I called to confirm because I was bringing my toddler along and they promised 15 minutes, maybe 30 if they're busy. It ended up taking longer, around 45-1 hour but they were all so kind and nice, I can easily get over the wait. The waiting room is pretty dirty and gross but you can tell they try to keep it clean. It is a mechanic after all. A small pot of coffee sits out nearby a large soda machine. What seemed like a manager told me if I could get more people in for an oil change and they used my name, he'd give me something free like wiper blades. Random but how nice! I'm assuming their productivity is low but not really my problem. The gesture was kind! On top of that, while I was checking out and they did the final inspection, they noticed my brake light was out. It has been for months. The were so nice and willingly replaced my bulb that I bought a few months back. Just one extra step that they didn't have to do but chose to. My oil was changed, filters all checked, windows washed and out the door very happy, which is most important! AND it only cost me $13!

These untrained stupid people put my oil bolt on way to tight, after about 30 minutes of making sure I didn't strip or break the bolt I got it off, change washer because it was ruined from the guy that either didn't know what he was doing or was a jerk, went to take off plastic cover with my oil wrench, it's so tight I can't get it off with even a breaker bar! So now I know the guy is again not to smart or just a angry jerk. I gotta go get a large pair of channel locks to attempt to get it off, you only supposed to make sure it's snug! They will decieve. They will judge you on appearance. They left my car with 3 miles of gas and the first time they swapped my transmission my interior piece was still hanging off. They are a nightmare to go to and this was all WARRANTY WORK for my maxcare carmax warranty. They should've never got my business. Be like me, stay smart and avoid scummy business like these!!! I have been coming here for the past 5 times of my car's oil change service. This place has the…read morebest friendly customer service reps, a warm welcoming atmosphere, and best of all their communication is very good. They will let you know if your vehicles have any troubles. I've heard a rep talking to the owner stationed on gate 1 had a battery issue with his vehicle. The rep advised the owner by showing the condition of the battery on the tablets. I heard the owner agreed and told the rep to change the battery with a new one. I also have an experience with their excellent customer service by showing and explaining to me that my car should change filters, break fluid, and other parts. I agreed to what he has said and they changed it for me. Thank you very much for your service.

And that he would remove the trespassing charges. And agreed to fix my oil pan. then the district manager that said is a ASE certified mechanic, and that he will be replacing my aluminum oil pan with a new motorcraft oil pan, but must sign a wavier not to defame them and must remove the reviews before any work will be done. I am editing this review to update the situation. I will be leaving my review up untill all work is completed and I will have the vehicle inspected before and after by a qualified reputable mechanic shop to make sure it is all completed correctly and no other damage has been done. Once everything is ok'd then, I'll be willing to remove the entire review and sign the waiver to not defame them. I wish this upon no one but I'm happy to say that they are agreeing To own up to their mistake and fix it correctly. And they will repair/ fix any damages/ issues that arise during the replacement of the oil pan If something should break or go wrong. I do praise them for stepping up to resolve this issue I've been with out a vehicle for over 3 weeks now supposed to be here to fix it the week of the may 18th so rental car charges have been accumulating Over the past 3 weeks over $1000 so far wish I could get reimbursed for that out of pocket unexpected money that I really didn't have but we will see
