We like the remolded restaurant, and the floor to ceiling windows provide a neat ambience. For the second time, Benz is our server, and he does well. Caveat:The dinner portion of Seafood (Shrimp, Scallop, Squid, Mussel) has great potential. Unfortunately, all of the seafood is overdone - we cannot recommend the rubbery squid. Most folks will not like Thai Hot; so medium and hot is recommended. Thai Village is nearly full at lunch, with excellent noise levels. It's supposed to be deep-fried and covered in powdered sugar. It was deep-fried but had no powdered sugar on it. It comes with a side of raspberry preserves. The fries were okay. I do recommend and it's a bit better than my previous experience, however they need a bit better quality control. They did include their complimentary croissant drizzled with a sugary glaze. Recommend but they could use some improvements. It was a very good value and the delivery charges weren't too bad.

The burger was cooked to my specifications and was really good. It was very thick and juicy juicy patty, on a quality bun with plenty of cheese. The fries were seasoned well but just okay. The order came with a pickle wedge and a cup of ketchup. Everything was packaged carefully in a nice container. I really enjoyed this burger and I highly recommend.

The gentleman (open collar black shirt/dark hair) working there already had my order bagged and ready, and he had actually been preparing to bring it out to my car but missed me when I walked in. The prime rib was cooked perfectly, the sides were very good, and the carrot cake was awesome. The food was exactly what I would hope for from a franchise steakhouse: reliable, well-prepared, and enjoyable. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. From the greeting at the door to the takeout experience, everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. That level of service makes a difference, and I really appreciated it.
