    togo iced vanilla latte
    Tori G.

Cute little shop, lots of like cartoon figure stickers? Not sure if that was part of the name. Coffee was more on the sweet side - almost tasted like ice cream for my vanilla latte, but a good coffee. Togo cups felt like to go sodas lol. Would go again!

I've been putting off re-writing this review for some time because I used to love this place so much, and kept hoping the poor sandwiches were one-offs done by a certain person, but after about a year of issues now, I'm going to have to rewrite my review. I've recommended this place to so many people, so it's a shame that I'm always disappointed with my orders now. And it also looks poorly on me when the same issues happen to people I've recommended this place to. I always order extra bacon ((as did my friend twice now because she gave them a second try based on my (former) love for the place and their sandy's)) and whoever makes the sandwiches now (gosh I miss Andrew) either doesn't add the extra bacon, or slathers it in mayo. See images of how they used to look vs how they look now. I've had to send my husband back for extra bacon on more than one occasion and today it's DRIPPING in mayo when I didn't ask for extra mayo. Amazed that this is the new baseline for mayo. They also didn't give us a straw and we are on the go today (seen of image in car), so now I can't drink my drink. Please make your sandwiches good again; I would love to keep being a regular, or even a customer of yours at all still.

Second time here since first time was 2 years ago. I got the BLAT sandwich and it was great. It came with a perfect portion and cut in half for you. I also got the matcha horchata. That was good too both flavors were definitely there.

Small but comfy seating. They also have seating outside.

Just happened to find this place when I signed up my son for cooking camp a few doors down. It's a cute little cozy spot that have comfy chairs inside. I tried their matcha horchata and it's an interesting balanced drink. I can taste both the horchata and matcha without it overpowering each other. My friend and I got the same drink and we both thought it was good. Can't wait to try the other drinks too. Love the vibe here!

Had breakfast from this cafe this morning. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel, apple hand pie, banana bread, and an iced hot chocolate. Bagels have been one of my favorite foods since I was a kid, but lately I haven't had a taste for them. This morning I thought a bagel sandwich sounded good, but unfortunately I couldn't eat it. It was my issue, not a problem with the food. The apple hand pie was scrumptious. I liked that it wasn't overly sweet. The iced hot chocolate wasn't great, but that was because I ordered it with half sweetness and it needed more. I'm saving the banana bread for later, but I have a feeling it will be good warmed up.

Good sandwich ft the coffee I threw away seconds later.

I used to love coming here back when it was Hannah, so I'm not sure if this is due to the management change or the fact that my palate has changed, but I did not like my coffee at all. If you really like milky coffee or just don't really enjoy the taste of coffee, then this is the place for you! I personally enjoy a strong-tasting latte, and this definitely wasn't that. I really couldn't tell that there was any coffee in my latte, it just tasted like milk. I ended up throwing it away because it wasn't enjoyable to me at all. I'm giving three stars for the free cutie they added to our order, which was such a pleasant surprise and for the sandwich, which was pretty good.

    Fun pictures in my espresso!

Stopped in for my favorite (and rare) off menu item Affogato. I discovered that the long time owners, who have honored the original Hannah's quality and many of the original items have decided to rename it to Bavetta Coffee, visiting the website will give you their take on the transition. Personally, it seems like the right time to take on the ownership. As a frequent customer, I appreciate the honor they have shown to the brand. You can look back to earlier reviews to see that Hannah's was one of the stable places to come and safely interact with other humans during COVID-19 a psychological life-line the original Hannah executed herself. For one, I'll be eternally grateful for that contribution to our neighborhood. Congratulations to Ryan and Salome for this shift and gratitude for keeping a quality coffee place in a challenging environment ('nuff said).

Amazing coffee shop! I am glad we stopped by on our way back home. I was curious to try their famous A-A-ARON drink. It was a perfect combination of sweetness. The ladies there were friendly and helpful. We grabbed a couple of pastries, but I don't remember their names, so I'll describe them through pictures. Street Parking is available, restrooms were clean.

