What a lovely place with an absolutely extensive selection of delectable options to choose from. So hard to choose yet my first time was all about my favorite thing - peanut butter. My bff got vanilla. It's sweet but you can ask for 50% or whatever you like less sweet. The menu is huge and colorful, I mean colorful. Qyn coffee, such an adorable, clean and serene atmosphere with the ambiance of peace, calmness, and coffee chat vibes. Tables to sit and enjoy your latte. A few munchable treats to go with the menu. And the decor, I love the attention to detail of this shop. I loved my PB espresso and my veggie quiche - which was loaded with different vegetables and I thoroughly enjoyed it so much. Even the bathroom was nice lol. I will definitely be back and I wish you much success with your new business. The details are amazing and the menu looks great.

I was nearby at the sauna spot and saw this place having their soft opening! Upon seeing the menu, I knew I had to try it out. I got both the Coco Matcha Crema and the Biscoff Espresso, but I had my eyes on so many other ones that I want to try out next time! The coconut matcha tasted like my favorite Harmless Harvest coconut water mixed with matcha, which is exactly the combination you'd want. The biscoff coffee at first was pretty bland, but after mixing it with the cookie, the flavor finally popped out. Next time coming here, I'd probably get the Coconut Bac Xiu!

We ordered their blueberry matcha, the blue looking hojicha (i forgot the name ), and their strawberry biscoff matcha: they all tasted great but ran a little sweet. The interior is super modern and looks stunning, I had a great experience here and would definitely come back.

The parking lot is small, could see it draw a crowd The shop itself is quaint, more calming than loud Raspberry oat matcha, I have wondered about before QYN Coffee, making it a reality, score There was no sign of artificial taste I had no regret, not a drip went to waste Crushed ice Love that, nice The menu variety is vast, I think Every day of the week, could try a different drink Pretty sure I'll be back again before I move away Add this to your "to try" list and have a nice day xoxo Op

Absolutely delicious bang for your buck Vietnamese coffee! Landed at SNA and this was our first stop. It was such a strong coffee but in the tastiest way! - Corn coffee: sounds odd but delicious if you like corn (which I love!) it balances out so well - Pandan oat matcha: you can actually taste the Pandan to matcha ratio! - ube coffee: hooooly strong! The ube does get lost a bit but you sure you get caffeine - egg coffee: classic you can't go wrong! - Ube hojicha: smooth and creamy! There's a few smaller tables with cafe music, it's a cute spot to hang out in! Our drinks came out quickly and it's been so busy since we came to sit! Definitely will come back

Parking: they have a lot and if it gets full, you should be able to park across the street (Chase plaza). The store: they have a modern, clean look with indoor seating (yes, there are outlets if you need to work!) and I believe 2 outdoor tables. Qyn coffee offers a creative drink menu and they also have some sweet and savory baked goods available. Ordered: Ube flan coffee - made with phin dripped coffee, the coffee is strong but pairs well with the sweet ube cream top and flan! Vanilla Cloud Hojicha - lightly sweet with a nutty flavor Biscoff Espresso - the boldness of the espresso complements the biscoff and cream top well. Tiramisu Espresso - very similar to the biscoff coffee but with a tiramisu flavor. Raspberry Oat Matcha - I've never heard of a raspberry matcha til now. LIFE CHANGINGGGGG! Pastries: Nutella Croissant, Guava Cheese Danish - both tasty!! I came during soft opening so the staff were still training. They were very nice and kind :) Please visit them if you're around the area!

Popped into QYN after a sweat session at Perspire next door. Saw that they are in their soft opening and thought to give it a try cause I'm a sucker for aesthetic cafes and a yummy bevvy. The inside is calm and serene, appears like a good place to setup your laptop and work and/or catch up with friends in a small group. There was a short line which moved pretty quickly. Got to the counter and ordered an iced matcha latte with an added cream top. It was a customized drink so.. iced matcha latte ($6.50) + soy milk ($0.75) + cream top ($1.25) which made the drink total a whopping $8.50. I get it, a boutique coffee shop is a pretty penny these days.. though the drink just didn't justify $8.50. The team member taking my order barely smiled or said a word. There was truly no wow factor in this experience and with cute coffee shops at every corner these days, it's a tough sell.

