They placed the food in a paper bag, and placed the paper bag of food in a plastic bag. I noticed that the paper bag inside the plastic bag had started to become wet from the heat that was trapped inside. I'm not sure if that affected the food, but overall, the breakfast was just ok. We ordered 1 Bacon Biscuit Combo, 1 Chicken biscuit combo, and 1 Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit, and 1 Sausage Egg & Cheese biscuit. We all agreed that the breakfast was just mid. This was disappointing because we had dinner from Jack's the week before and we were really impressed with the fried chicken and biscuits. Based on that experience, we expected the same great quality and flavor for breakfast, but it didn't measure up. The breakfast wasn't bad, but it did not meet the standard that was set by the previous visit. This is the reason for my 3.5. Would I return for breakfast again? Yes, but I would sacrifice the convenience of ordering online, and order the food in person in the hope that the food would be fresher and not affected by a wet paper bag.
