Hadn't been here in 20 years and knew I shouldn't expect it to be anything like it used to but had no idea how bad it got. I was excited the same thing I'd always get as a teen was still on the menu: the peppercorn steak sandwich. But oh man how the mighty have fallen. The thinnest industrial slices of meat inside with a paultry slathering of some generic peppercorn sauce on slightly stale bread. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I got my food quickly. They share a parking lot with Starbucks. There was a long line for the Starbucks drive through which made it difficult to get in and out of a parking spot. The bread on my sandwich was dry and the meat was dry and tough as well. I normally go to the Everett location but decided to try this one after a long absence. I should have braved the traffic and made the drive to Everett. There's no indoor seating available, only two lame picnic tables outside that were hard to sit on so I ended up eating in my car. The drink machine was broken as was the bathroom. I was never asked what I wanted on my sandwich and I was grateful that they made it without the items I requested when I ordered it. I asked the guy for napkins and he told me that they were already in the bag (there were two) and I didn't really like having to get a bottled drink since I prefer the fountain drinks. I don't know why places like Quiznos are so stingy with their napkins. The guy could have just handed me some, but I had some extras in my car. I only went here because I had a birthday offer on my ap that was buy one get one free. You'd think that with the amount that they charge (it was almost $15 for a small sandwich, chips and a drink) that they would just give you one for free. Maybe that's selfish but it just seems a little stingy on their part. So next time I will spend the extra gas money and go to the Everett location which has ample seating, friendly employees, good food and a drink machine that actually works. Closer proximity is not always better. But at least the food was good and the employee was fairly friendly. However for the price, that's not enough. read more

I really want to support this place because I can tell it's family owned and they work very hard but the quality has been awful every time I've eaten here. I always double and triple check ingredients and somehow my veggie sandwich always comes without guacamole. Additionally the bread is the best part of Quiznos and today my rosemary Parmesan had no rosemary. I run to the restroom while my sandwich is being heated, and very nice bright and clean. After that I go out to pay and...what!? There is a woman seated in the prep area, clipping and cleaning her toes! Uh....barf! I literally saw toe nails or something fly into the air. I would not have noticed has there not been a projectile. I was totally caught off guard and still paid but quickly walked out. I loved it. Must try! Then I tried lobster salad, because I want to cut my carb today. The original salad is much simpler, but you can always add anything you want. The salad I ordered for my girlfriend was made with wilted brown shredded lettuce (not spring mix, I asked and she said we don't have that, it's on the Quiznos website!!), cubed turkey and cubed cheddar cheese. She came home today and told me a horrific tale of how a male worker totally verbally abused her because the store got the order for a customer wrong and she asked them to fix the issue. He refused to give her the order after verbally yelling at her and he falsely accused her of using foul language when he himself used foul language in front of her and all the other customers in the store. This is not good business and no vendor should ever, ever, ever, verbally abuse a customer over an order. She cried in her car after this incident and the entire issue has been reported to Door Dash and to Quiznos. I highly recommend that you do not give your business to this specific location. In a time when we need to be sensitive to all the issues we are all facing, it is not right for a vendor to have this type of attitude. read more

I ordered a French dip and asked for no onions and it had onions, so I called them and asked if they could give me a store credit. Love this place! Delivery is always fast. Orders accurate. I've used them for 4 years -- from 1 sandwich to (repeated) catering (up to 60) they have always done a great job! Lobster ciabatta is delicious!! Catering-sized salads are always a huge hit. French Dips are a new favorite. They appreciate their customers and it shows! This is my favorite Quiznos in Seattle. I ordered for delivery from them many times while living in Lynnwood and the owner often delivered the food. It was fresh, well packaged, and always on time. Nearly zero errors given the on-line ordering and his careful attention to detail. He would also bring me containers of jalapenos and other peppers from their service bar which was really nice. When I moved to Bothell, he continued to deliver to my house which was really amazing ! I really love the Baja Chicken Sub and several of the steak subs. The salads are also very good. If you haven't eaten here in a while, this manager is new and is totally unlike the prior manager/owners. Under their administration it was completely the opposite of what it is now. And yes most fast food places are cutting back on sizes and quantities of food that they serve as costs keep increasing. I haven't seen that here yet but it will likely happen at some time I highly recommend this location ! read more

I talked to the manager here. Management did recently change, and definitely for the better! The owners (and their family) are the only employees. They are hardworking, caring people. I come back just because they are so kind to me. Okay, maybe not. I am currently adjusting my original post, as I went back a second and third time, and the meat portions were not acceptable. The staff is still nice, but they skimp on the most important part. I haven't ever seen such small meat portions at a Quizno's. What a shame.
