We stood there for a good 20 plus minutes and when we asked if we could check out he said oh yeah. This place was supposed to be one of Traegers great dealers but they are not. Not much to choose from weather it be a grill or accessories. It's sad because a few years ago (in 2020) I bought a Fire Magic grill from them and had much better service.

After a delay in the manufacturer shipping, Nicole was very persistent in getting the material ordered as we were reaching our very tight deadline. She was very responsive and followed up with the vendor early in the work mornings to find out what was happening. The timeline was closing in and they even offered to put up temporary partitions for the event we had, then come back and put in our order. Luckily we did not need that, our parts came in. She even had the parts stay at the dock so Hohmann Development could pick it up straight from the dock and get onsite. We are very pleased with the services from the office (NICOLE!! ), the crew was awesome and got the job done. They even installed our bathroom accessories such as soap dispensers etc so we could meet our deadline. I cannot recommend this company enough and look forward to working with them in the future. You can tell alot about a family company when it comes to how they resolve problems/ issues and this company is top notch. The stressful time was made worse because USAA had so many fires in JANUARY 2024. I was placed on the back burner by USAA and that was impacting my ability to get my house completely done. The checks from USAA didn't go to penny Mac directly but it was overnighted to a service center and signed off and overnighted to me. This was added time. At the end of two plus months Sam put my house back just as it had been from the get go. The Red Cross also deserved a shout out for helping me financially and they helped me get through several weeks of "limbo". I never felt as though I was confused or lost in what to do. Once the cooker was built, Matt recommended Daniel who delivered the grill.
