I have frequented this Quiktrip for many years, And have always found the experience to be exemplary for a gas station and convenience store. The staff is unfailingly courteous and obviously well trained in customer service and efficiency. What prompted me to write today's review? Pain reliever. While in this QuikTrip, I spotted salvation for my screaming headache, a display by the register containing single doses of commonly needed over the counter medications, including pain relief and cold/sinus relief. And how much per package of two pills? $.69. Thank you! How many times have you had a need for an OTC med, and had to choose between stopping at a big store to pick some up, paying an exorbitant amount for a teeny tiny bottle at a convenience store, or biting the bullet and waiting until you're home? This convenience store perk may seem minor to some, but it is even one more reason that I love QuikTrip. All I have to say is that I found a cockroach inside my drink. It came from the Sweet Papaya Tea. Gross! I can't keep the taste out of my mouth. Anyway I notified an employee and he acted very quick to the situation. I still believe this is something that could of been avoided if the dispenser and container was thoroughly cleaned beforehand. I'm annoyed with myself that I didn't get a picture for Yelp and to back up my review, but I have to admit I was so disgusted that I just wanted to leave. QT is the holy grail of gas stations. Always clean, friendly and endless choices for snacks. This location also has the QT kitchen where you can order lots of food such as pizza and milkshakes. I ordered a soft pretzel with cheese today and it was delicious! QT's hot dog station is totally next level. It really isn't even fair to call it a hot dog station since they have an endless variety of options like egg rolls, taquitos, corn dogs, sausage and so much more. The condiments don't disappoint either - my favorite is the fresh (real, not those bs packet ones) onion! The staff is friendly and efficient. I've practically never waited in line. What makes QT so popular to me is the consistency every time you visit. Don't kid yourself, it's still a Gas Station Convenience Store but what you'll find in every single one are the following: 1) Exact same layout. Shelves are identical too so if you're a creature of habit like me you'll be happy to know where your favorite items always are. 2) Friendly people. Their staff is very upbeat and personable. Not what you would find at your average convenience store at all. 3) Fast service. These people move quickly and use both sides of the counter next to their registers to stage the next customer they'll ring up. This really keeps the line moving. read more

Probably the worst QT in Phoenix. Soda fountains are always out of service or pumping out water and then you go to get tea and there is nothing brewed. Floor is always sticky and gross. Reminds me of a bad circle k. read more

This is a great QT. Good staff, Good gas prices, and Clean faculties. This QT has the kitchen renovation with touch screen ordering of variety of food items All the different fresh brewed iced teas are nice to change things up. They have a Crazy selection of fun hot food to go. My secret favorite item is the bbq pork sandwich you have to micro wave. Add relish and some chipotle sauce and it's better than a Mc Rib! I happen to crave the sandwich at times and it's available 24-7 here. read more

I have been to this Quick Trip several times over the past 8 years. It's easy to get in and out of and normally there is always a few spots open to pump my gas. It's also conveniently located. I can stop here on my way to work and still be on time. I don't usually go inside, but the inside is nice (for a gas station!) and easy to navigate. Overall, I really like this Quick Trip and would rather to go any Quick Trip than a different gas station around the valley. read more

I love the QT kitchen it makes food on the go extremely easy. This QT has changed a lot over the last 6-8 months though. I often get the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. For some reason they have started toasting the bread with the cheese open instead of closed which makes the cheese hard and gross. Please, please go back to the old way and toast closed. They never seem to have a few flavors of energy drinks in stock. There soda fountain prices or over priced compared to competitors in the area. Last is my biggest complaint is lack of customer service due to them being trained to run 2 drawers and to get each customer in and out fast... No how's your morning, eye contact, or asking if I found everything I need. I recommended the the other gas station across the street, there customer service it outstanding 9 out of 10 times and there fountain drinks are under a dolor. read more

2nd time I had to go in for a receipt. The 1st time the pump was out of paper. The 2nd time The pump kept saying "sale canceled" every time I hit print receipt!! Many people need receipts for business purposes! Please get your pumps to work properly. I always prefer to stop at QT's. It's just a lot more comfortable. They all look the same and are always well maintained. Bathrooms are very clean. Floorplans are very similar. My preferred place to stop for gas or random snacks during the day. read more

this quick trip is a good environment to be in because the staff is friendly. I come here Monday-Friday every week because I work in transportation and have a small bathroom break here. the downside to this place is the bathroom. the women's bathroom is hardly ever cleaned. I go in at 8 am every morning and not once have I seen a clean toilet. there are only two toilets and the staff can't keep them clean for some reason. I find myself wiping down the seat and using one of those paper things you sit on because they are downright dirty. I feel like nobody should have to clean the toilets themselves. it should be clean already for their customers. it just irritates me because it isn't my job, I'm already working with kids all morning before stopping in here and I don't want to have to stop in the bathroom having to clean it before using it. the floors also look quite dirty as well but it might just be the way they were made. I get that they probably clean at night before closing or whatever but it's really gross to deal with every single morning. other than the bathroom the rest of the store is clean and neat. the floors outside the bathrooms are always being mopped and cleaned and the workers are always keeping things organized. it's just the women's bathroom. idk what the men's looks like but I know for a fact somebody is neglecting the women's bathroom. read more