This cafe has such cute interior decoration and is small and cozy. There are only a few seating areas here and parking can become difficult at peak hours with the other stores in the area. The staff was very kind and helped with recommendations. Ordered the following: - Ube Flan Coffee - Banana Coffee - Pistachio Latte - Spirulina Matcha Latte - Strawberry Biscoff Matcha QYN Coffee has such a large variety of aesthetic and fun drinks with their Vietnamese coffee base if you need something strong or the other creative drinks that are non-coffee. Personally my favorite was the Pistachio Latte and Banana Coffee, if you like something sweeter and more matcha then the Strawberry Biscoff Matcha is a popular choice. Overall, I would like to come back and try their other drinks.

Was nearby and saw this place was having a soft opening and decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad I did! QYN's located in a plaza with a bunch of other businesses so parking can get a little dicey during rush hour, so be wary of that. The staff is friendly and was moving quick considering they're in a soft launch. The interior is super cute and has a bunch of seating. I got the Mango Matcha Latte with oat milk and it was great! The matcha was solid and the mango was a great compliment. This place is already off to a great start, and I'd definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area!

I had just gone paddle boarding at Back Bay and usually my go-to for coffee after is Keans, but I wanted to try something new. This place is completely different from Keans, which is more about simple drinks where you can appreciate the high-quality beans and roasting. Qyns had very elaborate and dessert-like drinks with cold foam of different flavors. So many of the flavors sounded amazing but I ended up getting tiramisu. It was delicious, and I look forward to trying more flavors!

The employees are very friendly and welcoming. You can tell the place is well kept and clean. The strawberry matcha bliss and salted cheese coffee were yummy, I will be coming back here!

Cute little spot at the end of 17th street! They have a fun menu with so many options and the matcha was good quality! The space inside is small with approx 6 tables. Would recommend trying!

Salty Horse is an Experience, & I Understand The Appeal…read more I find myself coming back to Salty Horse for the great ambiance and quality drinks. I came shortly after they opened on a Saturday and they had a line as per usual. It's always a crowd here! But, it feels trendy and charming. They have a seasonal menu and a concrete menu. On my two visits, I ordered the Dessert Glaze with whole milk ($7.50) and the Straight from Kyoto ($7.50) with maple walnut milk. Both drinks I ordered were $7.50 and the price doesn't include tax, so I paid ~$8 in total per drink. They don't add too much ice, so you get a good amount. The Dessert Glaze wasn't very memorable, but I really enjoyed their matcha with the maple walnut milk! The taste was similar to a hazelnut creamer, and the drink wasn't too sweet because their matcha is very strong and full-bodied. My friend ordered the Arnold Palmer, and it was kind of watery so I wouldn't recommend their lemonades. The drinks can take a while depending on how busy they are, but whether you can find a table or sit at the bar, there's usually somewhere to sit. The ambiance here is great, with a bathroom, trendy decor, and a community-feel. It has been hot lately, and they don't run AC, however. So, be mindful of that. We didn't try any food, but it honestly looked amazing. Some cafes make you feel a certain way, and I think Salty Horse has that it factor where you want to come bring your friends for brunch or a quick drink. It's simply a nice place to be. Parking can be tough but it neighbors a residential area, so street parking is available.

Inside is a café inspired by natural accents with an industrial flair giving a rustic character with modern style. The vibe inside is chill with plenty of seating for groups or singles. They also have an outdoor area with covered seating surrounded by plants. The menu delivers just as much appeal as the setting. They have an expansive list of coffee, tea, and lattes with several modifiers to choose from. To accompany your drink the menu provides options of sandwiches, bagels, and a variety of pastries. I had the smoked salmon bagel, featuring delicate slices of salmon layered over cream cheese spread, topped with capers and fresh chives. This is my go to for coffee houses that offer it. The bagel exceeded my expectations and I believe the chive's subtle flavor complemented the smoked salmon really well. For drinks we tried the chai and hot chocolate. The iced chai latte was smooth and not too sweet with a dusting of cinnamon on top, but I would rate it average in taste. The hot chocolate was deliciously velvety and detailed beautifully. I would rate it a five out of five! The difference at this coffee shop is that you can choose from a range of seating arrangements and have an opportunity to support the business by picking up clothing, a bag of coffee or other merchandise. The con for this coffee shop is that the beverages are somewhat undersized relative to the price point. In addition, the customer service experience fell short. We were greeted upon entering, but it was unclear where customers should retrieve their order or whether orders numbers were called out. With that said, those looking for a quiet morning coffee or a cozy place to catch up with friends, this spot can accommodate.

