They have a variety of fruit teas which I love. They were out of the grapefruit green tea so I decided to try the passion fruit green tea and my hubby order the passion fruit and orange green tea. Had my eye on this spot for a while and finally tried it. SO GOOD! There are only a few ice cream flavors to choose from, so I hope they expand. I got the daily tea boba parfait and fell in love with it! The milk tea ice cream is lightly sweet and doesn't feel heavy at all. The light ice cream works so well with the toppings and the variety of textures! The crunch of the granola and corn flakes with the chewy boba is perfection!! The oreo boba parfait is great too. The vanilla soft serve tastes almost like greek yogurt or plain tart froyo, it's delicious! It is a little bit on the pricey side, but honestly it was pretty filling and such a great treat. While shopping in Valley Fair Mall, we walked past Rabbit Rabbit Cream. My daughter wanted a drink and to my surprise they had a Kids Menu. I would say this place has some items I really enjoy, and some I really do not enjoy lol. I would recommend coffee or fruit tea here. For coffee, I absolutely loved the lavender latte. The flavor was strong and the coffee was smooth. Very nice, I would definitely venture into this part of the mall again just to get some coffee. The lychee cucumber green iced tea was nicely refreshing and strong. You could kind of get both flavors mentioned in the taste. The brown sugar milk tea with boba was decent. The boba was ok, not my favorite (white boba). The japanese buckwheat milk tea was not great, it mostly tasted of creamer. I found the soft serve to be so disappointing; it was so runny and the flavor was incredibly sweet (like tooooo sweet!). Unfortunate as I was excited to try this item. I was really disappointed with my experience. I felt misled by the posts I saw from others. I finally decided to try it on a weekday when the mall was less crowded, and there was no line. I ordered the Oreo Oreo boba parfait, but I expected the cup to be larger. It took them about 10 minutes to make it, and honestly, I don't think it should take that long to put something like this together. The ice cream tasted like low-quality soft serve; it was icy and not smooth at all. The parfait only had one Oreo cookie--how can that be called an Oreo Oreo cup? The presentation looked sad as well. We got the earl grey and vanilla swirl, but it was very underwhelming. The flavor wasn't very strong and I just prefer my soft serve more creamy. They ran out of vanilla, so we got mostly earl grey. To be honest, there are better places for milk tea. I think the teas that I got Brown Sugar and the Pink Guava had lacked a lot of flavor. Also, this is located in Valleyfair, so there's also a lack of seating and calm ambiance if you wanted to hang out with a group of friends. There's other milk tea shops that are standard that are 10 ft from this place, so I would recommend going elsewhere. It's definitely a pretty shop though, so it's worth it to post about. read more

Came by on a Wednesday afternoon with a friend. There was no line at that time, so we were able to order at the kiosk and receive our order within 5 minutes. The drinks were similar to Rabbit Rabbit Tea, located on the 2nd floor of the mall, but the difference here is that you can get ice cream. They have both standard ice cream in a cup/cone but also ice cream parfaits. We got the Assam Tea and Kyoto Matcha ice cream in cups. There was also Thai Tea and Vanilla and the option for swirls. The ice cream was not too sweet and the tea flavor was prominent. It wasn't too creamy either, but does contain dairy. They decorated ours with a little pretzel. It was quite a lot of ice cream in the cup (for reference, the cone is slightly cheaper). Right in front of the store are a couple of tables with seats and charging docks. Since this is located in the mall, there's plenty of parking, but you have to pay after two hours. Would come by here again! read more

The matcha is good and strong, but it was a bit difficult to taste and appreciate the flavor as the Thai Tea pretty much overpowered the soft serve. As a frequent goer to their Rabbit Rabbit Tea kiosk upstairs for years and having tried their soft serves at their Palo Alto location, I'm very excited to see that they finally opened up at Valleyfair mall! Their tea selection is a bit smaller compared to their Palo Alto and kiosk locations, but they do make up for it with their delicious soft serve selections and their new lattes! Their location is on the first floor by Macy's and Leafy. The design of their store front is very bright and sleek. Their Iced Coconut Latte is a 10/10 -- the coconut milk and double shot espresso layered on top is the perfect balance! Not too sweet and not too bitter. They also have oat milk as a non dairy alternative. Also, their soft serves are so creamy!!! Like their Palo Alto location, they have the boba parfaits, cups and cones available to order. I did notice they added an Affogato to their soft serve selection, and the customers before me order it. I will definitely have to order it the next time I visit. I did opt for their vanilla soft serve in a cone, and let me just say that it looks so cute! They have mostly caffeinated tea drinks. The kids menu is non caffeinated so we ordered the lychee fruit drink for my dad in law. I got the lychee fruit tea drink which comes with lychee jelly. It was decent but the tea flavor was very strong, my husband said it tasted herbal but I think it was just strong. After 10 min into drinking it I started feeling nauseous. The hubs also said he felt slightly nauseous. Luckily it went away about 30 min later but I had to walk around and ordered a fizzy soda and I felt better. I love going here specifically for hot coffee because I'm not a boba person at valley fair But please please please fix the lids, I missed the old lids where it was cute heart shaped stopper.
