welcoming. The food was okay. It was a bit on the pricey side. They automatically add gratuity due to our party size being more than 6 people. So check before you double tip. The decor is super cute & has a mix of Talavera & Encanto vibes. The bathrooms were nice though there were no paper seat covers. My wife and I recently had the chance to visit Quiero Brunch, and it did not disappoint. We've been on a mission to find the best chilaquiles in the Temecula Valley, so we were especially excited to try theirs. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the bright, welcoming, and modern atmosphere. The staff was outstanding--special thanks to Lee, who took excellent care of us and made our visit even more enjoyable. The food was exceptional. Traveled to Temecula for business and Quiero Brunch was recommended to by my son-in-law. This place did not disappoint!! The ambiance, staff, food, and drinks were exceptional. We wished we got a booth inside cause the ambiance is so CUTE!! But we got a table outside, I was still a happy customer cause the weather was nice. The wait was 2 hours long for Saturday morning. But maybe it had something to do with being Mother's Day weekend? It was packed. The restaurant was beautiful, clean, & had such a pretty environment. The food was delicious, our faves were the zesty chilaquiles or the habanero chilaquiles, and added steak to them. The vegetarian rojo (red sauce) was ok. It kinda had a bitter after taste to it & wasn't as flavorful as the zesty or habanero. I normally prefer the red sauce when it comes to chilaquiles, but not here. The zesty green was flavorful & a perfect balance of not too sour. The habanero wasn't too spicy, probably a medium spice level. The steak we added was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. My friend's stuffed chili relleno with refried beans & tortilla was so good! The chicharron with guacamole & chips were delicious too. The guacamole was flavorful & perfect. We loved the lattes, both cold or hot. The marzipan being our favorite, but the horchata was so good too. The mini pan conchitas with the cinnamon butter was delicious too. Perfect texture & not too dry like conchitas can be sometimes. My husband and I sat at the bar and got to see all the alcoholic drinks being made. All of them were beautiful and had so much details put into each and every one of them. Will have to come back for some of those next time. First and foremost, it's a great little spot for brunch. You can make reservations or walk in, but be prepared to wait. I ordered the mole chilaquiles and added Al pastor for protein; it was a generous portion. The huevos divorciados were good, and the dish had bean chorizo which were fantastic. My friends ordered the steak and eggs and the torta enchilada. The torta was on the dry side--definitely could've used more sauce or some crema. Overall, the food was decent, but it all needed a bit more seasoning. We also tried a couple of their specialty drinks. They were okay, nothing mind-blowing. If you're gonna hype up your drinks, there should be a little more flair or punch to them. Service was solid--attentive and friendly. The restaurant itself? Super pink. Like, really pink. Update to my first review: We were invited back to give quiero brunch another chance. Our experience was quite different. Our waitress, Abby was adorable and so friendly. She greeted us immediately. I ordered the French toast again and the portion was 3 times the size of the first. I guess our first experience was a mix up and we were brought the a la carte portion instead of the entree portion. I was excited to try this spot for brunch after seeing the great reviews and driving by to check it out. Their posted hours say they close at 4:00 PM, so we arrived at 3:15 PM thinking we had plenty of time. As soon as we walked in, we were told the kitchen would be closing in 15 minutes and that we'd need to place our entire order right away. That completely defeats the purpose of having posted hours that say 4:00 PM. If they stop accepting orders at 3:30, that should be clearly communicated. It was disappointing and honestly felt like poor customer service. We ended up leaving because we didn't want to rush our meal. Based on this experience, I won't be trying to return. read more

Came here for brunch last week after hitting the winery. We had seen the spot the previous weekend going up for an event so we were excited to see what Temecula had as a new brunch option. I got the chipotle chilaquiles with chorizo and my partner got the salsa verde chilaquiles with steak. We also split the chicharrón and guac with chips appetizer. Overall the ambiance is beautiful. Chilaquiles were yummy and definitely could be split between 2. The only thing I would say is that chicharrón and guac were overpriced. More chips than chicharon and for the price point of $18 we didn't feel like it was worth it. Also my partner wish that her added $8 steak came with more than the few pieces in her plate. read more

Such an adorable little cottage-style spot! I love the cozy vibe, from the charming color palette to the thoughtful decor details. It looks small from the outside, but there's actually plenty of seating both indoors and out....a nice surprise! The service was wonderful, and the food portions were super generous. I'm a big mole fan, so I ordered the mole chilaquiles with chicken. The sauce was a touch on the sweeter side, but still tasty overall. The customer service was perfection. How can service out-do the food? Don't ask me. But they nailed it. Habanero chilaquiles is next level spicy they do warn you on the menu but I genuinely think they should cool down the spice... My family can handle spicy trust me but this was intense you can't enjoy the food after. Flavor is amazing though. Also the sodas we got, diet coke, extremely flat. Our waiter said unfortunately this is normal that the sodas are frequently flat :/ I felt like she got annoyed with us asking for the soda to be replaced but you definitely need a good soft drink if the chilaquiles are that spicy lol. First time trying this place and let me say before anything else, the atmosphere was great! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and very stylish. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and able to offer suggestions and answer questions about flavors and tastes and that's always helpful. The menu is varied but simple and there are some things that are out of the ordinary which is always nice. Example; To drink I ordered a "pajarete" which is a hot coffee drink made with grated mexican chocolate, tequila, and conventionally made with milk straight from the udder of a goat or cow. Obviously that's not how they do it but it waste delicious non the less. 1st. Critique; it came to me warm and not hot. Hot food/drinks should be hot and cold food/drinks should be cold. Basic restaurant rule. Now it may have sat in the window to long before the server took it? Who knows, it should have been delivered while it was hot. I also had their " café de olla" which was also very good and hotter than the first drink. For breakfast I ordered the Asada steak and eggs garnished with chorizo beans, pickled onions, and queso fresco. Two items that are rare if not unseen entirely in Mexican restaurants; Chorizo beans (as a Mex kid growing up iykyk) and queso fresco again, ifykyk. Two of my pet peeves with "authentic" restaurants be they Mexican or other is over use of the word "authentic" and the lack of use of authentic ingredients. Cheddar cheese is not Mexican! All in all this was a great place and I will definitely be back. If they could just make sure the temperature of my food is "hot!" Next time please. read more

First I want to start by saying, I have no prior history with this restaurant, or people, so this review is 100% legit and honest. With that being said, HOLY COW! What an amazing place to eat!! I came in to Quiero Brunch after hearing they were the sister restaurant to Michis Tacos, so I already KNEW the food was about to be delicious. Not only was the food amazing, but the service was spot on. I sat at the bar and was severed by Ciana(I hope I spelled that right) and Bryan was an amazing help as well. There was another young gentleman named Koa? he was AWESOME as well. Everyone here is so helpful and all around kind. Who ever the hostess was this morning (04/02/26 at 11am), you were killing it up there handling everyone and I loved your sparky spirit, I hope you never lose that, that's so rare to find in this industry.