Mr Sunshine will brighten up your morning just as it did for me! I got their A-A-Ron and every sip just gives me joy. Relatively quick with their service and love the ambiance of the place. Going to be my go to coffee/brunch spot when I'm in the area!

Came here on a Sunday with a friend at 4:30 pm! It was somewhat busy with interior dining tables filled. However, it was quick service to get your drinks. It's a cute, homey interior and hidden gem for the DTSJ community. There's street parking available and they have a bathroom for customers. I got a passion fruit tea, and it was so refreshing. I chugged that drink so fast since it was good! A good stop for drinks if you're in the area. Check them out!

We were visiting the area to see loved ones, and the next day we needed a little pick-me-up for the day. My wife found a few little spots but she was curious to try Bavetta. I am so happy we went there. Entering the spot, it is a welcoming atmosphere. As soon as we entered, we were greeted and the servers were eager to serve. It was our first time so we did ask for recommendations. My wife got a matcha and I got the "A-Aron" for it's popularity and its comedic nostalgia to a Key and Peele skit. We also ordered a few pastries and some breakfast sandwiches. The corner cafe is small but it gives a lot to look at for people like my wife and I. Not only did we leave with food and drink, we picked up some stickers, coffee beans, and lots of photos and ideas. We absolutely enjoyed our time there and the food was amazing. Indeed, the A-aron was a HIT and I look forward to the next time we are in town!

Chicken Pesto Panini w/a Clementine & a Chai Latte. More than just picture perfect, it was so good.

It's the perfect spot to grab a quick breakfast, around the corner from the downtown train station. This place has good reviews, so we dropped in to try it out. We found parking in the front, and it's easy to spot. We were greeted immediately, and the menu isn't humongous. The staff were friendly and fast. I ordered a London Fog & Ray's Breakfast sandwich, he got Chai Latte & Chicken Pesto Panini, both came with Clementines. I was so impressed with how delicious it was. This place isn't large, and the menu unassuming, but it was filling and so satisfying. Very clean, and pet friendly. Nice place to relax and just enjoy your food. Chill!

    Veggie
    Minah L.

Got their one vegetarian option for takeout, the beautiful veggie sandwich, which tasted really homey and comforting. Lots of veggies, cheese, and egg on whole wheat for a light lunch. It was missing salt on the veggies and egg, making it taste bland for us. Some sauce or spread on the bread would also have tied it all nicely together. Will also try their drinks next time.

With some coffees a second cup will give me a stomach ache (especially since I drink my cold brews black and bitter like my soul), but I had no problems with their cold brews! I also got the vegan stonefruit scone (baked by Sweet Dragon) and while a little on the dry side (common with scones), paired extremely well with the coffee and had good flavor. Husband got a cappuccino and a strawberry mini pie and was extremely pleased with his order. The service is friendly, but some things may have been new on the day we went. They almost forgot my cold brew until we asked at the counter, as well as stating that they didn't have anything to heat up my husband's strawberry pie (which seems odd, since a little toaster oven seems like a simple fix for that), but apparently it was fantastic at room temperature anyway. Seating was absolutely full when we got there and we were lucky to snag a table as another couple left, so it seems like a popular Saturday morning spot. Several folks were working on laptops, and it seems like a kid-friendly place. The decor is a clean and modern/trendy industrial style, which works well for the space, and the windows provide nice daylight. Overall, a good coffee shop and I am really happy to see vegan pastry options! The seating area is quite limited for the large crowd it attracts, making the atmosphere inside feel a bit chaotic at peak times. Fortunately, the baristas are super polite and work fast, keeping the long lines moving efficiently. The coffee menu and the retail bean selection are both impressive. I decided to try a dulce de leche coffee. While I was expecting a strong caramel profile of dulce de leche, the flavor turned out to be fairly subtle rather than prominent. It added a significant sweetness, but without knowing the order beforehand, identifying the exact flavor would have been tough. That said, the coffee itself was still refreshing The high quality of the coffee bean really shone through, delivering a rich aroma and the ideal caffeine kick for a breezy morning. Great coffee beans and fast service make it worth dropping in, even if the indoor seating situation is a bit tight.
