I would give this place 5/5 for fresh jalebi! They make them fresh in front of you with ghee - crispy and just out of this world! There are 2 camps for chole bhature - some people like them - I personally enjoy the one from delhiwali chaat. I would consider this to be a hole in the wall place - most people sit in their cars or do take out. This is a woman owned business and she is the only one that serves rajasthani food on the Bay Area. I think they seem short staffed - they focus on the food - you are not coming for the service at a place like this. read more

Yummy and crispy jalebi. Best jalebi i have bad in the Bay Area in a while. The jalebi is very sleek and of perfect texture. We also ordered raj kachori which also hit home - the taste reminds me so much of the actual bikanerwala. Definitely worth a try. read more

Street food Haven!! Desi food !! It's a self service after you order at the counter and a small area to sit inside or outside. I wanted to write this review from a very long time, I have had the following three dishes and they are all very delicious and scrumptious. Kachori - it is a savoury pastry filled with lentils and has red and green chutneys(dip) on the side. They are so yummy a perfect 10/10 Jalebi - these are made in clarified butter and are sweet funnel cake that are crisp and dipped in sugar syrup. This is the best in the Bay Area so far! Tikki - this is Delhi style street food, potato patties fried and crisped in clarified butter, served with yogurt, green and red chutney. I had a catering order scheduled for pickup at Bikaner Sweets yesterday at 2 PM. When I arrived on time, they couldn't even find my order. They offered to remake it and asked me to come back in an hour. At 3:15 PM, I called to check if it was ready, and the guy casually told me his steamer was broken and he couldn't make my order--without ever bothering to call and inform me. When I pointed this out, he started yelling at me, even though it was clearly their mistake. My party was at 5 PM, and I was left scrambling. He finally offered to give me a substitute item, which I reluctantly accepted. But when I got home, the food was cold, not freshly prepared, and extremely spicy--so much that none of my guests could enjoy it. I completely understand that things can go wrong in the kitchen, but there's no excuse for yelling at a customer and handling a mistake so unprofessionally. I've never had such a disappointing experience with any restaurant in the Sunnyvale area. I rarely write negative reviews because I don't like hurting small businesses--but this was truly awful. Lived in Delhi for 2 years and this is THE best, most authentic Chole Bhature that reminds me of good old Nathu's! The dahi bhalla and other chaat is great too. It's fairly quick-service and very casual. If you want a little more sanity when it's crowded, opt to sit in their adjoined restaurant space which is almost always empty (that side has a buffet not worth sneezing at). Hands down the best Jalebis in town. Hot, crisp, perfectly sweet. The second best dish is their dal kachori. They also seem to be good with chole bhatore. We didn't try but high selling. I've been a fan of their jalebi since their food court days and have even used them for catering in the past, so I had high expectations. However, outside of the jalebi, most items feel overly spicy in a way that seems to cover up, rather than enhance, the flavors. The dhokla, in particular, has been among the least enjoyable I've had in the Bay Area. Combined with inconsistent service and order accuracy issues, it's hard to justify returning, especially given all the other options nearby. I called them to place a takeout order, and they said they don't take phone orders and to order online. I placed the order through their website, made payment, and got confirmation. However, upon arriving at the store, the staff had no information about my order. Fond of Indian food, I want to try as many recommended places in Bay Area for Indian food as possible. I am also looking to try new places as I can to be able to access what is authentic in indian food so this place was something glad I tried. It was fairly busy even for a mid day weekday visit and the staff was freshly preparing the snacks and chaats. They were doing it with dedication you could tell. We ordered some sweets, Jalebis, samosa and kachoris! Everything was delicious. We also tried something called Paneer Jalebi for the first stuff which was actually much better than a regular jalebi - well balanced and soft. Plenty of other options for food - chaats and deserts to pick from so will have to come and try more when I get the chance. Items on the menu especially the snacks were quite pricy, much more than expected. Seating area was small but enough to fit a good 15-20 people. They have another restaurant too but that's currently closed and only the quick grab or small sit down area is open.. I believe they share the same kitchen by the looks of it! I liked the onion kachori, but as someone with a very weak tolerance for spice, I did find both the kachori and the paneer tikka masala a little spicier than I'd like. The rose lassi was the only disappointing item since it barely had any rose taste. The best Jalebis in town. They used to have a pop up location on El Camino in Sunnyvale where they had a live Jalebi counter and one of the best Kachoris I have had in the bay area. This time I thought of visiting this location. Came here for Jalebis and Kachoris, but also ended up trying the Pani Puri, Samosa and a few sweets. This place is popular among Indians and it's crowded most of the time, which proves its authenticity. Lots of Indian sweets choices and it's so far the only place I see so many options. 4 star right away for just the options! I don't know what they are, but I was told a lot of them are milk based. I saw people coming here to pick up take out in big portion orders, maybe they were ordering food from the regular food menu as well as the owner owns both places. The owner is very friendly and let us sample a freshly made dessert. It's a fried long dough dipped in sugary syrup. Tasted good while it was warm and fresh, but it's sticky to the fingers. Really liked the flavor of onion kachori. If it can be made to order and served that would definitely elevate the experience. The Raj kachori chaat was also flavorful, leaves you craving for more. We had to order up and then go pick up our own food served in disposable dishes. Just to ensure you know what you are getting into. We went here last night, Bikanos and Bikaner Sweet is owned by same person but their menu and kitchen is different as Bikaner sweets is vegetarian only and Bikanos is not. But you can order from Bikaner sweets and sit at Bikanos to enjoy your meal. Pay at the cash register and wait at the live jalebi making station outside. They wil gradually work their way through all the customers with receipts. Eventually, you'll get your fresh jalebi! One order ($5.99) is enough for a couple friends to share! The jalebi comes out hot, rich in flavor, and dripping with sugar. So delicious! I also got two orders of Rasmalai, which is one of my favorite sweets! Definitely will come back to try their Rasgulla next time. This place can get quite busy on the weekends.
