These are the worst mechanics ever. I took my RV there for a water pump leak that was supposed to take 1 day. It took almost 4 months and they never finished the job. The mechanic didn't disconnect the battery and bragged he just put a rubber glove on the hot wire and 3 days later he fried some ignition parts. The motor turned over perfectly but wouldn't start. He then said it was the distributor and spent 1 hour FORCING it in and damaged the cam shaft so it froze and broke. They wanted $3000 to fix the damage the mechanic caused. The engine was taken to a machine shop and rebuilt that cost me $3167. Four months later they (after refusing to work on it 3 separate time for 2 weeks, they said that they would give me 72 hours to have it towed or the police would tow me. I took my car there for transmission work. They had it for 3 MONTHS. Put in a worse transmission. My car wouldn't drive at all. I had a code reader in my car that also came up missing. We talked to the owner who gave me half My money back. Should have been all except for the money for My bearing and gave me a new code reader. My friends got a trailer took my car off the lot. Took it to a shop by the garrity exit. They changed me 100 less than the radiator king did and I had my car back in 6 days.. And it runs like it's brand new now. read more

These guys were great!! My car overheated and was told by another mechanic I was going to need a whole new radiator. I called these guys and told them my problem and asked them to flush the radiator, right away Tim told me that if I really needed a new radiator, flushing it would not fix the problem but bandage it for a while. I told him I was on a time crunch and heading out of town for the weekend and he told me to bring it in, once I got there they got right to it! They looked it over, ran the engine for a while and told me that the radiator was actually not in need of a replacement, but found a other small problem (which they fixed) and still flushed it for me. It took them about an hour to do the whole job. Not only did they get to the job right away, they had wonderful customer service, showed me the problem, taught me a few things about the radiator and let me hang out in there employee area which had A/C because they office did not. They also didn't try to rip me off cause I was a young girl who only know a bit about her car. I am sooo impressed and would recommend this place to anyone who has any auto problem. They know their stuff! If they can't fix it, they sure will know who can! read more

I don't know what the deal is w/ these guys. I'm pretty sure they're affiliated w/ Vista Auto Sales and somewhat shady about it. I bought a lemon basically from Vista Auto Sales and they said they'd send me to Radiator King to get the heat and defrost all fixed. I dropped the car ('99 Mercury Sable) off at Radiator King to get it fixed and they were done within about 6 hrs. When I picked up the car, it wasn't fixed. AT ALL! They told me that it would probably only work about 90% of the time. WTF?!?! 90%?!?! This is ridiculous. Went here a few years ago to have my exhaust fixed. I had a big exhaust leak and they weren't to put another muffler on with flanges. 4 hours later I got the car back. I started it up and there were huge exhaust leaks. I told them to fix it..... again. I got the car back the next day. Sounded good until I got home. It got super loud again. I decided to Jack up the car myself and see what was going on. My car has stock 2 inch exhaust and they tried to put in a 1.5 inch pipe and muffler. The pipe they put in was too small and did not match up to my stock exhaust at all making the exhaust gaskets blow out. I foolishly spent almost $300 with them just to end up having to get my exhaust fixed elsewhere. I will never trust them again. read more

Worst service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my life! We took our Audi in there for just a new timing belt and water pump replaced. What we were told : Found out our timing belt broke which bent valves which in turn made us have to have a valve job done They did replace the timing belt and the bent valves and the water pump however they didn't bother to do the following which is standard sop . They didn't change oil ,didn't tighten the O2 censor that he replaced ...our lower O2 sensor was the one that actually need to be replaced and it had wires smashed and cut completely off the O2 sensor , our passenger side quarter panel has a 3 inch gouge down the side of it all the way to bare metal , the front bumper was not put on correctly it has gaps in it the clips are freaking broken....our Hood strut does not work it is broke and leaking fluid out of it it won't hold the hood up so now I have to use a stick to hold my hood up...they broke my oil dipstick off into the block and then replaced it and charged me for it even though it was perfectly fine when I had it .... Oh and they wouldn't return phone calls my fiance actually had to go down to the shop to even talk to the freaking guy, they wouldn't give us pricing so we knew how much the car was going to be. But overall the worst part of this is he had my head completely tore apart my block exposed my Pistons exposed and he never changed my oil! Which could have been contaminated cuz it had I don't know maybe if sat for a month with the with the head off of the car so I have to change the oil myself I have to change the air filter myself I have to fix the O2 sensor myself it's just horrible that me spending over $2,600 that I have to fix things on my car after getting it out of their shop but wasn't even broken before!!! I would never refer anybody here and in fact I'm debating on contacting the Better Business Bureau . I've never had such terrible service in my entire life. I would highly recommend going somewhere else!! read more

I needed my radiator replaced ASAP. I called for a quote and they were straightforward and very friendly. They were able to get me in the same day. The other two places I had called quoted me higher and couldn't get me in for a whole week. It was a little difficult to find and I didn't really know where to park but they got me checked in and happily moved my car. After they determined that the radiator did indeed need to be replaced, they called me to be sure I was ok with them moving forward. They always call before doing anything more than is quoted so you don't have to worry about surprise fees. I got my car back 5 hours later on a holiday week of triple digit temperatures...all for cheaper than was quoted me anywhere else. read more

I wouldn't us this shop if I were you. I have used them twice. The first time I used them they told me my radiator would be fixed in a day. Well they lied to me. They said they got busy and couldn't get to my radiator. Each time I called I was told they will get to it. 4 days later it still was not fixed. That was the first time. I let it go. The second time was Monday Feb 29th I took a radiator in and called each day and was told the same story. They will get to it. Well I was put off until Friday and then they told me it was being tested. Well I thought that it had been fixed and would be able to pick it up. So I went down there and asked about it and they had just started tested it for leaks. WTH! 5 days later they tell me it is not repairable. I asked for the radiator and condenser I had brought to them for repair and the Owner got all pissed off as well as me and he slammed a clip board on the counter and told me to get the hell out of his shop. Gladly I left with the radiator and AC condenser. Bad,bad, bad, business. read more
