So excited for this new location! We were driving around on Sunday and just happened to see it and got really happy, so had to get lunch from there today. I love their Chicken Souvlaki wrap/ pitas and that's usually my go-to. Always fresh and so tasty. I think the prices are on-point for their variety and consistency. My friend got a Rachel's bowl and wanted roasted peppers and caramelized onions, and there were barely one of each, so I would normally knock off one star for that, but from past Rachel's meals, they're too good to cut down so easily. Also, ordering from them online is super easy and reliable with an simple pick-up station when you go in. Overall, great place and will definitely be going here a lot this summer! Ordered takeout for me and my boss from this location today for lunch. Both of our orders were prepared correctly. My only complaints are that they really load on the feta at this location (I normally wouldn't ever complain about too much cheese but this was A LOT) and my steak tasted overcooked to the point where I didn't even want to eat any more of it. I really wanted to give Rachel's a try since it had been awhile but I can't say I will every be back. I got the gyro salad bowl and the pita and hummus. The gyro was stone cold and flabby. The other ingredients didn't taste fresh. I got a to-go order and realized by the time I got home they forgot the dressing! Overall I just ended up frustrated with cold meat and no dressing. The pita and hummus were just ok but just tasted like something you can easily get at Wegmans, and the Wegmans version would be better. We decided to go back and ask for the dressing and warm meat. We were given the dressing but told the gyro meat isn't warm because it's frozen and just defrosted and yep - it won't be warm. Gross! They also gave us some chicken to compensate but that also tasted dry and frozen. When I walked in, I thought this place looks nice, clean and orderly which is always a plus. The food is made like Subway, Chipotle, etc... you go down the line and choose what you want and it is made before you. On this trip, my first trip, I got the Greek fries. The fries were freshly cooked and top with a dill yogurt sauce, feta and Greek dressing. They were absolutely delicious and quite filling... They are actually all that I ended up eating for my dinner. The menu isn't huge, but I do plan to go back and try other items they have such as Souvlaki and Gyro. read more

New Rachel's alert! I had no idea they were opening another Rachel's until this location was on their website as a pick-up option yesterday! I was really satisfied with my experience here. The staff were nice and seemed to have a handle on things despite the location being a week old. My romaine salad bowl was delicious as per usual. The chicken was really tender and flavorful and overall I really enjoyed it! Knocking off a star because I did not receive the piece of pita that comes with the romaine bowl :( but regardless of that, everything else was good and I'm sure I'll be back for more Rachel's soon! read more

I think the food at Rachel's is fantastic and give it 5 stars however this specific Rachels cannot get an online order correct at all if you are ordering salads that are slightly different. The first time we ordered online food from here, the order was technically correct but they made the meal twice. We got 4 meals for the price of 2. Ok, this worked in our favor. Second time, they both salads the same way but my wife doesn't like feta or banana peppers so she wouldnt eat it. This last time, i ordered spring mix as a base, but they gave the spring mix to my wife instead of romain and gave me the romain. I didnt want tomatoes but they put tomatoes on mine. Neither of us got a pita. I can understand getting things wrong if it was super busy there, but every time we order it has not been busy at all. I dont understand why people can't follow a printout that tells them exactly how to make something. read more

Didn't even know this was open! I've heard great things about the other locations so I was excited to try the location in CrossPoint. Wow! I got a chicken rice bowl with just about every topping they carry. They were nice enough to give me a few sauces on the side so I could try them without potentially ruining my bowl if I didn't like it. The bowl came with a piece of warm pita bread which went great with the sauces. Prices on par with Chipotle or Panera, but you get SO MUCH MORE! Vegetarian and keto friendly. Ugh. Where do I even begin? I usually order from Olympia Grill which is in the same plaza, but the other day my coworkers got food from here and I decided to get a falafel bowl with pita and Greek fries. How hard could that be to screw up, I foolishly thought to myself. Apparently it wasn't hard at all. My Greek fries should've been called leftover Greek mashed potatoes because they were cold, soggy mush. The falafel was so dry that it felt like I had just partaken in the infamous cinnamon challenge, except choking to death on a spoonful of cinnamon would've been a much more enjoyable experience. Unsurprisingly, the rest of the bowl's contents was just as dreadful. The lettuce was wilted, the rice was overcooked, and the half gallon of tzatziki they drenched my "food" in was even more watery than my eyes were when I realized I had spent $20 on this trash. But hey, at least I had a pita to soak up the extra moisture, right? Wrong! They forgot my pita. I have to imagine pita is one of their main exports, being a Mediterranean restaurant and all, so I really don't understand how they could forget it. Someone needs to check on the staff at this place -- there must be a carbon monoxide leak or something because they are clearly not firing on all cylinders. The only enjoyable part of my meal from Rachel's was when I got to throw it in the trash. Do yourself a favor and eat at Olympia Grill (right across the parking lot). It's authentic and delicious, plus you'll be supporting a small business! Horrible. Both orders were wrong and when I called the girl who answered the phone was rude and unapologetic.

Honestly if I could give the rating a zero star I would it was horrible customer service as soon as you walked in not even greeted with whoever the young lady was working behind the counter working with an AirPod and not being able to completely hear or comprehend agree with any of the customers and then continued with snarky and rude remarks about what they had an inventory when there was none left and then when asked about inventory no more rude comments just complete silence. Very poorly staffed ( not understaffed poorly) and whoever is letting customers be treated like that should hopefully be having a conversation with HR or a DM cause definitely lost my business and will never be returning!! read more

Food is ok to bad depending on who is taking your order. The rice was soooo overcooked last night it literally looked like oatmeal mush. When I asked the server about it he just said , yeah someone else cooked it and overdid it. Ok, so if it was that bad why not cook another batch? No! My coworkers and I attempted to place a large online order for pick up at the Getzville location yesterday 2/2/2023 at approximately 11:50am. The online ordering system was not working and I was instructed to call the store directly. When I called, I was told by the woman who answered that she didn't see my online order. I then asked if I could just place the order by phone. I was rudely told there was a line and she would not take my order. I would have gladly waited a few minutes for her to take some orders and then come back to mine. I can understand being busy or short staffed, however customers should not be turned away. If it had been my order only, I would have gone elsewhere as a matter of principle. I did try again online so as not to disappoint my co-workers who were all looking forward to their meals. I was able to successfully order online after a few more tries. When we received our food, the portions were incredibly small compared to the expense. Some of us had ordered white pitas and they substituted wheat pitas. We have someone who has a food allergy and cannot the wheat. The meals cost us approximately $70.00. Going forward we will not be patronizing Rachel's. read more