This location is not as busy as Buena Park one which is nice and they have plenty of parking in a plaza. Drink came out pretty fast and South is friendly and nice to accommodate my customs. I love the aesthetic of the place in general with wood color. Can't wait to come back!

It's been here a while, which as probably helped, and it doesn't fall into that design trap of being overly minimal or whatever. It's warm and inviting, but at the same time, it's not a place I would consistently stay at for my personal taste. I feel like because it's well-established, that's not a problem. They've got plenty of "fun" drinks, which is what they're known for, to me. I often come by for a banana-based drink, whether it be matcha or coffee. I enjoy how they don't take themselves so seriously for a 3rd wave specialty spot. It's easier to get in and get out without having to feel like you're making a decision that you'll be getting judged for, you know? Anyways, the coffee I had was excellent, and it helped me power through my work day. Is there anything else you need?

They offer a few seasonal items and a standard menu of lattes, teas, etc. Today I ordered the morning melt and the coconut latte. The coconut latte is delish and tastes like summer. The morning melt is also really good. So many flavors from the egg, turkey, and arugula. Next time I'll opt for the sauce on the side and put a little less so it's not so drippy. Still super tasty! Thanks for providing a relaxing vibe :)

Despite being relatively close to two major colleges - OCC and UCI - this place wasn't as crowded as you'd imagine it would be. They serve coffee, matcha, breakfast foods like breakfast burritos, protein bowls, avocado toasts - but I didn't pick anything to eat since I already had lunch. I shared with the barista that it was my first time here, and he asked what type of drink I was looking for. I told him something iced and caffeinated - and he mentioned his favorite was the Honey Cinnamon Latte - which I opted for - iced, with oat milk. Total was $8.50 including tip. My iced Honey Cinnamon Latte was yummy, creamy, and fantastic! With the oat milk substitute, it sorta tasted like Cinnamon Toast Crunch in liquid coffee form. It wasn't overly sweet, definitely had a nice kick to it - love this recommendation by the barista! I checked out the rest of the space and used their restroom to wash my hands - it's really a neat space here. Lots of seating. Lots of space. There's an adjacent room that's connected to the cafe called "Flow Space" - which is utilized for small popups and arts & crafts. Neat spot for smaller community members to showcase their wares. Some of the other reviews mentioned no a/c - which had me worried considering we were having a bit of a heatwave lately - but to my pleasant surprise, A/C was on and cold! It was a great escape from the heat. Free wifi - fast enough for a zoom call if you need to hop into one - my speedtest reported download speeds of 17.5MB/s Restroom is clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking - of course, I stopped by a little after 2pm, so already avoiding the tail end of the lunch rush. Only downside is they close kinda early - 4pm - but open up at 7am. Great spot! Will probably be my go-to considering there's ample workspace, plenty of parking, less crowded than other coffee spots in the immediate area. I'm curious to try their matcha the next time I'm here, as well as possibly their breakfast burritos, since photos for that looks delicious.

This year specifically, I've noticed a couple of things that have made my experience go severely downhill. I've visited about five times, expecting to grab my favorite toast of theirs that I've had for years (Pan Con Tomate) and they have been out consistently back to back of that item. I've literally tried 3 separate times and been told they simply ran out of tomatoes. If it's that inconsistent, I'd hope they'd take it off their menu and post it as a special. But what bothers me the most is that the service is so nonchalant that it comes off as rude. No greeting, smile, positive energy.. giving off a vibe that they'd rather be anywhere else than behind the coffee bar. Sad to see the experience decline as it's been a favorite of mine and somewhere i always have hyped up to friends. Hopefully things pick up.

The drinks were great and I didn't have to wait on them too long. I got a shakerato and a matcha latte and they were both good. You also get a little discount if you're walking, biking, or boarding to the shop and getting something. The only negative I have to say is that I think a cycling club stages from here on the weekend so the parking lot does get busy inside and out. Overall, I'd recommend this place and will return again.
