However, one of the Customer Service technicians on staff withheld information about the current deals offered to AAA members. I requested the current Summer Deal for members and was told that was $15 off. (I paid $86.91.) However, after further exploration realized there is a Summer Deal for $64.99 that could have been offered to me and I could have gotten new windshield wipers as well. Add to that the fact that I was treated like an ignorant female when I requested a copy of the paper the technician wrote a note on regarding a problem they found during my inspection which is NOT listed on the inspection or in the notes on the digital copy I received. Apparently they don't know how to copy items requested. I will be contacting to discuss and also reporting to AAA.

One of four tires I purchased from the Western Hills branch in April, 2022, about 13 months ago. I had a tire fail and went into their store in Alexandria, Kentucky to get the tire replaced. They told me because the tires were 13 months old they would not give me a new tire but instead give me a replacement tire at half price, charging full price for mounting, install and road hazard. Which including installation totaled over $130. I left and went to Walmart and paid $115 for a new tire with hazard warranty. When you add this to the fact that the Western Hills branch lied about the price they were going to charge me for tires when I bought them (saying they were $164 installed on the phone but when they were really $250 each) you should run, run from these guys.

Warranty on the vehicle was good until 2028 or 60k miles. I use this car for personal use, trips and work. So imagine that. My mileage cancels out the warranty. So now I'm left with a 16k loan left and can't even replace the transmission. This is why car dealerships get a bad reputation. Because we're already getting taxed to death by the government now we have to worry about getting scammed out of our hard earned cash? Insane what America has come to. I was disrespected by Brian who was rude and raised his voice at me when I asked for his bosses name and phone number. He said he would get his boss for me and then I asked for his bosses name and number again from the cashier which at that time Adrianne butted in and made a snippy comment to me and then mumbled under her breath the whole time walking away from me. John the GM spoke to me in Brian's office where he told me that he would fix the problem. Since I didn't have the time at that moment my husband brought the vehicle back the next day per John's request. They then refused to take care of the problem when he came back. John saying that I said things the day before that I didn't say why they wouldn't do it. They requested my husband to leave the premises and he said he wasn't leaving until the problem was resolved. They said they would call the police so my husband called the police. They had the police to give my husband a trespassing order even though he was there for an appointment. I am very disappointed in Kerry Chevrolet.
