The drinks were yummy and they have all day happy hour for their classic margaritas, a few cocktails, and a draft beer I believe. I ordered a trio of chicken tenders, cheese curds, and their spinach dip. Highly recommend the honey mustard for the chicken and HIGHLY recommend their cheese curds. My friend ordered the monte cristo which I have never had and it was to die for!

We both got a sirloin with 2 sides, a beer each and shared a feast. It was around $60 for all that!!! I got an 8oz and my daughter got the 6 oz. Both were perfectly done. The broccoli side was excellent, mashed potatoes good. The fried apple pie was excellent also. Draft beers reasonably priced also. Our service was good. The place was hopping busy but each table feels private and not hurried. I'm looking forward to returning. We both were super pleased.

Cheesecake Factory is a unique and casual dining restaurant offering more than 200 menu selections, including appetizers, pizza, pasta, seafood, steaks, salads, sandwiches, and more. Being the weekend of a holiday, we were greeted by the host and informed of a 45-minute to an hour wait. Our table was at the back of the main dining room with views of the ceiling's architecture and its colorful vibe. The menu has something for everyone, and we decided on Parmesan Herb Chicken, Jambalaya, Avocado Tacos, and Cuban sandwich. Complimentary Sourdough and Pumpernickel Bread started our meal. Of course, the cheesecake is the star, and some of us opted for Dulce de Leche Cheesecake and Coconut Cream Pie to go. Everything we had was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The quality was consistent, and the portions were healthy sizes. Our server, Shania, was attentive to our needs and helpful with questions about the menu. The price is comparable to the area. Overall a great dinner experience, which we can recommend.

The cocktails are outstanding, Crystal the bartender made 2 of the best drinks I've had. I ask for an Old Fashioned, that wasn't too sweet. She it perfectly for me, no simple syrup but a little bit of the cherry juice. The jalapeno margarita was dang near perfect. It had an excellent spice kick and sweet to sour ratio was perfect. My meal ended up super cheese forward. I had the queso fuego as an appetizer. The queso flavor was great, go ahead and add the fresh tomatoes if you like and then the flavor adds to the dish. The queso needed heat. I asked for fresh jalapeno and that did the trick. I was deciding between 3 entrees and Crystal recommended the smoke reserve mac. It was super good. Basically a huge mac N cheese dish with smoked carnitas. These nice wedges of cheesy garlic toast came with it as well. Super rich and super good. Same comment on the heat level, needs to be kicked up a notch or at least be given the option of heat level. Great spot for dinner, appetizers or drinks or all.

Both times the waiters were great, manager (maybe?) checked on us to see how we were enjoying everything, and of course the food was amazing. When I walked in, the hostess (red shirt/blond hair) immediately greeted me and walked me over to the takeout area. The gentleman (open collar black shirt/dark hair) working there already had my order bagged and ready, and he had actually been preparing to bring it out to my car but missed me when I walked in. The prime rib was cooked perfectly, the sides were very good, and the carrot cake was awesome. The food was exactly what I would hope for from a franchise steakhouse: reliable, well-prepared, and enjoyable. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. From the greeting at the door to the takeout experience, everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. That level of service makes a difference, and I really appreciated it.

Our waitress seemed distracted, asked us multiple times what we ordered. Brought out salads with entrees! A big no-no. I mentioned we were getting dessert because it was my birthday, and they brought out a single scoop of ice cream with a candle. I didn't get to choose a dessert at all. If I had ordered to-go, I would have gotten any dessert for free, not just a single scoop of vanilla ice cream. Luckily I still have the deal in the app. The food was okay, and the waitress, to her credit, provided us with to-go sauces, which was very nice. But we never got any fresh refills. As a final insult, the tablet where you pay now wasn't working, and no one helped us. It took 10 mins of everyone ignoring our attempts to get someone's attention before the tablet finally started working. These tablet things at restaurants have to GO. They suck.
