When I got my order, it was more like tiny, almost burnt onion bits. It kind of gave the burger, a burnt onion flavor. I think it's better to get raw diced onions instead. The meat patty was about the same size as a tiny McDonald's burger and not even big enough to accommodate the bun. I ate that in about four bites and then I had this big pile of fries left over so I feel that the meal was disproportionate. So next time I would order the double patty. Oh and you can't get just mayonnaise only on your burger, which is ridiculous. You can only get mustard or special sauce. I guess I know how to order if I go there again, but I just didn't see the overall value in it . Usually in a cheeseburger joint everybody's in a good mood because they're eating a cheeseburger, but some of the customers in there seemed uptight during the last few visits. My wife and I asked if it would be possible to get chicken tenders instead of a breakfast sandwich. They let us know it would take about 10 minutes since they wanted to make them fresh, which we were completely fine with. To our surprise, they even gave us complimentary Bo-Berry Biscuits while we waited, which was such a thoughtful gesture and definitely wasn't expected. It's rare to walk into a place where everyone has such a positive attitude, but the whole morning crew made us feel appreciated as customers. On the busier days, seating can be a challenge, but the tables clear fast and normally clean within minutes. To top it off, the price is reasonable for the quality of the meal, and very few burger joints can match the precision of their service. They certainly live up to their name.
