We enjoy this place very much, especially for breakfast. The portions are large, they keep the coffee cups filled, and the food is good. The service is excellent and you can count on seeing people you know at this restaurant, lots of regulars. It is casual although you can see business people wearing suits so come anyway you like and you will feel at home.

Greek family restaurant with very reasonable prices and good food. The servers are friendly and the restaurant is clean and the dining room and parking lot are spacious.

First visit. Very clean. Service with a smile from the hostess, bussers, and waitresses. Seems to be a team effort with service here. Good coffee. Didn't wait too long for our food. I had the jalapeno omelette and substituted the toast for fresh tomatoes. Hubby had the meat lovers omelette with the same substitution. Both were good. We also shared a stack of regular French toast and you could taste the rich vanilla flavor. They were a homey good taste. We'll be back.

First time coming here and it was fantastic!! They have plenty of seating and staff! The menu was ENORMOUS and left me feeling a little overwhelmed with choices but the good news is - there is something for EVERYONE! I think the only thing they didn't have was pizza lol - they do also have a children's menu and a senior menu! Nice! And a separate menu with desserts and specialty coffee. They even have bloody Mary's and mimosas! Wowzer! I was working in the cold and decided to first warm up with a hot chocolate - they give you a generous mug and will give you plenty of whipped topping, sprinkled with powdered cocoa! It was nice to smell the cocoa before having a sip. It was delicious but very very sweet! I would not recommend ordering hot cocoa with a dessert because I think it would be sweetness overkill. My friend ordered the senior meatloaf and was very happy with his order. I wanted breakfast for dinner and settled on French toast, which you can get all sorts of way but I just stuck to the original! And I got sausage links and home fires with peppers and onions. My eyes were bigger than my stomach when my food came out! Generous portion sizes for sure!! Everything was fantastic! The sausage links are fatter than you may be used to seeing but taste just as the skinnier ones do. Charli was our waiter (at least that was the name I saw on the receipt) and she was just awesome!! She was great at her job! I also enjoyed just the homestyle feel of it all. There was a TV with game shows on and a table near us was guessing the wheel of fortune answers. After they left, we enjoyed some Hollywood squares and chatted a bit after our meal and were not rushed out at all. I really truly am glad I tried this place and have nothing bad to mention.

First time being back here after their remodel. Stopped in for lunch. I got the Philly omelette and my cousin got the jalapeño omelette. Food and service were both good.

Love the new menu. Love the new look and most of all, the consistency of the great food. This Olive Tree is a great place for a piece of pie and cup of coffee and a chat with your favorite person!

The place is nice inside. It was big and spacious. The waitress was nice and attentive. I ordered calamari, my friend order mushrooms burger. The food is decent though I had better calamari. What I really like is we can pre oder the food and come in and ready to eat. It was convenient for our limited time during lunch. I would go there again and try something different.

Since my last review I have been here a handful of times. The service has always been good. The menu items are varied, and this time I decided I would try a Greek dish. SPANAKOPITA. Their version was thin, and overcooked. It was not fresh, but rather a frozen item heated to serve. It did not taste bad, but rather the texture is not what I expected from a GREEK diner. I'd think twice about ordering Greek menu items.

Walking around downtown Lancaster, I saw plenty of places to grab dinner. Running a search on my…read moreYelp app for best restaurant for dinner, Skoob's Village Grille popped up and all-in-all, it was a good experience. I walked in around 7:20pm on a Wednesday night to a busy restaurant and bar. I had no issues with parking as I used one of the public parking lots near downtown and took a short walk over, but if tried to find a parking spot on the street, that would've been pretty difficult. I did see the parking lot for a, now closed for good, Rite Aid that had a few cars and some open spaces, so that seems to be an option as well. Upon walking in there was a host station, which said to wait for the host to seat you. Past the host station, there is a good-size bar and several high-top tables and chairs, a separate dining room with plenty of tables and chairs for families/larger groups, as well as an outdoor patio with more high tables and chairs. Plenty of TVs were hung up around the bar/restaurant and classic rock was playing over the speakers, but it wasn't too loud, you could carry a conversation with relative ease. The hostess was going to seat me but then a random couple came, ignoring the sign, and took it that table... The hostess managed to find me another high-top table by their outdoor patio entrance. After I was seated, I was forgotten about for nearly 15 minutes. I was about ready to get up and leave when one of the waitresses going in/out of the patio stopped by and asked if anyone was taking care of me. She apologized and immediately took my drink order. Once I got my drink, I was about ready to order dinner but was undecided, so I asked her what's the more popular item and went with it. The wait for my dinner was a bit long, nearly 40 minutes passed by the time my dinner was brought out - At this point, it was after 8pm. For dinner, I ordered their Chicken Finger Sub, with the fingers sauced in their "Jessie's Everything" specialty sauce (a small upcharge) and topped with bleu cheese served with a side of fries. The chicken finger sub was excellent! The chicken tenders were fried perfectly and there was the right amount of lettuce, tomato, red onion. The "Jessie's Everything" sauce was great - It wasn't too spicy-hot, the sauce reminded me of a banana pepper. The Constanzo roll with the tomatoes on the bottom did make this sub a little hard to eat as the filling kept sliding around and falling out the sides, but it was worth the mess! The fries were fine, nothing special. Looking over my bill, I thought the price for my dinner was reasonable for the quality and quantity I received. Skoob's Village Grille nails the vibe of being the bar in a small town where everyone goes to for a drink, classic bar food, and to relax with friends. If I have one nitpick, I think the service times need to be looked at and improved. But even with that nitpick, I'd come back and try one of their burgers or an order of chicken wings with one of their specialty sauces!

