Clean inside and outside fuel prices were a little steep for the area but staff were friendly. Multiple pumps were down as well.

Had to take pictures in front of that for sure!! Walked in, very clean and loved the vibe inside with all the pictures of the owner and family from the start of the business. We obviously had never been there, my friend asked what the best items on the menu was and honestly the gentleman up there was not helpful or kind, he was on his cell phone told us two plates that were good but didn't look at us well talking so we didn't hear what he said! He continued talking and not even talking our order! The women came up took our order and was very kind! The food was great all three plates were delicious, I had the chicken floutas, my son had the carne asada fries and my friend had the three beef tacos beans and rice. Well we were waiting for our food a couple went in and they had never been there and the women explained the whole menu to them! I wish we had her when we asked or question!! That guy needs to stay in the back because he has no customer service skills at all! But the food and the vibe in the restaurant were definitely worth it! We will for sure be going back!!

I called the restaurant and spoke with the night manager, "Taco," to report what happened and requested a refund or replacement. My request was denied, and my concerns were not taken seriously. The illness was bad enough, but the lack of concern and customer service afterward is why I won't be returning. I have also filed a complaint with the Maricopa County Environmental Services Department.

Now, I will warn you and say that I have yet to experience every menu item this Sonic has to offer,…read morebut I CAN tell you that their route 44 oz diet vanilla cokes are the best I have ever had. I have also had a shake and the cinna stacks. The shake was blegh and not super worth it, but the cinnastacks were ah-may-zing. So, so good. Salivating over here, people. Don't make my same mistake and find the cream cheese frosting after eating all the cinnastacks.... my one complaint: they put the frosting at the bottom of the bag. Be sure to go between 2 and 4 and you get 1/2 off your drinks, but I s-w-e-a-r that they take off more than that. 5 stars forever! Also, you don't lose the consistency with this franchise--- the location is as sketchy as ever and certainly adds to the drive-in charm!

I went through the whole app, trying to understand when the stall number was supposed to appear. An extremely dark skinned Black girl came up to my window so I quickly rolled down the window to get help. She asked me if I ordered the frito something and I said no, then explained my dilemma. She has no idea wtf I was talking about, because she told me to order at a menu stall. I said okay and moved but she pissed me off because you can't use app coupons at the menu stall and I knew that---I just moved so I didn't end up in jail. I pulled back around after I realized the problem--it doesn't tell you that you choose your stall until AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. That's a star off. Then another cute White girl wearing glasses brought my food out...i knew there was going to be a problem because it came out too fast--ESPECIALLY when I modified it on purpose. I told her I put six bbq sauce on there and asked if they were in the stapled bag. NOT ONE was. Another star off. I opened my hot dog and it was OLD af because one side was hard and the other was chewy. The chilli was scorched and the whole thing looked like someone just threw it together. Another star off. The double bacon cheeseburger was ALRIGHT, they got my toppings wrong and it was warm and not hot...the bacon was basically old charred SCRAPS thrown on top. NOT WHOLE STRIPS and I was charged 90cents for it. Another star off. There was also NO RECEIPT. I won't be returning.

When I was living in Houston, I went to Jollibee several times. How was I convinced. The legendary…read moreAnthony Bourdain, who had a disdain for chain restaurants, said Jollibee was the exception. This Filipino fried chicken fast food joint has definitely earned my affection too. I visited their only location in the Phoenix metropolitan area for dinner on a weekday. Located in Chandler, parking won't be tough in the large complimentary lot surrounding the restaurant. Ambiance (3.5/5): I mean it's a fast food joint so you don't really go there for ambiance. It's similar in this way to other fast food restaurants we've all been to. When it comes to a fast casual restaurant, I mostly care about cleanliness. This is done at a high level there. I snagged a booth that was a bit dirty. A worker cleaned off my table without me asking soon after I started hovering around the table. Well done. Service (4.5/5): You can either place your order at the counter if you're paying cash or use your card at one of the self-service kiosks. I used the latter option. What's nice about it is that it's easy to customize your order. The kiosk was easy to use and I got my food within a reasonable amount of time (even with the restaurant close to capacity while we were there). Drinks (4/5): At fast food joints, you're expecting your typical soft drinks. Jollibee has that, but they also offer more. Which is a nice touch. I had a pineapple refresher. Pineapple is my favorite fruit so I couldn't say no. While a bit pricey, it was good. Food (4.5/5): Now, for the good stuff. Jollibee is known for a couple of things. First and foremost, their fried chicken. I've had my fair share and the chicken here is quality. When you think of fried chicken, you want a flavorful crispy exterior with a juicy interior. Mission accomplished. The crispiness is at a high level. We shared a six piece chicken joy bucket so you get all the different parts e.g. drumstick, breast, etc. and they all delivered. Another thing Jollibee is know for is their spaghetti. Yep, you read that right. Spaghet' at a fast food restaurant. And this isn't your mom's spaghetti. Instead of marinara sauce, as is popular in The Philippines, they use banana ketchup. Throw in some cheese and some sausage and there's your side dish. It's going to shock you at first as it's sweeter than what you're used to but it's pretty good. A better side than rice (even the adobo rice) or fries in my opinion. O and I forgot to mention, you're given gravy with your fried chicken. Dunk that thing in there. It makes it even better. You're probably already full by reading this but finish things off with a peach mango pie. They look like McDonald's apple pies but they are significantly better. Trust me. While the menu has a lot more than what I just covered, these are the dishes Jollibee is known for. It's a good starting point, especially if it's your first time. Pretty much anything Anthony Bourdain said was accurate. His thoughts on Jollibee included.

It was a 20 minute wait for the spicy flavor which is crazy because they should've had this ready for the dinner rush on a Friday 6pm. The sides were okay, could've been better for the price ($4.95/each). The mac and cheese was not warm, and also came in a smaller container than the spaghetti. The biggest disappointment was the bucket only came with 10 pieces, even though I ordered 12 pieces. The chicken was good and came with gravy, but to pay $30 and be shorted is not okay.
