8/12024 My vehicle started shaking when it reached 40 mph. I brought it into Glenway auto. They…read moresaid I needed new tires. More specifically they said tire was cupping. Some of the wires broke apparently in the tire. I did not believe that at first and I did not see any indication of any thing wrong with my tires, but I went along with what they said because they are the professionals. I picked my car up after the new tires were installed.. driving down harrison It had the same rattling at 40 mph. I called them irritated and said did you test drive this vehicle? They said they did which I dont believe. . long story short they said the problem is my drive train is worn out and I need a new one. they claim that two different problems were causing the vibration. the likelihood in my opinion of having two different issues causing the same problem is pretty much unbelievable the reality is they either misdiagnosed the problem or they are crooked. either way I don't want anything to do with them again. I bought four new tires at $862 which i believe were not needed. That they conveniently profited from.

You can bring your own oil in or your own parts and they will charge just for the service if that is what you need and want! They can order your parts, and if they do...they call around for the best prices! They can be busy at times so scheduled appointments are best. I had a tire with a screw stuck in it, it was stuck into the thick tread part on the outer, I called and visited at least 3-4 other places that denied wanting to repair my tire because they stated "it's too close to the sidewall", and they all wanted me to buy a new tire. But NOT Wilson's! They had one of their Tire guys come out take a look, removed the screw, patched up the wheel and my tire has been perfect for months now with no problems! They saved me over $100 since I didn't have to get the tire replaced and it was a fairly new tire. I LOVE THIS PLACE and will only use them for all of my automotive needs. No need to go to a place that overcharges for "reputation". I can only hope Wilson's gets more business and recognition for their honest, quality work!

An affordable mechanic? No way! Yup- it is true, I found the perfect auto shop for my baby- my Jeep!!! I stumbled upon SGA through a friend. I popped into the office in hopes of scheduling a future oil change and was pleasantly surprised when Carlos, the manager, said he could take care of my girl right away. This was awesome news because I have neglected my girl and her oil change was long over due. Within minutes my car was on the rack. I relaxed in their office area- which looks NOTHING like the drab, greasy, cluttered, and dirty customer waiting area you expect to find at the mechanics. This place is very retro with an old school record player (and an awesome selection of vinyls), amazing photo prints line the walls (compliments of Carlos's brother- the photographer) and the environment is so clean and welcoming. I talked with the employees long after my Jeep was finished (which only took 20 minutes.) These guys are so warm & friendly you just want to hang out all day and have coffee & conversation! They also offer a very cut-to-the-chase rewards card... Every $1.00 you spend on their services, you get .05 cents back on your rewards card. I estimate if I bring my Jeep here for regular oil changes than I'll accumulate enough rewards to use towards a free oil change... Who doesn't love free??? I HIGHLY recommend you pay these folks a visit!

My daughter ran over a screw in a parking lot near Jungle Jim's and got it stuck in her tire. She…read moremade it home but the tire slowly deflated overnight. I finally had a chance to take it off the car late this afternoon and called them an hour before they closed, thinking I may have to take it in tomorrow and they said if I ran it up there they'd try to get to to it today. They had the tire patched for me in 30 minutes and I brought it home and my daughter helped me put it back on the car and she was able to use it tonight. What awesome service! Thanks guys!