I looked at my wife and said, "Let's do it, we'll try the fish fry!" So off we went. The special on the menu was grouper. My wife had her heart set on that. Unfortunately our very sweet waitress said (at 7:30 pm) that they were out of the grouper and breaded fish fry (my choice, lol). So our start was a little shaky! I forgot to mention that I loved the new opportunity to make a reservation (we called at 5:30 pm & got a 7:30 reservation for 4). Anyway, no worries, my wife ordered the cajun broiled fish fry & I the beer battered fish fry. Outstanding! The batter was perfect, not too much and the fish was flakey and delicious! The sides, cole slaw, mac salad and fries were excellent, not too much mayo, slaw was delicious as well. I was never much of a beer battered guy, always preferred the breaded fish--I can't wait to get the beer battered again. It was that good! My wife loved her dinner as well and so did our guests. My suggestion, maybe order a little more grouper, but honestly, I can't wait to go back and repeat exactly what I had! Great job by our waitress as well. And I believe the new owner greeted us at the door. Very friendly and kind. He had mentioned a few esthetic changes for the bar and ceiling which sound brilliant! Looking fwd to it.

My very first visit to Green Buffalo Pub, and unfortunately, it will also be my last…read more I live approximately two minutes away from Green Buffalo Pub, and this was actually my very first time going there. My neighbor who lives across the street had told me what an amazing bar it was and specifically raved about how good the wings were. She also met her husband there and told me since I was single, I should go check it out!! I decided to take her recommendation and finally give it a try. I was genuinely excited to try the Loganberry wings. I even recorded a video during my walk there. I was recording to make what I thought would be a great review. During my 2 minute walk to the bar I was talking about how excited I was to try the wings. I walked in expecting to have a good experience and hopefully find a new local place that I would enjoy coming back to. Everything went downhill the second I walked through the door. I was accompanied by my service dog, who was wearing her service vest and is licensed in Lancaster, NY. She was sitting quietly and safely in her stroller. She was completely under control and well behaved. She does and did not bark, bother anyone, damage anything, or cause any disruption. There is a specific reason she was in her stroller. She is trained to assist me. She provides calming assistance by laying on me and licking my hand or face to help ground and calm me. Having her positioned higher in her stroller allows her to perform these tasks more effectively when I need her assistance. She was right beside me, in a controlled environment, and was not causing a problem. The employee I spoke with, Jamie, who I have since learned is the new owner of Green Buffalo Pub, repeatedly told me, "She's a pet. She's a pet," while laughing after I explained that my dog was a service dog. I explained again that she was a service dog multiple times, yet Jamie continued to dismiss what I was telling her and laughed at me. She then demanded that I provide paperwork proving that my dog was a service dog. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, businesses cannot demand service animal certification, registration, licensing papers, or other documentation as a condition of entry. When it is not obvious that a dog is a service animal, staff are generally limited to two questions regarding whether the dog is required because of a disability and what work or task the dog has been trained to perform. My dog was not barking, aggressive, disruptive, damaging property, or having an accident. She was calm, controlled, and doing exactly what I needed her to do. And I have video documenting what happened. I have the video from my walk to the establishment, where I am genuinely excited and talking about trying their wings, as well as video from the interaction after I began recording when I was being denied access with my service dog. The contrast between those two videos speaks for itself. What should have been a quick trip to try some wings based on a neighbor's recommendation ended with me crying and bawling my eyes out the entire way home. I live two minutes away. I came there as a first time customer with every intention of making a great review of the food and potentially becoming a regular customer. Instead, I was laughed at, humiliated, and made to feel like I was doing something wrong simply because I needed my service dog with me. This was not about getting special treatment. It was about being treated with basic dignity, respect, and equal access. I am filing formal complaints with the appropriate agencies and preserving the video and documentation I have regarding this incident. I will never spend a dollar at Green Buffalo Pub, and I will not recommend this establishment to anyone. Jamie, as the new owner, I sincerely hope you take this seriously and educate yourself and your staff about the rights of people with disabilities and service animals. No one should have to walk into a neighborhood business excited to try the food and leave in tears because they were laughed at and denied access with their service dog. I walked in excited to try your Loganberry wings. I walked out without ever getting the chance to order them, and I walked home crying. That is an experience I will never forget! I go out of my way to write good reviews all the time for people to help them get raises and to help their business get more customers and this was just honestly a huge disappointment. (If you want to support a great restaurant/bar in Lancaster, go to SKOOB'S, great service and excellent food, and my service dog is welcome.)
