Came here on a sunday afternoon. Tried the dragonfruit stormy with cheese cream and the Hawaiian fruit green tea, both at half sweetness. The hawaiian fruit green tea has cut fruit in it and tastes like the perfect combo of tropical fruits. The cheese cream made the dragonfruit stormy taste like a milk shake, it was simply super delicious. Lots of seating areas and very clean :D I will be coming back to try more drinks. Lol, their screen menu is so hilariously small that even my 20/20 vision has to resort to straining my eyes to read it; what a good job, management. Surprisingly, they only have one barista on a busy Sunday night. Poor guy, he has to make the drinks all by himself. Took awhile for the drink to be made. Management needs a kick in their butt. Drove out of my way to try this place out. I was craving BOBA!!! Me and my husband walked in, and we got in line. We heard the cashier tell the couple paying in front of us that they are out of boba. Lowkey boba spot located in the complex across Mt Sac. Came here during their opening weekend with my sister and there was a short line that moved fairly quickly. You order and pay first, and then they'll call out when your order is ready. Credit cards accepted. Indoor seating is available. My sister got the Thai tea stormy which was yummy, while my order was messed up. I didn't get the cheese foam jasmine tea I ordered and instead got the jasmine milk green tea, which was unsweetened and overstepped. I got their Candy Oat Milk Tea, it has crunchy oats as toppings and some type of sweet foam over jasmine milk tea. It was delicious but I can see it being overly sweet, I got it in 75% sugar but it was still too sweet for me! Customer service was lacking and needs improvement, however. My sisters and I stood there for a couple minutes waiting for the group of workers (about 5) to finish their conversation so that they could take our order. I have been coming to this boba shop to study for the past two to three years, and their drinks have always been consistent. Recently, I ordered the Thai tea stormy, taro stormy, and matcha stormy. Every time I go, the drinks are made to perfection with a strong tea flavor. I am always impressed. I saw that this shop recently opened up near my home, next to Running Chicks. I thought they had a BOGO 50% off, but saw on the fine print that it was valid only Monday - Thursday 2-5:30 pm once I got inside the shop (you got me R&B!). Super cute and cozy decor, plenty of seating, and even a printer in the corner that you can use! Their menu is extensive, they have Yakult drinks and even have an Aqua Fresca series that sounds delish (Horchata Milk tea or Strawberry Horchata anyone??). Some of the toppings they offer are unique that I haven't seen in other places before: ie Tiramisu cream, cheese brûlée. For my first visit, I decided to go with our usuals as a baseline to compare with other places we frequent. Taro Milk Tea with boba and Lychee green tea with lychee jelly. I also decided to try a Devil's Booster with crystal boba when I found out that it was a citrusy fruit tea. I asked for all the drinks to be 70% sweet. Lychee tea - This was good, although the tea wasn't as strong as my husband would prefer, but he liked it. Taro Milk Tea with boba - boba was nice and chewy but wasn't sweet and didn't have any flavor. The milk tea was also bland, I think they made it 25% sweet. Devils booster was really good, but very sweet - I think they forgot to make this one less sweet, I was inclined to go home and add tea to it to dilute it a bit. But all the fruit flavors was refreshing and delicious. I will likely be back to try more of their drink offerings, maybe during the week to take advantage of the BOGO offer while it lasts! read more

This place opened recently in the plaza across Mt Sac. There's several other boba shops in the same plaza but I do like this one. I usually get the peach yakult with aloe vera ($4.85) and the Jasmine green milk tea with golden boba ($4.75). I like that I'm able to adjust the sweetness level for the drinks. The drinks were not too sweet and I was able to take the peach and the jasmine in the teas. The golden boba was chewy and not overcooked. Super cute place, yummy refreshing drinks. I was in the area a couple days ago and stumbled upon this new place. It's totally worth the try, especially during their grand opening time. So I took the liberty of the discount and ordered 4 drinks, LOL Everything tasted yummy, their speciality fruit it is a must try. I followed the tea master's suggestions to get this. You get chunks, I repeat chunks of fresh fruit in the tea. The cup is bigger than the regular drink, to best accomodate the chunky fruits. The golden boba is soft and yummy. But I personally love the crystal boba. The owners and the workers are super friendly. The store is cute and clean. Plenty of seating, and nicely decorated too. The tea is strong and very refreshing with the fresh cut fruits. I had oranges, limes, and watermelon in mine. The drink wasn't bitter or sour from the peels of the oranges or limes. I got it in 75% sweet, and it was perfect for me. The fruits are cut largely, so you can't enjoy it with the drink at the same time, if you're like me and like fruit bits. Usually when I ask if there are nondairy options for the milk teas at other boba shops, workers will say the drinks are premade with creamer but the workers at R&B let me know that they had multiple milk substitutes including oat milk! I ended up getting a Wintermelon Tea with cheese foam and grass jelly 25% sweetness. 50 for sweetness would have been perfect but the 25% was still very good. This will be my new regular boba shop!!! Decided to try the peach green tea today. I don't like aloe vera so I requested for them not to add it. I also requested no ice. I ended up getting a cup of tea that's like 2/3 full (or maybe less). That is horrible. People pay $6 for a tea and they are being so cheap. Filling the cup will cost what? 30 cents worth of tea? So you would rather lose a customer (or more) forever!? I've been here two times now, per my sister's request, and I'd say overall they have solid fruit teas but it's not out-of-the-ordinary amazing. I got the peach green tea with aloe vera, which had the perfect level of sweetness, but the aloe vera itself was pretty bland. I had ordered the Watermelon Slush and as I was drinking it, found pieces of shredded receipt paper in my drink. I tried calling multiple times to try to see if they could do anything for me but was sent to voicemail several times. I'm sure this was a mistake as my previous experiences here was good and enjoyed their drinks, but this was disgusting and now my opinions have changed. I hope to hear back from them soon. read more
