He got a Dr Pepper. 28 minutes later our food came out. The fries were hot. The waffle sticks were hot. The chicken was not spicy and didn't include sauce. His burger had no mayo and had pickles and onions but was a smash burger not an ultimate cheeseburger. I can't even tell you the mods on my Sourdough Jack. It had one slice of cheese, one slice of bacon, mayo, lettuce and onions --- not even close to what the menu indicates. At this point, we were so hungry we just ate, we didn't have it in us to wait another 30 minutes for a correct order. Another couple who ordered after us went back up with their food. I'm sure they had ours at this point. The restaurant was clean, but that's easy when you have no condiment station, your drink station is out of order and your restaurant is empty.
