I wanted something refreshing to drink after my lunch. R&B tea was very close to the food court. The young lady at the counter was friendly and directed me to use the kiosk if I was using a credit card. They do take cash at the front counter where they will take your order. The small Tea stand was nice and clean and even had a place to sit. I studied the menu and made my selection at the kiosk. I decided to go with the Hawaiian Fruit green tea. It was $7.05 and it only came in a large size. I selected no sweetness and 50% ice. My drink was ready in less than five minutes. Super quick. And it was huge. It came with slices of orang, lemon and lime and chunks of watermelon. As I walked away I took a sip and it was way too sweet. I was shocked because I asked for zero sweetness. I immediately returned to the counter and let her know that it was too sweet for me. She apologized and was very friendly about it. She remade it and it was much better. I really appreciate that she remade with no problem. Overall the tea was just okay. Not the best I've had but it was refreshing. Too bad they don't offer a smaller size. The location is convenient because it's right between the food court and some of the stores in the middle of the walkway.

Very delicious, first time trying this locations and I was very happy, the service was quick and easy . It's a shopping center so the environment is very quick and fun .

I always walk past this place whenever I am at the mall. You order at the kiosk on the side. I ordered their taro milk tea and brown sugar boba. The drinks were made fairly quick. But the workers here look like they hate their jobs. The worker was very nice to this lady next to me and when he handed me my drinks his smile quickly disappeared and walked away after setting the drinks down. The boba itself was okay. Save your money. There are other boba shops inside the mall.

The Tea was Refreshing! This was an un-expected tasteful treat! The line for kiosk is long ( High foot traffic when I was here ) but you can always order at the front. Best Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea I have had in a while! The Matcha Storm was an interesting try and was thick like a milk shake! Overall very great, would come again if ever at the Valley Fair Mall. The Menu consists of: Puffle Waffles, Milk Tea, Tea, Stormy, Pure Milk, Yakult, Fresh Fruit Tea, and Cheese Cream!

I bought a crème brûlée milk tea after my shift and this is the nastiest drink i ever had in my life. tasted like MILK AND WATERRRRR totally unacceptable, but my boyfriend's drink was pretty good. does this look like crème brûlée to you guys?

Ordered a drink on an empty Monday around 1:45pm on the kiosk. A girl was at the front on her phone but had a sign saying to order on the iPad. I ordered and she didn't realized I had ordered until like 3 minutes later then started my drink. She then left the drink and walked away back to her phone with not a single word or acknowledgement the entire time. If that was the case, I wouldn't have tipped nor paid $8 for a mediocre drink when there's plenty of other boba and tea shops. I don't recommend.

This was my first time ordering and tasting R&B Tea. I'm not here in the South Bay that often so this is conveniently located right next to the food court. So the stand is at such a great location with a lot of lighting and great foot traffic. R&B Tea is right in the center part of the walkway on the 2nd floor and you really can't miss it!! Perfect eye view and right next to dessert stands as well for pastries to go with their delicious drinks here at R&B Tea. It's super easy to order since they provide 2 kiosk machines to order yourself or you can order at the counter with one of the staff members. The staff is super friendly. They also answered a few questions for me because they were able to confirm doing the least amount allowed for the Yakult drinks as 50% sweetness level. They have plenty of choices such as Yakult drinks, matcha drinks, all type of teas and fruit drinks with other toppings such as bobas, jellied lychee/fruits, Chia seeds, popping bobas and more. I ordered the Honeydew Milk Tea 25% sweet less ice and wow .. super delicious. I can't wait to go grab me another one when I'm back in this area.

I got a lot of attitude from the worker when i asked to have my drink remade because it was made extremely sweet to the point where I couldnt drink it.

I decided to try this place out as I've always walk by it. I ordered the strawberry horchata and dragon mango green tea. The dragon mango green tea was very good. I would definitely order that drink again. I never had strawberry horchata before, but I'd definitely say it's pretty unique, tasted like a strawberry churro and was very sweet. The only downside is that the boba was not fresh at all. It was pretty hard as soon as I sipped my drink, which kinda ruins the whole experience. Service was really quick and efficient. As soon as I order on the kiosk, drinks were made less than 5 min, which is awesome.

Haven't seen a brown rice-based milk tea before so had to try it. Not sure I'd get it again, but it definitely had a unique flavor and was worth trying. Ordering was simple using the kiosks and the wait time was reasonable.

The drinks were great here, service was there but the staff don't need to interact with anyone. A tad unfortunate even with the self ordering at the pick up side you'd think a thank you for coming see you next time would be in order. It wasn't. It's in the mall, it didn't appear busy.

