No doubt, the best chapattis in the bay area around. I have tried chapattis at various places but the ones available here are exactly home made kind, soft and whole wheat. Almost all the places add maida in them in some amount which is quite visible but they don't and even after a day or so the chapattis are good to eat. A place perfect to get some home cooked like dishes. The place seems clean and the food is reasonable good and cheap. We have tried the chaats there, Sabudana Khichdi and Pav Bhaji which were all above average. Could be the place where you can get the food when you don't want to cook. 3.5 stars for me. read more

We used to have do a lot of take aways from here for the curries, but recently, they have started making their foods very very spicy. SO GLAD THEY ARE BACK!! Very tasty sabudana wada, hara bhara bhel would be awesome with slightly lesser chutney, decent aloo tikki Chaat, very filling paani puri plate. Looking forward to having the FULL menu available soon as on Sunday late afternoon they did not have many items available like pav bhaji, sabudana khichdi, masala puri bhaji. The lunch veggies looked great and appetizing, especially the bhindi, which I remember was really awesome at the original radhe Chaat. As was the karela. Hope they bring back karela, royal corn curry and are able to open a full restaurant in no time. Nevertheless, the express option is awesome. I was surprised to see Radhe Chaat in the grocery store. Their old location was a full service restaurant which was ruined in the fire . Our family enjoyed going to Radhe Chaat because food quality was always good and it was delicious. I had a plate of samosa which was good quality. They serve free chai with any order. The menu is typical Indian fast food type. But also sell roots as theplas to go. This location is like a small fast food joint but within an Indian grocery store. One of my new favorite places to dine. I'm a huge fan of Indian food, and am always seeking out great new places. Now I have to admit, that I'm not of South Asian decent, so I may not be an expert, but I thought the food was fresh and beautifully spiced. I finished lunch and embarrassingly ordered another round. This is a nice Indian snack place. They are located inside the Sunnyvale trinethra grocery store and so do not have any seating. They do have a couple of tables which you can use to eat your food fast-food style. The vada pav here is probably the best in bay area. The patti inside is nice and crispy. The garlic/coconut powder that accompanies the vada pav is addictive :) I also like the samosas here. They are pretty tasty and a great bargain at $2 for a plate of 2. They are currently offering complimentary masala tea/chai for customers. While this is probably an introductory offer and will go away soon, the tea is definitely worth paying for. They also serve a variety of other chats and also rotis, parathas and curries. However there is no dine-in available right now and so these are just for takeout. read more

We've been regular customers of Radhe Chaat and its various prior incarnations. Unfortunately, the versions that was co-located with the Trinethra markets, did not live up to their restaurant in Santa Clara (before it burned down). This made us unsure about the food and experience were going to be at their newest location. We were ecstatic report that the food is back to its original level of deliciousness as far as we can tell. There have been some inconsistencies about the spice levels but nothing like what the other reviewers have reported. food has always been good. but the service has gone downhill, especially since the pandemic. the cashier at the front is not the most friendly nor comfortable with what it takes to run the restaurant. last time i ordered through grub hub and went to pick it up, someone else grabbed it, and there was no verification. this may be an anomaly, but the cashier later made up a story that he never got the order, trying to pin it on grub hub network infrastructure. it's always the little stuff that turns one away from a business, especially customer service. read more

Their food is fresh and tasty. We have tried all chats, samosas, stuffed parathas. It was all very tasty. However, their vada pau is over the top. I would go so far to say - best in Bay area. Some of my dear ones are from Mumbai/ Pune ( vada pau originated here) and they agree with me on that. They don't have seating area. They have few tables to sort of keep your plates on while you eat.
