Great food & service. I liked the Cajun fries. I didn't think they were soggy at all, it's a great cook on fresh cut fries !! Burger was good, if you want seasoning on it, try asking for a cup of Cajun seasoning! Negatives would be how loud it is with the music & kitchen noises, it was hard to hear the cashier right in front of me. Also the grease track outside the door makes me wonder if it's now in my clothes as well. Where does it come from? I like the electronic soda machine with lots of different flavors. I wished my party had been large enough to cover the bun, but it was a tad short. They are expensive- almost $8 for just a cheeseburger isn't in my budget for a frequent diner here. As much as I really like Five Guys, I have to give this location three stars. First the good: staff is always polite. Burgers are pretty good and I've never had an issue with them. Now the bad: the fries. They're touch and go. Some days they're the fries you come to Five Guys for (hot, crispy and plentiful). Other days (like today), they're one step away from raw. I placed an online order, picked up my food, and when I got home I tasted a fry. Sure enough, it had a bite to it that was not pleasant. That being said, I come to this location pretty often and I never know what kind of fries I'll get. Between the heavy salt and nearly raw fries, I wish they would be more consistent. Update: The fries have definitely gotten crispier. The last few times I've come here, they've been great! However, still VERY salty. If this location works on the salt, the fries will be perfect. read more

We've been going to Five Guys for a quick dinner every now and then since they opened. I've never been disappointed in the place...until tonight. We wanted something quick as it's been a long day. So we decided on Five Guys. Husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger with an extra patty. Paid the extra money for it. Didn't get it. Requested no pickles, pickles were on it. I got a BLT sandwich. I requested grilled onions, mushrooms to be added and lite mayo. Opened the sandwich and there's just bacon and raw onions. Wtf. Everything was cold. Not just sat out for a few minutes. But sat around for a while and is cold. I ate about half the sandwich, found a short black hair. I do not have short black hair. I have long blonde hair. WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN! It was been awhile since i had a 5 guys burger. Ordered online, picked my toppings and eagerly anticipated the juicy burger i remembered. What i got was disgusting. Greasy, no toppings except bacon, cheese and mayo. No pickles, onions, lettuce or mushrooms that i wanted. Fries were dumped into the paper bag with the burger. Fries were greasy and refried, not fresh. Fries were not packed in a separate container. Not going back again. Hopefully this stuff doesn't make me puke. read more

I love five guys and I'm sure they don't need another review, however, I'm going to review it anyway!!! The service was amazing! All of the staff had a smile on their faces the entire time we dined. My husband got a cheeseburger and I got a hamburger on a lettuce wrap (yes they do this for you!) and they both tasted amazing! Great food horrible customer service. Went in a few days ago for takeout. They left one of our burgers off the order. We were twenty minutes away when we discovered it so we called them and they said they would come out next order, that our name would be on a list so we just needed to tell them and all would be taken care of. We were satisfied with that. Call back today to get our comped order. We were treated very rudely as soon as we explained the situation. First we were told we had to have the receipt but we had that. So they took our order and then said it had to be exactly the same as our previous order. We had fewer people so a slightly different, cheaper order which they flatly refused to do. They put a person on who claimed to be the general manager who was even less courteous and said she could only replace the item that was left off. We were told over and over that the person we talked to originally was not a manager and that there is no list. I don't know what is going on at that location but we will not be back. read more

Literally Do Not Waist Your Time! Ordered for 5 total was 80$. Ate outside because tables were filthy. Woman's restroom was closed for some reason. Instead of bringing our food outside or letting a us know it was ready. We sat for 20 mins before I started asking when it would be ready. The counter said oh yeah here it is, I opened the bag to find fries just thrown in the bag on top of all our food. Why? Who wants someone else touching my fries to reach to the bottom of the bag for their food. We just left the Five Guys at NMB. Great burgers, but OMG. There is nothing being done for people eating inside or out. No sanitizers of any kind. They don't wipe off the tables between guests or give you something to do it yourself. You have to use a community coke machine. They have limited seating inside and ketchup packets now. He announced to the kitchen staff whose order I was there to pick up, yet they failed to tell me when it was ready. 1/2 hour later I inquired if it was ready yet and they had set my order above the fry station where the burgers got cold and they had not even packed my fries yet. Haven't been to a Five Guys in several years and it was better than I remembered. "Little" burger is not little at all...and a "regular" fries is about 2 pounds. Burger was really good. Toppings were not sparse...grilled mushrooms and grilled onions a nice touch...as was A1. Fries with cajun seasoning is where it's at. Didn't try a shake but I like that there is no limit on mix ins...you can have as many as you like for same price. $18 for little cheeseburger, little bacon cheeseburger, and regular fries with waters. I'm not getting what I'm paying for. Whose fault is it-DoorDash or 5-guys? 4 orders place through DD and 3 totally wrong. Example: last order I selected Bacon cheeseburger with regular FF. What I got was a small hamburger with mayo and lettuce w/ small ff. I hate Mayo and never ever order it. I gave the driver a pre-order 4$ tip and she leaves the order on my porch and doesn't ring the bell. If I knew she was going to do that I would have given her nothing. I drove over to get some burgers, a hot dog, fries and two shakes. When the girl rang it up I asked for a senior discount. She said they didn't give senior discounts. She said, in fact we don't even give military discounts. The hot dog was good. The cut it in half and grill it. The fires were really good and the shakes were great. The burgers were not much to talk about. I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon. The burger didn't have a great flavor like I expected and the bacon was hard to chew.