Better than I expected. Even though this boba place was only rated 3/5 stars, I try it out because I was curious. I ordered the Mango Green tea with no toppings- 70% sugar with less ice. The flavor was really good, I have tried this same drink from other places and it can sometimes be bitter or watered down. The staff were nice and efficient. Definitely will come back to try other drinks.

I ordered a Dragon Fruit Stormy earlier while walking in the mall and it did not look anything like the photo. I'm a bit disappointed with the amount of money i paid for a drink that didn't even taste well. I also ordered brown sugar boba in my drink and it was completely frozen and looked gross. There wasn't even any cream cheese frosting. It also was completely frozen and tasted watery. Do not recommend and service is slow .

Dubai chocolates are really saturating the market these days and if I'm being honest, some of the versions just aren't any good. However, knowing that the baked goods here are a great quality and based upon the look of itself I decided to give it a try. Wow! This was a perfect balance of chocolate and pistachio, made with real ingredients. The cookie had both taste a slight crunch and a moistness in the interior. For those who like to dip their cookies, dipping this into the Ube latte was definitely next level.

They also had quite a wide variety of pastries as well -- which, for a coffee shop, is impressive considering how they source their pastries locally as well. Every time I walk in, the baristas take the time to ask questions about what I enjoy, how I like my coffee, and what flavors I'm looking for. They don't simply take an order they guide you through the process and genuinely seem passionate about helping customers discover something they'll love. It's clear they care deeply about coffee and creating an experience rather than just serving another cup. On my most recent visit, I came in looking for espresso beans. I was originally interested in their Gamut espresso blend but was also searching for something on the darker side. The cashier recommended their original espresso blend over the darker roast options. While it wasn't exactly what I had in mind, I trusted the recommendation because everyone I've interacted with here has been incredibly knowledgeable. A few minutes later, while I was waiting for my order, a gentleman approached me and asked, "Would you like to try something a little darker?" Of course, I said yes. He proceeded to pull a fresh espresso shot of their Opus roast and walked me through the flavor profile. It was exactly what I had been looking for. What impressed me most wasn't just the coffee it was the hospitality. He went completely out of his way to make sure I found the right coffee for my taste. He explained that they didn't have full bags of Opus available yet because they were still in the roasting process, but then generously offered me half a bag so I could pull a few shots at home for myself and my family. I've worked in hospitality for over 10 years, and this is the kind of service that truly stands out. It's the definition of going above and beyond to make a guest feel welcome and cared for. What really stuck with me was that after I tried the espresso, he came back and asked, "How was the finish on that shot for you?" It wasn't a casual question he genuinely wanted feedback and wanted to know if the coffee delivered what I was looking for. When I told him it was exactly right, he seemed just as excited as I was. Coffee can sometimes feel intimidating, especially when you're trying to learn more about different roasts, origins, and flavor profiles. Chromatic does an incredible job of making that experience approachable, personal, and enjoyable. They aren't just serving coffee they're creating meaningful experiences and tailoring them to each individual customer. This level of hospitality is rare, and it's why I'll continue coming back. Highly recommended.

It wasn't crazy busy so it was easy to order through one of their two tablets and find a spot to sit. It is very spacious and filled with many tables, so even when busy you'll likely be able to find a spot. The menu is a bit messy to look at--there is a big menu hanging over the kiosks, another posted alongside where a line is formed, then the menu on the tablet kiosks themselves. It's a pretty big menu featuring primarily coffee-based drinks, matcha lattes, and a wide variety of food, so you'll likely find something appealing. I ordered their smoked salmon bagel (which rang up to about $16) and their matcha latte ($8); to be honest, neither were outstanding. The salmon and avocado in the bagel were great, but the bagel itself was a bit stale--for $16, it's a bit hard to swallow. The matcha was very milky, and there is another store offering better matcha drinks in the same plaza. I'll admit, though, it's a little on me for not picking coffee at a spot with "coffee" in the name. I will say, though, that the atmosphere in the main area is pretty good; the decor is understated but comfortable, and the lighting is good. The service is also solid--the servers are friendly and our order came out quickly. I will say that the bathroom feels ominous. Overall, it's a great spot to study; Big Mug is open late, has free Wi-Fi and a bathroom for customers, and offers both food and caffeinated drinks for longer study sessions. I feel that the prices vary widely for items but skew towards being too pricy for the quality, at least from my limited experience. I plan on coming back to give other items a try, but for now, it's not a favorite.
