We bought a Toro 21-inch recycler lawn mower directly from the Toro online store. We thought we had made a great choice because there were many positive reviews of this mower, However, when it was delivered, we tested it. We were upset because it was quite difficult to cut the grass when going uphill. The Toro online store said we cannot return the product once we have added fuel (gas and oil) to it. That's when I called The Hitch Man, and Adam said I should bring the mower to his store in Taneytown, MD, and that he would do his best to help. Once I went over to the store, Adam and his team helped me take the heavy mower out of my minivan, they added their own gas, and adjusted the mower so that it could propel easily up hill. I am grateful for Adam and his team. I recommend this store 100%.

The staff is helpful, friendly, thoughtful and value their customers over profit. I recently brought my Tundra to the shop to give it a fresh new look with smoky headlights. During installation of the new headlights, they discovered that there was a malfunction with the turn signal component of the passenger side light. To remedy this, Luke gave me an option of either keeping the current ones in with the fast flashing right turn signal - OR - to reinstall my OEM headlights until the replacement ones arrived. I elected to keep the fast flasher in, then at some point during that conversation I was easily swayed into buying smoky taillights to complete the look. This was largely due to the fact that they offered to install them for no charge to compensate for my," inconvenience". I put quotes there because no part of me felt inconvenienced. To me, a malfunctioning headlight that was shipped from an unrelated company's warehouse is not within Truck'n America's control. The team continued to earn additional stars when I arrived to pick up my truck and learned that Paul, out of the kindness of his heart, had fixed my driver's side running board by removing them, drilling new holes and reinstalling. Unbeknownst to me, it was on the verge of collapsing due to some rust/corrosion that wasn't visible but did cause the board to have slightly more give than typical. Thanks, Luke and Phil! They even helped me make a better decision as to what add-ons I should get for the cap. This was about a couple week process and the person that was e-mailing me back always replied promptly and professionally. I was quoted a very accurate time on when it'd be getting into their shop and I was able to set up an appointment to get it installed not much later. The install took very fast and the person that I assumed to be the manager/owner also showed me how all the extra bells and whistles that I had added on worked. Overall, I'm super satisfied with my Leer and this business. I'd highly recommend Cap World to anybody out there looking to get not only a camper shell for their truck but for any other truck accessories.
