I was told there would be a large discount for the inconvenience but when the time came to sign the bill he argued with me and actually yelled at me and my 67 year old mother in front of our new neighbors. It was humiliating. Movers beware this can not be a legitimate business! I felt threatened and asked him to leave my property.

Not only have they broken 2 brand new le creuset pots still in original packaging, they did not tell me it had happened. How do you do this and not realize what happened? Cast iron makes a terrible sound when dropped. They also dragged an old dresser across hardwood floors and gouged a 6 foot long line from one guest bedroom to another. Again, no notification to me or my spouse. I only saw it when I had gone to check in progress. They also shattered a large heavy duty plastic box for moving vinyl. I noticed this after they left. Again didn't tell me anything. I contacted the owner who promised to rectify the situation by replacing the pots. It was the only thing I asked for out of all the other damage. These were birthday presents and had sentimental value. After MONTHS of "I will get back to you" I was told the insurance was unwilling to pay more than cents per pound of damaged goods. I even signed an agreement for home stating that once the cost of the pots was paid I would see no further replacement/damage fees. Avoid these people if you value your property. They surely will not.

The very rude customer service person talked my ear off, told me my daughter didn't pack well, shared that only Freshman use the service, and made a degrading comment about parents of the school my daughter attends. I used Suburban Solutions for a recent move and added on packing services. When I tell you the…read morepacking service was the best money I've ever spent in my life, I am deadly serious. Good thing I had the presence of mind to pack a suitcase of stuff we'd need (there was one night between the pack and the move) because these dudes came through my house like a very organized hurricane that just blew everything that wasn't nailed down into boxes. They wrapped every piece of china in layers of packing paper and arranged it in some magical way so that not one dish broke. They wrapped my unbreakable Corelle dishes from Target the EXACT SAME WAY. My entire four-bedroom house was packed in 4.5 hours. The move itself took place the next day and again the team was extremely punctual and professional. They took amazing care in bringing everything in and making sure it was placed in the right room. And once again, they got the job done in less time (and for less money) than I was originally quoted. And yes, side note, if you work with Bobby on the initial estimate, he is almost certainly going to tell you that the job is going to take longer, be more difficult, and cost more than it will actually end up being in reality. Don't worry about it, the guys who actually show up to do the job will do better than that! Huge shout out to Fred, Isaiah, Justin, Kurt, Ford, and the rest of the team...you guys were the real MVPs making a stressful time far less so!

Unprofessional and inconsiderate moving company. They'll park their truck right across your…read moredriveway, blocking you in completely, and casually tell you it'll "just be 15 minutes" while they move at a snail's pace, easily stretching it to 30-40 minutes total. Even after they finish loading, they linger next to their truck and in their vehicle, slowly counting cash or chatting, refusing to move until they're good and ready. Then, when you finally ask them to pull out, they shoot you a dirty look like you're the one inconveniencing them.
