Delivery day of was on time as scheduled by personable Andy and away we went about our project with a clean, recent model diesel 34' Genie Lift. The lift periodically struggled to swing left/right at times so I called the shop and they had both Andy and Curt out to check on its operation on consecutive days. Rather doubtful I could've gotten such quick, personable attention from any of the larger chains. I've worked in commercial/industrial building construction for 35+ years and getting an equipment mechanic on site to service their leased equipment/machinery is often a hit or miss ordeal. I reached out to Brian about two frames on my coffee table that were literally warped and destroyed during a move. I explained to him what happened and sent photos him photos. He took care of the frame within less than 30 minutes and gave me an honest pricing. Brian was fair, friendly and patient.
