I have always gone for the frosty's and fries since my last pregnancy 21 years ago. The fries are always limp (even if I ask for them Krispy and hot) and always taste like old grease. And the frosty is a hit or miss and our location usually doesn't have the chocolate flavor. Disappointed with an establishment that I used to live off of when I was in college and couldn't rub two penny's together. Customer service isn't even worth the visit. And if you are near the shawnee Ks locations, they are all gross as far as cleanliness.

They're absolutely something to stop in for on a Saturday afternoon while out and about. The onion rings were pretty good...a total of 6 onion rings, for $4.50. SIIX. Look, the food was fine, the service was fine, but the prices, especially in today's economy, were just over the top. If you don't mind blowing over $50 bucks for what amounts to slightly elevated fast food, then Shake Shack is probably ok for you....for me, it's just not worth the prices they charge. The atmosphere was so fun and comfortable...the food was excellent..but the best was our server OWEN. He was by far one of the attentive and outstanding servers we have ever experienced. He was friendly and anticipated things (condiments, refills, etc) before we even asked for them..this young man is such an asset to this business!! The manager Jon was also outstanding and stopped to speak with us several times..we were so impressed with the staff and quality of this restaurant that we have already booked it for a high-school reunion event!

They're juicy, the breading is fantastic, and they're always just really high quality. We came in while they were starting the trivia night deal, which I couldn't care less about, but if that's something you're a fan of...it's a thing here.
